I love it at Red Rose! Firstly, from the minute you walk in the staff are very welcoming. Secondly the dentist really know how to make you feel calm if you’re anxious about dental treatment like me. I tell all my friends and family that they need to make Red Rose their regular dental clinic!

Update: when I visited this dentist a while ago I was told I have 3 “small” cavities. I was a little suspicious and decided to wait it out. I then visited a different dentist that I trust and was told I have no cavities and that they were likely embellishing such that I pay for their filling. Don’t be fooled.

Extremely clean and organized clinic. Wonderful staff, always attentive, professional and friendly, made my visits comfortable and stress free.

Great doctors and service. Excellent job done, Dr. Firas is amazing he made my braces for bottom jaw and it was perfect. Thank you guys.

Today was my first time in this beautiful place. I was met by a smiling girl at the reception, who organized all further plans and visits. Dr. Firas and Angie were simply outstanding. Thanks a lot for this amazing experience

The front desk lady is also extremely nice and accommodating. I have ran late several times and they always accommodate me and are very understanding. Dr Firas Kekhani was able to get me in for a dental checkup and then immediately fit me in to get my cavities filled.
I was also get another appointment pretty quickly for teeth cleaning and to get my dental guard fitted.
All in all, my dental needs that had been ignored for years were taken care extremely efficiently and with a lot of care! Always coming back as long as I am in Hamilton

Great experience throughout my whole braces journey, Dr. Khakani was very positive and professional through everything, and I’m very happy with the end result, would recommend for anyone looking for braces.

I recently started going to this clinic and my experience has been great so far. I have had health issues that effected my teeth where there was nothing I could do and not once have they make me feel like what happened is all my fault like previous places have done.

They explained everything to me and thoroughly made sure I understood my dental plan and was okay with proceeding forward.

This is my first time walking into this dentist office. The kind hearts and positive vibes coming into the office really made my first visit a comforting one. I have made this office my new dentistry. They also were able to get me in right away that I was even more grateful for. Thanks for your service

They switched appointments without telling me and the receptionist doesn't answer the phone. She is rude and irresponsible, and Dr. Khekani speaks Farsi to his assistant while doing his job. /Very unnerving to have someone saying something to you you don't understand.

Dr. Abeer had my wisdom tooth removed today. I was done in 10 min. Very quick and pain free. What a great doctor:) Thank you once again!

Dr Firas and his assistant were friendly, caring, and thorough.

I was nervous to go to the dentist for the first time in 6 years. I had a little trouble finding parking so I called the office and the assistant directed me to their one parking spot designated to the office. It’s a little awkward to back out onto on James st but manageable. There is also paid street parking that they said they would cover.

After filling out the form, it didn’t take long for me to see the dr. He was very kind and welcoming. He was very thorough and made sure that I knew that I could motion for him to stop if at any point I felt uncomfortable.

Equipment was the most modern I’ve seen and very minimal discomfort was felt during the x-rays.

Direct billing helps with the anxiety of having to pay out of pocket.

Overall a great experience and I look forward to seeing Red Rose Dentistry for my dental needs in the future

Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The whole experience from the front desk to the dentists to the hygienist was phenomenal. Love it and highly recommend the place!

Wonderful experience. Came in for a dental emergency and everyone was very helpful. I only had to wait 10 mins and was able to see a dentist ASAP. Dr. Abeer took the time to explain my treatment plan for me and the necessary steps to take. The whole experience was very transparent and I’m very happy with it.

I visited Red Rose Dentistry in April 2023 for a check-up and cleaning. Every part of the process, from the appointment scheduling to the processing of my insurance for payment, was efficient and transparent. I knew what to expect at every turn and felt completely assured during my treatment. The hygienist, dentist, and dental assistant are professional, patient, and really considerate of patients who may be sensitive or nervous. I had a great experience and highly recommend them.
