I went to Red Seal Notary for fingerprints and had an amazing experience with David! He was prompt and knowledgeable, providing me with what I needed in an efficient and professional manner.

Did not clearly identify themselves on documentation. Did not answer multiple calls from passport office for verification. I now have to completely reapply and pay for everything again.

Aug 29/23 I needed to get something notarized quickly because my parents were returning to the U. S.the next morning.

Because of where it’s located, and because I didn’t want to drive around during rush hour, I parked further than I needed to and walked down. Next time I know, there is metered parking on Cameron Ave.

When I finally did get to the office, I was able to get quick and helpful service from David.

David did a great job! He knows what the customer's need and do prompt and clear action to process the fingerprints.

David answered my questions very patiently and guided me in doing my work. I needed a photo to do some of the work that was not with me, and he calmly pointed out that he was working until 5 o'clock. If I take the photo, it will do my job. He knows his job professionally and with his calmness he has created a reliable atmosphere there.

I went to have my passport and Statutory Declaration of Single Status notarized at the end of the day. The service from David was excellent, he is knowledgable, fast and professional. Unbelievable, i was asking for the RCMP fingerprint service and the overseas fingerprint service, we have even brought all the IDs and documents from the government. The lady at this location told us to just simply do the digital fingerprint and she will mail it directly to the RCMP and our agent's office address. NOW, i have called again as time goes by which is almost 4 week and the one picking up the phone said we need the INK FINGERPRINT SERVICE! Now we have wasted 4 weeks and WE TRUSTED THE LADY AT THE NORTH YORK LOCATION! The dead line is over already! Now we are still figuring out if we need 10 more fingerprint services or not!

Really professional service. Everything is organized properly. I came in a bit late due to unexpected reasons. But Mary helped me to notarize my files. Much appreciated. I feel terribly sorry to keep her late, I believe you couldn’t find any better service than here.
