Red Swan Pizza (Guelph)

Ordered two medium pizzas on uber eats and was disappointed. One of the pizzas was partially burnt and the one that wasn't just tasted like a low quality version of a little caesars pizza.

Great place with great ambience as they changed the place with new design and good toppings portion. They gave me free dessert on my birthday

We ordered 2 pizza well done, both were not cooked at all forget about well done. When we called and asked to get a new one they way we ordered, they refused and were rude. For a price they charge for their pizza they have to give people proper pizza it's not fair. Not going to order from there anymore. So DISAPPOINTED.

Really good. Quick to make the pizza and outstanding compared to other places. Fire house loved it.

I really love the pizza here, my favourite one is the one with a paneer toppings. I highly recommend to try red swan pizza.

Poor customer service
Had to wait till for more than half an hour, asked for double cheese got regular cheese. Called the store and they said bring the pizza we will add extra cheese on it.

I ordered pizza after a long time from this location, before it was my best place for Indian style pizza, but when I tried again today its totally tomato sauce taste coming. If I will compare quality wise than before its even not close too at all. Dont take wrong, before there was a few punjabi boys working, pizza quality was great. But now i feel untrained people are working. I wish they will improve it in future. Thanks for ruining my Friday night after this tastless pizza. Thanks

They remake a tandoori paneer pizza for us and it was literally delicious.and I felt best pizza that I had.with perfect taste and toppings

I ordered a couple weeks ago. Lots of toppings quick delivery in 40 minutes. Was hot. Today march 19,2023. Waiting over an hour for delivery. Hardly no toppings and not very hot.

Red Swan had the best pizza I have had in years. I ordered the "loaded" pizza and it had so many toppings. Highly recommend and will be ordering again soon!

Came here for the keto pizza, just did a pepperoni and mushroom. I'll make the drive again to Guelph for just the pizza. Service was good and knowledgeable as well. Thanks again, I will be back!

UPDATE. I will never ever order from here again! Both customer service and pizza quality have gone sour. Refused to give my money back!

I've wanted to try Red Swan for a while now, and finally did about a month ago. Omg, this pizza is so good that I've ordered about 15 times since my original order. The crust has sesame seeds on it. You wouldn't expect them to be good on a pizza, but it makes a huge difference. The dough is light and airy. I can easily eat a medium pizza to myself and not feel disgusting and bloated afterward, as I would with many other places. They use real cheese and the owner told me that they cook the sauce in-house for 10 hours. You really need to try this place! The owner is a lovely man!

Got the pierogi pizza. I was expecting something more like the Boston Pizza Pierogi pizza. Unfortunately Red Swans normal pizza comes with sausage and not bacon bits like Boston Pizza so I ask them to substitute it which gets the job done.

The issue with this pizza is that there is a lot of potato and not a huge amount of sour creme as a base. On the Boston Pizza one they add sour creme to the top and some other garnishing like green onion which add a bit more flavour to it. I add sour cream on top to take it that little extra. It tastes not too bad with this addition as without it the pizza can taste almost a bit dry/plain. Overall still a good pizza place however this specific pizza isn't the most amazing out there though other than Boston Pizza I don't usually see pizza places offering a comparable pizza. This is the closest I could find. A plus is that the price is also more reasonable.

Excellent wings, really nice pizzas, overpriced though. Disappointed they got our order wrong.

The order taker was specifically told chicken, gave us a veg one.whilst the manager called back, they didn't offer to replace it.

Have eaten from here about 10 times now (we do pizza & movie every Friday). Great Pizza, great service, great price. Pizza is consistently good with plenty of toppings and the sesame seeds on the crust just take it to another level. You should definitly try this place you won't be sorry.

Asked if it was our first time there, explained the options and their approach, and even invited me to give them feedback on their pizza! As for the pizza, we had a regular pepperoni & cheese, and a beef taco pizza, and both were delicious. Full of flavour and we'll balanced. The sesame seeds spread on the crust were a great addition. Totally deserving of their high rating in this city.

I will give it 5 stars.this long weekend i visited a friend in St Catharines and was introduced to Swan Pizza. Omg its one of the best i have ever tasted in years. We ordered 3 pizzas and i loved the spicy chicken topping pizza.

I recommend it to all. I wish we had more locations here in toronto.

We were excited to try because we were hearing great reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed.
Ordered the beef taco pizza and the exotic lover's. Neither looked anything like pizza in other photos.lacking toppings and cheese and the taste was okay/good, but far from amazing.

Lovely place, nice, friendly people. Food was pretty good. Would have liked our sides (wings and cheese bread) cooked about 1-2 mins longer. Sesame crust is just as amazing as it looks. Philly cheese steak pizza was great.

Red Swan Pizza has exceeded my expectations now that i have ordered their Tandoori chicken pizza and Chicken Taco a few times. Their sesame seed crust enhances the flavor of the crust and they put generous amount of toppings too. Super delicious pizza and one of the best in guelph. Highly recommended.

Tried their pizza and nacho for the first time today. The nacho was amazing and fully loaded. And the pizza was still tasty. The only concern was that the chicken on the pizza had a bit of smell. Their customer service was also great.

My husband and I were so excited to finally get to try this place. I'd heard about it for months from other people and when we were craving pizza, we chose to order from here, instead of our usual, City Pizza.

I ordered the large All Dressed (minus pineapple and black olives - adding bacon and green olives instead), my hubby ordered the large Italian Supreme and the small bacon ranch cheese sticks.

My pizza came minus the green olives and bacon (which we paid an extra $5.50 for, even though I DELETED two other items) and the breadsticks came half raw. No joke, they bend like uncooked dough in the middle and are almost as pale as actual uncooked dough.

I called to give them a heads up regarding these issues, and the person that answered the phone argued with me, saying that the breadsticks were supposed to look like that (with the texture of uncooked dough, apparently?) and argued with me, saying that he'd "put the green olives and bacon" on the pizza. After me reiterating that there are definitely not those items on the pizza, he offered me a "large pizza for next time" and then finally, after I said that I'd like it tonight, offered to remake this one, as long as I set this one aside and sent it back with the delivery driver (I guess so he could make sure I was telling the truth?). WTF. I told him not to bother, because I was SO DISGUSTED.

I'm not someone to complain AT ALL (I worked in food service for 10 years in University) so it takes a lot for me to call a restaurant and complain and their customer service is utterly abysmal. We paid $56.90 + tip for this?

So much for trying somewhere new. We'll be sticking with City Pizza from now on.

UPDATE: Delivery driver showed up with a new pizza and bacon ranch cheese sticks after I was so frustrated with the customer service that I told them not to bother. Still won't be back. They lost me as a customer when they argued about raw dough being "normal" and the toppings on the pizza actually being there. For the record, the breadsticks they sent back are more cooked than the initial ones they sent, despite the first ones being "cooked" according to them.

Tonight was our first time trying Red Swan Pizza. We ordered the Italian Supreme pizza and was told I would “love it, not like it, love it” by the staff. He did not lie! The pizza was amazing and we cannot wait to try more!

Great quality crust. Have to try these guys if you're looking for pizza in Guelph. I think they are a little stingy with the toppings given the price but the pizza crust and overall taste keeps us coming back again and again.

Worst service I have ever experienced. As well as ingredients in the pizza that were not online. Never again. Also I rarely get excited about pizza and this was I was looking forward to

The owner is a super nice and friendly guy and always happy to see you when you walk in. The pizza here is phenomenal and $6.75 for an 8” pizza and pop is a no brainer. 10/10 recommend
