Red Swan Pizza

Ordered 4 personal sized pizzas online at 3pm for 5pm pick up. When I arrived at 5pm, they told me 5 mins and I said sure. 20 mins later I get 2 out of 4 pizzas and the other 2 took another 20 mins to come out (due to wrong pizza made). Receiving the order 40 mins after pick up time that was placed full 2 hours prior is not acceptable. Whoever is managing the place should review their time management skills. Pizzas tasted alright.

Please increase your staff. People are waiting in line for 1 hour and the staff is picking up call and prioritising call order.

For the great price, you get way better pizza here than other places. Quality ingredients and tasty! Love the sesame seed crust.

I recently ordered delivery from Uber eats, and the food itself was good. But there is currently something deterring me from ordering again.
When I called the restaurant they said they offer Halal options, from what I remember it was chicken and ground beef, however they also have a non-halal version of those.
The issue I’m facing is when ordering from Uber eats or door dash there is no halal option, meaning I have to write in the notes to specify it, this puts me in a weird spot because I feel there’s a chance that the note may not be read and I’ll end up with the wrong meat.

I highly urge for there to be an option on both Uber and door dash (also your website where we can order directly from) to specify halal meat options, this would put my mind at ease and allow me and possibly others to order here more often.

Paneer lovers have couple of paneer pizzas to choose from. We tried the butter paneer pizza and it was okay. I like how they put sesame seeds over the crust of the pizza.

Pretty good pizza, probably the best in Orleans.
Not quite as good as the og restaurants in saskatoon but still very tasty.

I ordered a double cheese pizza for take away, the taste is good and the quantity is good as well.the quality looked different than the other pizza makers in town, it is good for a one time try as the taste is unique.

Pizza is delicious, especially the vegan cheese. But the service is horrific, so slow and do not attend to customers waiting.

Ordered it from Uber eats because it was buy one get one free. My friends and I all enjoyed it. Crust was very good.

Edit: reduced three stars. Ordered on Uber Eats. Waited almost an hour and pizza was cold. I paid for the fast delivery so that’s not the reason. It said “wrapping up” for twenty minutes. Disappointing.

The sesame seeds give it something extra that other pizzas don't have, which is good. Average flavours. Chose delivery since I couldn't leave the house to go get it but Rating this a 3 star because although I live 4 mins away from the Orleans location I still got it in 1h20 and it was cold, not even lukewarm.

I was incredibly disappointed when I ordered from here. Website said about 45 minutes for delivery. At 1hr 15min, I called the pizza place just to make sure my order was on its way. I totally get that things happen and they were likely just busy, I just wanted to make sure my pizza wasn't accidentally ordered to the wrong house. The store hung up on me. I called back, someone answered and hung up on me again. By this point I wasn't happy and when the pizza finally showed up, it was cold. I dont order out often so this was a treat and I was very disappointed. Quality of pizza was decent (minus the temperature) and the pricing was fair but the lack of customer service and time management was enough for me not to want to return

Interesting pizza toppings/combos! Sesame crust was good. Butter chicken pizza was interesting, but we preferred the pierogi pizza!

Ordered dinner for the whole family the night before school starts. Wanted to be home early so we ordered delivery for 4 pies at 5: 30. At 6: 30 they called and said they don’t have a driver. What choice do we have but to go pick it up? Get there and the “vegan” is a vegetarian, useless for the lactose intolerant folks. Also, they charged a delivery fee, because we ordered for delivery, and their system can’t remove that? But they managed to at least cut that in half, so we only paid half the delivery fee for forced pickup. The pizza finally arrived 2 hours after we ordered… 2 stars because the pizza was above average, but not good enough to deal with that headache again

If the term "Plain Jane" were a pizza place.
This would definitely be the place.

Ordered a "Pepperoni, Bacon, Mushroom pizza"
Only 1/3 of the ingredients made it on the pizza.the 1 being the pepperoni and even then I counted only 7 pepperoni pieces on a 8 slice pizza. The flavor was incredibly bland if I didn't put my own franks reds hot on it I would say it had no flavor at all.

Absolutely dreadful, never ordering again from this place.

I tried Red Swan pizza couple of days ago for first time and have already had it twice. The pizza are so good, one of the best pizza I ever had. I tried their thin crust greek and vegetable pizza and jusr loved them.

Not your typical pizza. If you are craving pizza, this may not be what you want. Rating had nothing to do with service or quality of food.

I don't really know what to say about my Red Swan order. I'm something of a pizza addict and can be hard to please. I ordered here because it kept popping up in my Facebook newsfeed with a 2 for 1 coupon code. Well I could not make the code work, perhaps it only works at the Gloucester location, but decided to order anyway. I ordered wedge fries, which were delicious; breaded wings they were good and an xlarge pepperoni mushroom pizza. I have a new addiction RED SWAN PIZZA! I loved everything about it the delicious sauce, the soft light crust with sesame seeds on the edges and the toppings. They must cut their own pepperoni as some pieces were thicker than others I love that! And to top it off it came well done; my favourite. Okay I'll stop now lol. This is my new go to pizza place! Oh and the price was good too

Very happy with the service and food quality here. The crust was delicious and the perogi pizza was right up my alley.
