Redback Tours

I booked a beer tour in Kitchener-Waterloo for my fiancé's bachelor party. Angela was so great to work with and the guys had a blast. They said the driver was very nice and made sure that each of the locations were ready for them. Angela even suggested planning in a time for lunch and that worked out so well. Thanks so much for a great tour!

Beware of their ‘minimum number’ requirements before booking. I had a trip booked with my parents (a month in advance), they cancelled days before it was scheduled due to them not receiving enough bookings to make it viable. Very disappointing and it impacted a trip.

While we didn't get to go on the tour, the customer service was fantastic. They made sure that we got our needs met.

We took a Niagara Falls Walking Tour on 18 September 2022. Our Tour Guide Catherine was outstanding! She told us very interesting information about the history of Niagara Falls. The stories and facts were fascinating, and her narrations made the tour fun and exciting. We would have missed something if we didn't take this tour. I had a great experience with Redback Tours! The bus was clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. Mike our driver was on time, friendly and adapted to our schedule due to late arrivals. I cannot wait to book with them again.

My wife booked a Redback bus for a private outing we arranged ourselves for a group of 11 and two stops. The bus was fantastic and our driver/host Rogi was awesome. So fun and accommodating and knowledgeable about our two destinations. Excellent and reasonably priced service!
