RedBins Disposal

I orered a bin from Redbins to clear out all the demo from my house - it was a lot, bathroom & kithen full. They were prompt with the delivery and pick up and the customer service was excellent. I was pleased with the experience.

Our brokerage used Redbins for a real estate client and prelisting clean up.we required 3 bins to complete the job. All of the orders were on time, and punctuality was of the essence. I would recommend Redbins for your your clean up projects.

They’re not professional, There is no transparency and there is discrepancy in the price on the website the actual price was charged customer service extremely unprofessional and rude stay away

Overall great experience, timely and careful with the driveway, both the office staff and driver very pleasant to deal with. Four stars for a minor detail - information about extra distance charges aren't openly posted or mentioned on the service areas details pages (there is a general map), and wasn't mentioned when ordering the bin over the phone.

Rose, the person who takes the order was very friendly, professional, and transparent, with the process. Great experience with Peter the driver as well.would definitely recommend this service.

I have used this company several times and every time they are treat to work with. Rose the woman who works in the office is always friendly and very outgoing and ensures things run smoothly. The gentleman who dropped off the bin was very knowledgable about the product very good with special awareness When dropping the bin in my driveway and picked the bin up promptly when we were finished with it. I can’t say enough great things about this company. A+

I had 4 days to do a full clean out of a pretty large home. Redbins was able to send me as many bins as I needed and they were flexible with my schedule. The drivers came on time and Mike in the office was great. Will definitely use them from now on.

This company is not responsible for its actions!
One of their trucks took down the hydro to my house as it drove by, and instead of taking responsibility, we are still in court.
They have been nothing but rude, and have tried every trick in the book to avoid paying for their mistake.
If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would have picked.
The secretary, and owner himself should not be in public service.
My only hope in this review is that others avoid using their services as a result of finding out the dirtbags these people really are.

Redbins had the best prices when I called in and asked all my questions. I ordered a 14 yard bin and it was delivered on time. You get to keep it for 7 days but I called in for an early pick up and they picked it up without any issues. Great service!

I had a lot of garbage around the house that needed to be cleaned up. Called Redbins and talked about the different services that they offer and settled on the junk removal. They were very helpful and arrived at my house on time. I Would definitely recommend for any disposal services and would call them again.

Ordered about 4 bins from this Redbins and they’ve always been wonderful to deal with. The customer service reps are friendly, and the drivers are careful and courteous. My preferred bin drop needs to be accessed through an alleyway, and this company and their drivers always go beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. I was recommended this company by a friend, and am doing the same to my colleagues and neighbours. Also, they send invoice receipts right to your email, so I never lose track of costs

Fast and easy ordering online. I got an email confirmation within 10 minutes listing all the details of my bin rental. Everything was on time and on schedule. Very happy with the service. 5 stars.

I ordered a bin at the start of July $150 for the bin $95 a ton. $500 cash deposit was given to the man who dropped the bin off. 1 week later, same guy came to pick up the bin, took it away never received any correspondence from them after that day. So I called a week later asking about my order (with order number in hand). I was told the girl who deals with that information was currently away (or on lunch), and would get back to me. Nothing for another week. So I called again, left all of my contact info and again told me they would get back to me with the weight of my bin later that day. Nothing. Each time I called, not one of them asked me for order number. The bin wasn't even full and was mostly junk from a garage. So I'm assuming the rest of my money was just tossed in with junk in the bin.
