Very unprofessional. Will not buy anything from this place.

I then reviewed the dealer response to my review. Of course they didn’t have me on record, I left when I heard how their person was talking to a customer on the phone.

I then went through their ‘5 star’ reviews. They are obviously fake, planted by the establishment themselves. “competitive prices”. Does this sound like something a customer would leave?

If i could give them no stars I would. Worst place to buy cars. I bought an 2013 A3 Audi from them 4 months ago. First thing first, they wouldn’t even negotiate on the price of the car. They were super stubborn and extremely adamant on selling the car for its price, and my brother who was with me had to constantly ask them to at least give something and they gave us only $200 off. This car is a 10 year old car, and yet they acted like it was a 2018 car. The very first day they gave me keys, the gas tank door wouldn’t open, and they said they’d “fix” it but instead of properly fixing it, their mechanic just put something in there and it can now kinda open after I seriously struggle with it. The very first week of driving, I noticed one of the tires was leaking air, it kept getting flat, so I had to then go get that fixed. Then that same week I found out apparently they hadn’t even changed my engine oil before giving me the car, my brother checked my oil for me, and the oil that was in there was black. Then a few 3 months in, the engine started to have issues. Now there is an oil leak, and one of the springs is broken. Ive only had it for a few months and its already falling apart. The car was also super dirty on the outside, like they were suppose to clean it but they didnt. They were suppose to at least change the oil, and they didnt. They were suppose to fix the gas tank door which they said they’d fix, but they didnt. They sold me a car that was on the verge of falling apart, and actually told me the car was in good condition, and that they would make sure when I got it, it would be clean and ready for me, but it wasnt. I am now in $13k debt with a broken car. Also the information they have on the car is false, but of course they get away with lying because they put disclaimer that what’s written might not be true. Maybe do your job and actually have the right info. Horrible horrible place. They are scammers, Do not buy from them!

This car dealer made a deal regarding a used car, then backed out on the deal. They are now telling me they are keeping the $1000 deposit. They do not return phone calls, hang up on me. RUN AWAY! They will lie and steal your money.

Terrible experience, false advertising, sold me a car that does not lock even though ad stated power door locks and it failed a 3rd party safety after "passing" in their garage. Best to avoid this place.

Edit: certainly not a car dealer, check out the owner replies to others, confrontational and immature. Would not recommend.

I purchased a Chrysler 300 from them and it had steel wheels on it at the time, I was told the Alloy wheels had not arrived from their seller and I could drive it until they arrived going on 7 weeks or so and several phone calls and still no alloy rims (and TPMS) the TPMS system goes off every time I start the car! As I paid cash and now know the price of the required rims I doubt I'll hear from them.
At this time I cannot recommend this dealership!

Do not recommend! I got a car a couple month back. It broke down twice in that time and it’s been a month it broke down and they still pass me around in their phone like its another day in their job. Terrible people in services. Makes you regret everything.

I purchase a car from red line auto in London Ontario.
I found the was broken after owning it for only 2 weeks.
I was told there is a 30 day guarantee when I bought it.
The dealership keeps telling me they are digging into it, but I cannot wait.

It's now been another 2 weeks.

I purchased this car because I need to drive it to work!

I know they are scamming me, telling me they are looking into it. I know they won't do anything!

I paid $11,500 for this car and it's broken! After 2 weeks of owning it.

They are not helping AT ALL.

Ripped me off and sold me a car that was supposed to be certified and safetied but e brake never worked from day one and refused to fix it or anything else wrong with the car. Thousands in repair costs needed and paint all chipping away.explains why they wouldn't let me test drive it and kept it in the showroom until giving me the car. Don't ever trust these guys if you don't want to get robbed big-time! At this point ready to drive the car through their showroom windows and demand my money back!

Absolutely awful in every respect. Worst dealership that I have ever purchased a vehicle from. Vehicle was delivered filthy and with features that were not operable as the salesperson indicated they would be.
Repairs that I've been told are required for a safety were not completed. Left four messages for Sergey (owner?) to phone me after manager did not return calls. Still waiting to hear from Sergey 3 weeks later.

Volvo had a serious front left drive vibration, even at slow speed. Test drive lasted 200m.
Dealer said “it was fine when I drove it across the lot”.

Very helpful in helping me find a car for my budget. Andrew kept me up to date during the whole process. Hope I do not need to use the year power train / ac compressor warranty but very happy to have it!

UPDATE: One week after getting car, get oil change done to find it was extremely over due and advised to get the transmission fluid replaced as it was grey in colour. $250 dollars and I’m like fine whatever, an oil change should’ve been done by them before I got it and confirmed that with Andrew and it got missed somehow. I was going to let that slide. This past week I finally got my car in to check the serpentine belt (making noise when wet out since Sept, 27th) to find it was in extremely bad condition along with the tensioning belt. Another $640 before Christmas and now I’m upset. I do not blame the sales team as they themselves don’t seem to have much knowledge of the cars. I feel the issue is the mechanics team not going over everything, no attention to real issues. I know the car is a 2012 but even more reason to go over EVERYTHING, if they did and saw it in bad shape and still let me drive off the lot? I do not consider that safe, what if it had gone while I was driving with my family on the highway? I’ve emailed twice and received no answers to their policy of what to do with cars from when they receive them to when they sell. I feel cheated, I stated I can not be dishing out hundreds of dollars over the next six months and two months in I’m down almost nine hundred dollars.

UPDATE: still no answers from them, and now I have a hole in my muffler just shy of 3 months …
I’m so fed up, PLEASE! I urge you to not buy here. Should’ve went with another company once their employee started inappropriately texting me after hours. Just don’t bother.

The service is great! Any time I have a problem they are quick to find a solution. They always make sure I have what I need while my car is in the shop and the repair desk & garage staff are stellar! Prices are reasonable and they offer financing if you’re in a pinch.

We drove 90 minutes to the dealership, with a list of 7 vehicles we wanted to test drive.
We were told that out of the 7 vehicles we could only test drive 1, " as most of the vehicles don't have batteries ". WHAT?
SERIOUSLY.the majority of their lot had desd batteries that would hold a sufficient enough charge to allow you to drive them?
We asked if they could put a battery in the ones we were most interested in, and were told no!

So you want me to sepend $14,000.00 on a vehicle that I can't test drive.and you refuse to do something that simple to get my sale?

You might want to change who ever is picking up ur phone, if she is making you lose one customer a day that is a lot of customers unless you don’t need them! I don’t even know why the heck you are operating tried to get a hold of some one but no luck with that road lady on reception.

Beware of the online photos not matching real life. I took time out of my day to go and look at a 2013 Scion FRS that was listed online, and the photos looked great.

We show up to take a look at the vehicle, and find that the windshield had a massive crack in it (how in the world that passes a safety is beyond me), rusted out breaks and rims, fading paint, and some missing interior features.

What a huge waste of time. For reference, I am including a comparison of Redline's photos to real life.

We dealt with Aman and Jay; had a very good experience. Receiption was also very polite both by phone and in person. We were looking for a fuel efficient car and settled on a 2013 Smart Car. The car tested well on the test drive, was clean and ready. Aman set everything up and had the car safetied, detailed (even though it was clean) and ready to go. The care has since performed very well living up to the Smart Car reputation and achieving rated mileage in spite of its age. Everyone was polite and helpful. Quite pleased.

Went to red line to find a replacement vehicle for my wife. I had a few I wanted to look at, a lot of the cars on the lot have dead batteries and tires that are going flat not a great first impression but not a big problem. I found a suitable car and after getting the tires filled we were off for a test drive everything was ok but the brakes were so bad I refused to let my wife drive it until it was fixed. I was told that no vehicle is worked on until after it is sold. So after a discussion he agreed to get the brakes fixed and put on new all season tires and get front speakers replaced. So we agree on the deal after he spoke with his manager. I tell him keep me updated on the progress so I can arrange a test drive for my wife. I called a week later they haven't done anything and say I need to put down a deposit so work can start. So I do it because all the delays have not eaten into a week of our rental coverage because he neglected to inform me I needed to put a deposit on a vehicle to have a safe test drive for my wife. A week and a half later we're told the car is ready. The door speakers were fixed but only after I had to pay extra to have it done. The brakes were fixed and worked properly but the same old winter tires on it. After all the delays and excuses I just took the car and left knowing that they never had any intention of honoring the agreement for the new all season tires. This will most likely cost me more money right away to ensure my wife and kids are safe. I don't recommend buying here not a good experience.

Great service from A to Z, Sean was our salesperson and he was great help. We had a couple of setbacks but at the end everyone at Redline helped us get our new car out.

Bought a 2013 Ford explorer xlt a month ago. So far fixed rear wiper arm (broken $90 fix) replace spark plugs and PCV valve ($400 job) replaced both front struts. ($950 job) and front sway bar link. ($180 job) which I dont know how it passed the safety, buyer beware!

UPDATE: front exhaust manifold is leaking. Another $1500 job.gas tank or line needs to be fixed and the back struts are shot now. This is going to cost me thousands to fix. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I came across red line when we needed Winter tires and stuff for our old Mustang. Niran and his team were fantastic. I brought in my in my Dodge Ram to fix what the shop I bought the truck from didn't didn't fix and wouldn't warranty. Now my ram runs like a Cadillac. Thank you. It's nice to see a mechanic that actually doesn't treat you like a mushroom if you get the drift lol.

My wife and I purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty last August 9th 2021, it had 142181 kms since then we have driven it less than 1000 klms and the engine started knocking so loud we have had it parked in our garage all winter and only brought it into the driveway to try and sell it. Nobody is interested. It needs a new engine. We paid $11,074.00 for this vehicle, what a waste. It came with a safety yet when we picked it up after 2 weeks in the shop the passenger side door would not open from the outside and smoke was coming from the right rear wheel, how this vehicle passed a safety I do not know. I am very disappointed in this dealership and especially Sean plus I believe it is Juylani the sales manager. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Eric and Jean Lumley

Lying, childish management. My fiance owns the vehicle, not me. We have only had the vehicle 4+ months and we have driven the vehicle only 6200 km NOT 17,000km.

Edit: Despite what their response is trying to claim, the brake issues were not due to the ice. I had to put my foot to the floor just for the brakes to engage after only creeping forward to pull out. Also if your staff test drive all vehicles prior to appointment, why did the sales guy need to clean and scrape the windshield off? Only the drivers side was scraped and clean. Just be honest and own up to your mistake.
Killer deals here, quite literally because their cars might kill you. Came here to take a test drive in a car and it had no brakes, pedal right to the floor and could barely stop. They had the car pulled to front already running for my test drive, so they knew they were sending a customer out in an unsafe car that could barely stop under good conditions on a icy cold day.

Jey and his team are very knowledgeable ànd made the process of buying our vehicle a great experience. I would definetly recommed this dealership for the great customer service. They have reasonable prices and a large inventory to choose from.

Never coming here again they gave me a car with a dead battery and a cracked windshield first time buyer as I have had 1 car in my life gave this place a fat 1 star. Who comes out and tells you that sorry my boss put a dead battery in ur car get a better answer.

Service staff and selection are great and they got me a good rate. My only issue is reviving a car with a bad wheel bearing… how does this get past safety!

Yes, I'm aware that we bought a used car and as such we were expecting some kind of issue. We weren't expecting to be without a car for weeks (different problems 3 times) within 6 months ofownership. The warranty they offer is hard to locate a shop that's approved (the ones that are seem less than reputable) They aren't interested in selling good cars. Only reason for a 2 star is that the staff was very nice. They will sell you a car that looks fine but underneath looks like it was in a wreck. Tires probably shouldn't have passed safety (husband works with tires daily and said he was very disappointed to see the tread) There is a reason they sell cars fast, so you don't have time to look into the history. Better get a warranty thrown in for free and if they won't it's because the car is junk or just buy somewhere else.

My husband and I had been on the hunt for a new vehicle not concerned about it being used…. We had checked out several dealers but returning to redline on a few occasions, at first the sales guy Sean was pretty decent, didn’t seem all that confident in the knowledge of the particular vehicle we had our eye on, thankfully I did my own research, we finally decided to go with this vehicle, now we were made aware that there was several vehicle ahead of ours regardless of them knowing we were in a rental and needing to return it within a couple days they didn’t seem to be concerned, they told us 5 days max, in the end we waited 12 days to finally get our vehicle and everyday was a new story! I told them they needed to compensate for the long delay and the manager “jay” basically laughed about it! All in all I’m not impressed whatsoever with the service from this place! And thankfully won’t be coming back to them, let’s prays the next 30 days go smooth and I will NOT HAVE TO RETURN!

Buyer beware. This dealership sold me a vehicle with a fraudulent safety. Also, vehicle showed 108,000 kms on the odometer. Took it to my trusted mechanic in the 1st week of ownership. Told it was not road worthy and the engine wasn't original so the kms aren't true. Fought very hard with the help of my broker and I now have another vehicle from another dealership. Get your own safety done before signing on the dotted line.
