The best dental care I have ever experienced! Dr. Ameen & his staff are Professional, courteous, and friendly, made me feel like family… would highly recommend Redwood Dental to anyone!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the upmost kindness and attentiveness. The receptionists were very welcoming and I am someone who feels anxious at the dentist. Dr. Ameen was fabulous and provided the most pleasant experience which convinced me to keep coming back. Thank you to the entire clinic team.

I have been attending this clinic since I was 2. I left this clinic as they over inflated there prices, they charge you first then your insurance. Then place you in collections for a bill that was outstanding for 3 years that you were not informed about. (Stated they tried to contact multiple times) WRONG ADDRESS! They called tell me 5 years later you can submit difference to your insurance companies. Well guess what I no longer have those 3 insurance companies so now I am out the $2700.00! Oh and they will not let you make a payment to them at all, you have to go through collections and they do not take credit cards! Well pretty sure they took my payment as soon as I said then they will no be getting paid at all! Not that I didn’t have the money but I want my points. Worst customers service ever. In 2018 when they took over (non local dentists) I quit going there when they tried to hose me for something they said was 100% covered.

Dr. Najjar is the best Dentist I've ever been to, he makes sure that pain is in the past and he explains everything that is needed for you to get that smile you love so much back again. Seriously I'm so impressed by their clean well run office with pretty friendly staff like Nicole that I actually look forward to going to the Dentist. I would give them 10 stars but they only allow 5. Thank you Redwood Dental Centre in Thunderbay. Keep up the great work! Dale legros The Electric Angels.

Excellent service, very professional. The best dental experience I ever had. All the staff is very nice to deal with, and their dentists are excellent. My hygienist, Mina, is an excellent professional, very knowledgeable, and a very nice person to deal with.

I am a very nervous person when it comes to going to the Dentist but the Hygienist that I had today was so caring with me as a patient that my nervousness slowly disappeared as the appointment went on.

I’ve been going here for 6 ish months getting my oral health back on track with many (many) cavities and EVERYONE that works here is so friendly and personable. As someone who used to have significant anxiety at the dentist I barely have any now because they just make you feel so comfortable. I’ve never once felt judged or embarrassed for needing so much work to fix my teeth. Also they do amazing work and are so gentle! You truly feel like you are in good hands. Never thought Id love the dentist but I love it here. They’re the best

Started going here because of Dr. Sami, she is a great dentist. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Sami will make you laugh for sure, she has a wonderful personality. Really puts you at ease.

Nina has been my Dental Hygienist here and she is excellent. Not only is Nina thorough but she always has great tips and advice that I appreciate immensely. Also friendly and patient. Makes for a very comfortable environment.

After 20 years at the same dental office, I had the wonderful pleasure of coming across the absolute best dental hygienist! Our entire family loved Riley so much that we moved with her to Redwood Dental. She is the gentlest hygienist we have ever had. She is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. The receptionists were all very pleasant and welcoming. For the brief encounter I had with Dr. Najjr, he is also someone who made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to continuing our dental journey here!

Appointment time always conflicts with actual time of appointment. Waiting for more than 45 minutes is nothing but lack of professionalism and poor time management. Time is more valuable than money.

I want to share with others that I had a very positive experience with Riley today at Redwood dental.
Riley is very knowledgeable and eager to teach in a non-judgmental way. She is friendly and easy to talk to.
Going to the dentist is not usually something I look forward to but Riley made the experience as pleasant as it could be. My teeth felt great when she was done. I recommend Riley for all your hygienist needs.

My visit was great! Being a very nervous patient, the staff made me feel very comfortable. I was able to get some dental work done without sedation. This was a great step for me to take, felt very comfortable.

I was very nervous about returning to the dentist after years of avoiding this vital health care service. However, the employees at Redwood made me feel so comfortable and safe at their facility. They also always check how much funds I have left from my student health care to ensure that I am not spending more than I have during my school years. It is incredibly refreshing to experience a dental office that takes its time to ensure that the health care I am receiving is in my best interest.

I had not been to the dentist in years. My dentist passed away and I never searched for another. I was scared. I chipped my front tooth and had no choice but to see a dentist. Once I finally got myself there, I was comfortable. The employees were friendly and there were distractions in the room that helped. I was talked through the process, asked for my input and was involved in the decisions made. I am overall very happy with the experience and now that I made it through that dreaded threshold, I'll be attending regularly. Thank you Dr. Najjar for your thorough work today!

The hygienist was very personable, informative and understanding of a health issue - she took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment!

Went and got my teeth cleaned last week and Mina was doing it. She's new to the establishment and was great. She made sure I was comfortable and was very good at her job. Whenever I have gotten flossing done it's always been aggressive but hers I barely felt. Will come back lol.

I had a great cleaning with Carrie, she gave me the best flossing demo I’ve ever gotten and now I know for sure I’m doing it right!

These guys are great! They treated my wife so well and made her so happy that I was convinced to go here. I have just started my treatment with them and they are TOP notch. We are going to be bringing the whole family here and it is a 3hr drive for us each way. Totally worth the trip!

Love redwood I was in excruciating pain with a tooth and they went out of their way to get me in immediately.

I never thought I'd ever say I love going to the dentist but everyone is this office is AMAZING. From reception to the dentist and her assistants. They are always so happy and it makes my day and my root canal was a piece of cake!

My family has started going here recently and the service has been nothing but impeccable, exceptional, extravagant. I’m sure I can keep going, but this should do it! The service I have received regarding my insurance has been outstanding. The front desk staff has taken the lead by doing all the paperwork for us so that the transaction is seamless. Shout out to Josee who my daughter goes to see, and my other daughter will likely see her as well very soon. Shout out to Nicole who takes care of the insurance and the Dentist who makes sure my family is also taken care of. You’re all the best.

My kids and I go see Josée, she's professional and truly amazing at her job, Dr Najjar is the first dentist that has ever spent the time inspecting all my teeth making sure everything was ok. I am so happy that I found redwood dental.

Carrie has been so helpful! I haven’t seen a dentist in 2 years and called Redwood for both orthodontic needs and dental, Carrie explains everything she is doing and is very gentle!
Carrie also reminded me to use my status card to help save money during my visit which I’m so thankful for.
