I went to this florist at The Oshawa Centre for a nice arrangement, to give as a thank you gift, to a friend. The woman who helped me was helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent recommendations and service! The delivery of the flowers arrived on time! I would definitely go back to them.

I was in to get flowers for a local funeral, but the obit and discussions did not list any preference. Kathy assisted me, and she was so knowledgeable and well informed. She knew exactly which funeral I was attending, the deceased’s favourite colour, she was so informed that she knew the colour story the family has been working with! She not only had her finger on the pulse of the region but she cares about the families too. She was so kind and agile, she helped me pick a setting and customize it to meet my OCD nature and the families wishes. AND while I was in there, she helped a boyfriend figure out how to give flowers to his girl for what’s clearly the first time and work out how to hand them to her as flowers but have a vase prepared since he already knew she didn’t have one. She also helped him customize his gift! Kathy was so darn impressive she saved not only egg on my face but this boys. Her knowledge informed my friend who was also buying flowers. Kathy is EVERYTHING!

Was able to turn out a beautiful flower arrangement with a very limited time, no questions asked, just made it happen. Special mention to Leanne who took the order and made sure it was possible and perfect.
