I called ahead of time and asked if they had roses in stock. The man on the phone says yes. So I drive all the way there and walk 15 minutes through the mall to find this place.

When I finally arrived at the store there was a large line, which was fine because of the occasion. So I waited patiently in line for about 20 minutes. When an employee was finally available I asked her if I could buy some roses and she said they don't have any in stock. I explained to her that I called ahead and confirmed that there was indeed roses in stock. She then says the phone calls go to their Ajax location.

Why on earth would the phone number for the Ajax location be on the Oshawa contact information right below the address.

I called the same phone number back and confirmed that he had roses in stock and then asked him for which location? He replied "Ajax". I explained to him that it doesnt make any sense to have the Ajax phone number for the Oshawa location and that they do not have red roses in stock. He then made a remark in a condescending tone that roses come in different colors and was trying to make me feel uneducated. I told him that doesn't matter because they didn't have any rose in any color in stock.

Wasted an hour of my time and gas.

Bought fresh cut flowers in the past and they were ok, but a bit pricey in my opinion. However, I was looking to get a monthly subscription as a Christmas gift and I asked for a photo so I could see what to expect for the different size options available and they didn't even bother to acknowledge my email or get back to me so I went elsewhere. That florist got back to me right away and I booked with them and so happy I did as the customers service has been great!

Our family is very pleased with Reeds service and quality! Our fresh cut flowers were delivered within two hours to a remote address. The flowers were lovely and the quality of the bouquet exceeded our expectations! Well done Reeds!

The night before Mom's Funeral out of town our large flower order was cancelled due to issues beyond our control. Most Florists were closed but Reeds were open and after I read that they were a local Family owned Business since 1912 with a large inventory of fresh flowers and just about everything you could need from a florist, I had to call. The employee (Jennifer) was Amazing, not only was she sympathetic and understanding but very thorough by adding notes to each set of flowers so they had the sentiment we wanted. Even taking down the paragraphs of sentiment our family members wanted on the various cards. She quickly & efficiently helped me without making me feel rushed. The next day the flowers were all there when we arrived at the Funeral home and each item was stunning. The entire family was impressed with their flowers and how quickly they filled this very large order. They will get a lot of business from the entire family in the future. D Bryant

Had an amazing experience here a few weeks ago (04/04/22). Was looking for a few easy house plants for my new home. I was greeted by a lovely lady who was personable and knowledgeable. As I recall, I think her name was Emma? Anyways, she informed me about the care and lighting I needed to have these plants thrive. And so they’re thriving. I Will be definitely coming here for a few beautiful bouquets for Mother’s day.

I decided on Reed's Florists on impulse as it is in the mall. The flowers I ordered were delivered promptly on schedule and the delivery person, as requested, knocked loudly enough to be heard in the home office (so I was told). The bouquet was lovely and well presented and all of the flowers of excellent quality.

Staff had zero knowledge of houseplants. Very little stock, highly overpriced. Very disappointing.

I sporadically stopped by this business for a very last minute anniversary gift and I must say they came through with something that blew my girlfriends mind. Let’s just say they were able to make something out of nothing in no time and it turned out beautiful.

Got a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my mother's.birthday I saw an arrangement online but they didn't do arrangements at this location. But that was okay. The florist there was able to make a bouquet for me of similar flowers and more full since I wasn't ordering online. I was able to save on fees. I arranged it when I got home in one of my mother's vases. She was super happy. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed in the flowers that I ordered for a 94th birthday. When I saw them on skype displayed at the party I was totally embarrassed. You get better flowers from the grocery store! I Am so sorry I chose this from their online ad.

My husband just went there with our two young children to pick out some Valentine's flowers for me, the woman working there today obviously loved her job and went above and beyond to ensure my kids were happy with the arrangement they picked out. The quality of the flowers looks excellent, and my daughter was so excited to give me a very cool looking rainbow rose.

Will never go back to Reed's for any flowers what so ever! Bought my wife 1 dozen long stem Roses around this time of year and they died within 3 days! Paid $70 for them and went in to complain that I have had grocery store flowers last 2-3 weeks for 1/4 of the price. Was told there must have been something I did to the flowers for them to die so quickly! Will be sticking to the grocery store roses as I've never had any issues with those.

Didn’t get her name, but one of the girls that work here is so incredibly rude. There was a stem in a bouquet of flowers I wanted to buy for my moms birthday, so I kindly asked her to cut it for me and her response was “all the flowers are dead”. I asked if one of the flowers in the bouquet would bloom and her response sarcastically was “not if you keep touching them”. For how much reeds charges for flowers, I expect excellent service. Better coaching is needed as well as a serious attitude check. Not impressed.

Had a great customer experience over the phone when I placed my order, but when I picked up in store the associate was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had a problem with the flowers and she made it clear that it was my problem, not hers. I ordered a wreath for my grandmother's funeral and paid just shy $300 for it. When I went to pick it up, it looked nothing like the photo online. They used a lot of filler and very cheap flowers and it was very sparse, with the green foam visible in some places. The owner did add some additional flowers to it which was a huge improvement, but it never should have been a factor in the first place.

The service I received made me feel more like a nuisance than a customer. The body language, tone and attitude of the attendant was shocking. She should have stayed at home if she was having a bad day. I would've left if their competitor was open.

The manager has since contacted me and has apologized for the poor service I received. I appreciated his responsiveness and I was able to present my mother with a lovely bouquet of the freshest flowers from Reeds on Mother's day. Happy to see that my experience may have been a one-off.

Way too expensive and terrible service for what we bought. Asked if they could cover the top of our bouquet and instead of wrapping in paper like a normal florist, was given a 5 cent grocery bag. To top it all off the flowers were basically dead that evening. Thanks. Think ill just stick to the grocery store for my flowers from now on.

Beautiful flowers the deliver was absolutely terrible first ones showed up in a shattered Christmas arrangement the replacement sent was delivered to the wrong apartment and the company expected us to go knock on the door and retrieve them ourselves for their mistake which ruined an elderly women’s day as she thought they were her flowers.not impressed
