Staff very knowledgeable and professional with lots of experience and top of the line machines. They are always adapting to the latest and best technology and treatments available in the world of skin care. Love coming to RIO and am always blown away by their service!

I can't say enough good things about Refined Image Ottawa. The service and vibe are amazing and the clinic is immaculate. I have gotten a few facials there (hydrofacial and Glow) and was really pleased with the results. Alina gives a stellar facial massage as part of the experience - this is something that I have never received during any other facial and I loved it! I also have done laser hair removal with excellent results (thanks Maddie!). The staff at RIO really take the time to help you figure out what works best for you - skincare, laser, etc and they are equipped to deal with all skin tones. They are truly interested in making sure you are the best version of yourself. I have tried a number of clinics in Ottawa and this is hands down the best one I have been to. Kudos to Nathan and Sandra for creating such a welcoming environment. I will be back often!

I had a RIO Glow facial with Alina and it was wonderful. Alina and all of the staff I met were kind and professional. She explained every step of the treatment and made sure I was at ease and comfortable throughout. The facial massage was amazing. It was so relaxing and nurturing for my skin, I left the clinic glowing. I seriously can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you RIO!

I had a wonderful pleasure of trying for the first time an IPL treatment. Sandra was very professional and communicated with along the way. The place is incredible, great team and everyone is very knowledgeable on how to improve your skin. I would highly recommend this place even for a man like myself who doesn’t know much about skin care. I’m looking forward to my second treatment.

My consultation appointment was yesterday at Refined Image with nurse Emely. She is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She was so professional, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire appointment. Plus, she's gorgeous!

As a bride to be, I got dermaplaning done by Emely and I would 100% get it done again. She answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable regarding the procedure. The atmosphere was relaxing. Emely was very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable the entire time.

It’s been one week since my first session with Maddie Berry for the 2023 Summer Cleanup and I am madly in love with the results!

Maddie’s choice of treatment and application led to the most natural results possible. After just one session of IPL, partial Botox, and consistent use of the Vivier Skin Care Program, my skin has transformed in a way I was not anticipating. Every dark spot has lifted, texture and tone are radiant in a way that can only be described as youthful, and my pores are minimized.
