Amazing experience, I was 100% pleased with the help and professionalism of the pharmacist. Doctor Tawfik was incredibly helpful and took complete care of my issue. I will recommend this pharmacy for sure.

I saw Dr. Akinsete as a walk-in doctor back in 2018. Once I had sprained my ankle, he wasn't taking patients at the time I arrived but he agreed to stay and see me. He was thorough, sent me for xrays and wanted to see me for a follow up. He wasn't even my family doctor and he still wanted to see me again. I was beyond grateful. My husband and I had bronchitis later that year and he saw us both and did a very thorough exam. Fast forward to 2023, my husband needed a new family doctor. I inquired if Dr. Akinsete was accepting new patients and luckily he was able to see my husband the following week for an assessment. He was again so thorough and sent my husband for tests his previous doctor never even thought of. He took his time and really listened to my husband's concerns. When I read these reviews about people complaining about wait times I think its nuts! Since when do you not have to wait for a doctor? Wouldn't you rather wait for a good doctor who will actually help you as opposed to a doctor who already has one foot out the door when you see them? I am very grateful for Dr. Akinsete and his friendly staff. I feel my husband will be well taken care of. Thank you

This place is brutal for killing your time. I requested the receptionists multiple times to respect time but they don’t care. Appointments don’t work. The receptionists will always say we are running behind and please wait. Then you wait wait wait and wait wait and wait like emergency sometimes appointment is at 2 o’ clock, but you are lucky to see doc for couple of minutes after 4 o’ clock. If you are a useless person with no need to worry about wasting time. Please visit I am feeling useless at the moment too.

Thanks to the pharmacist named Tarek, I could finally get my son’s medicine which I couldn’t find in any pharmacies nearby. He kindly and professionally consulted us and made the medicine in less than an hour! Thank you so much Tarek!

Always a good experience at this clinic, Dr Atkinsete has the friendliest attention, never rushed. Also Dr Egom is amazing, and his receptionist Leizl is wonderful.

I' ve been seeing Dr Akinsete since 2017 and he has been a great doctor helping me through some of my most difficult medical challenges. He also is especially thorough iwith my annual physicals and periodic check-ups I consider myself fortunate to have a caring doctor like Dr Akinsete.

Clinic has no respect for your time. If you have a job, go else where or you'll be waiting whole day for your appointment.

I had an appointment with Dr. Akinsete at 1 pm, supposed to get a call from the Doctor. I called in at 1: 30 pm to see whether i'd be expecting the call and was told the doctor was 45 mins behind schedule. I received at call from Dr. Akinsete at 4 pm. Luckily i was working from home that day with no meetings.

I did my bloodwork few days after our appointment and was told to wait. Like previous clinics, I thought I'd be expecting a call from Reflex Medical Center to confirm they've received my results and i should come in for an appointment. 1.5 months later, no call yet so i called in (took a few tries) ; apparently i was suppose to call to book an appointment to review my results. Well, how was i suppose to know you received my results already? !

If you do catch the reception on the phone, the experience is good. However, the few times that i had left voice mails or emailed them for callback, i have NEVER received a call back.

Its the little things that count, and due to my experiences at this Clinic, i'm going to have to keep looking for a family doctor that's accepting new patients.

My meeting with Dr. Akinsete was overall positive but what makes a doctor's time more valuble than my own? !

Very pleased with my experience dealing with Dr. Akinsete. Very kind man and did a lot to help me out over the years. I highly recommend speaking to him for your needs. Gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait times are ridiculously long. They need more doctors so patients can have their appointments conducted in a timely manner.

The worst doctors office ever!
Dr Akinsete lies on patient files, misses appointments, is rude and abrupt. No consideration for anyone's time. Reception staff has no idea how to run an office - no call backs from the online system, no responses for follow-ups, no appointment reminders. No idea how the rating is so high!

I had an intake appointment booked with Dr. Akinsete recently. The doctor called over two hours late past our scheduled appointment time. When booking, I was notified that calls could run late, but an intake call at 7: 30pm is disrespectful of my family's time. I understand that medical appointments can and do run late, however this was not a good first impression. When I called the clinic 1 hour past my appointment time, they were closed, with no way to leave a message or follow-up.

Great clinic, but the male receptionist isn't pleasant at all. He always sounds irritated and rushed. The doctor is always late and never apologises for wasting your time.

Tarek T, Pharmacist gave me my covid booster shot. He was so very kind and caring from the moment I called to book the appointment. I definitely recommend using this pharmacy. Thank you Tarek!

I like Reflex Pharmacy. The pharmacist Mr. Tawfik is very friendly, attentive, respectful and polite to his patients. My wife and I received the Covid booster vaccination there, and he treated us like a king and a queen. The staff is very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a good pharmacist and pharmacy, I strongly recommend anyone to go there.

Had my booster and flu shot today. Pharmacist was great at answering all my questions. All went well and I’ll be now be getting all my prescriptions filled here in the future!

Today I was fortunate to get access to my third Pfizer shot. Tarek was most professional, personable and
Helpful in the administration of my booster. I left feeling confident that I would not have to worry about anyone’s health being jeopardized because I was not fully vaccinated. Thank you Tarek for making the process so seamless. I would happily recommend reflex pharmacy for its excellent customer service.

Dr. Akisente has been an excellent physician for our family. He is very thorough and caring in his approach in caring for his patients.

Dr Akinsete is an absolutely wonderful doctor, the pharmacy is also great.as for his medical staff, im sad to say the opposite. I know Dr Akinsete will honourably stand by his staff but there needs to be serious adjustments made SIMPLY on how to communicate with patients. I will be left on hold for hours on end on the phone and will even be hung up on.i know it is not the phone service as I have been trying for DAYS to get in contact just to BOOK an appointment to refill a prescription.ive been a patient for a couple years now and have always stayed for the doctor and the pharmacists but i dont think i can continue with this lack of service any longer.such a shame.

The doctor here does not respect patient’s time. You will schedule an appointment and even online consultation call will come after 1 hour or more of scheduled time. Same thing goes when u visit Clinic. There is a no show fee for patient but what when doctor delay and delay and on top of it no apologies from doctor. Guys if you want to save your time then please don’t enroll yourself here. Medical perspective/consultation wise doctor is good

Dr. Akinsete has been absolutely awesome every time I have seen him. Myself, my fiancé and my mother have all permanently switched over to him & are super happy that we did. The pharmacy tech is always a pleasure to deal with as well. However. The front desk staff is awful to deal with, he is usually unhelpful and/or too busy to care. It can be hard to actually get through the phone line and once you do, I find I have to recall and confirm that it is sent because there has been multiple occasions they did not do so after I hung up with them.

It’s a shame such a phenomenal Doctor doesn’t have the Admin staff to support him. I thought maybe this was something that goes unnoticed.but by the other comments from months ago and the fact this is still accurate seem pretty disheartening

Not sure what's happened to this clinic.the service there should be illegal. I don't even think Dr Akinsete knows how bad the service is, because if he did I don't think he would approve. Such a shame because he's great! I'm done.

Dr Atkinsete is amazing BUT I would give 0 stars for the front desk. They have (accidentally i guess) blocked my number and I cannot reach them. When I call from my husband's phone they recorded message goes on a endless loop and goes unanswered. When you finally connect they are unable to help you in any way.example.they send reqs to the wrong email address multiple times, cannot find reports etc.
The front desk really needs to get their act together!

Very unprofessional staff, I have waited 2 weeks for the appointment and when it comes they we’re missing reports, and then they found but rescheduled me. They don’t know what they are doing at the front desk

Horrible service.very unprofessional staff at front desk. Will not send you confirmation for your virtual appointments until the last minute.
Long delays when calling them. Will put you on hold and keep you waiting for ages.

We have used this pharmacy on numerous occasions. Always receive prompt and professional service. Will continue to use their services whenever possible.

This is my first pregnancy in Canada so I have been anxious because the system is totally different with my previous pregnancy. However, Dr Akinsete is very caring and patient to explain all the steps I need to take. He gives his time fully for his patient and I can ask whatever questions I have. Very recommended!

Dr Akinsete is the most caring doctor I have ever known. The staff is also very kind and friendly. Absolutely love it here and would recommend to anyone.

My experience with Dr. Akinsete has been positive. The queue management at the clinic is very poor - there's always a wait of at least 45 minutes even for confirmed appointments. The wait can be longer than an hour at times. I, like others, had to reschedule and leave the clinic after waiting for over an hour for my confirmed appointment.

Honestly the most disorganized walk-in I have ever been to! I was told 6 people were ahead of me and it was roughly an hour wait, then after an hour and only two people getting called in I went to see what the wait was looking like and was told now there were 7 people ahead of me and it would be at least another hour wait. So some how 6 turned into 9 and it takes an hour to see 2 people? Wasted my time would not recommend.

Great clinic with excellent staff who really cares about patients. I really appreciated the Pharmacist Tarek taking time to explain the appropriate procedures for taking the prescribed medication for best effects. Top notch customer service!

Im been in this clinic 3 times this week the first time I waited 2: 30 hours the second time I had appointment and waited over an hour, today I came just for the doctor to talk to me about my mammogram results because I didn’t want to wait 5 days for my appointment after 3 hours I’m still waiting

Pharmacy is Great! Doctor is good. The receptionists here are terrible and are yet learn how to use a watch. This is the second time I’ve gotten a appointment and have had to wait 40+ minutes. I don’t understand what they bother giving appointments.

I called in to verify if they were still on schedule. After they assured me, I still end up waiting. When I addressed my issue, both of the receptionists just smiled. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I went here for travelling vaccination. There was nowhere except this place they still have the Twinrix. The guy who served us is super nice and professional! Thanks.

I'm happy I found this clinic after my very good Doctor stopped practicing. Doctor and his staff are very caring, professional & courteous. I have to travel at least 25 mins to see him and so far it is well worth the trip for me. Wait times are not long. I also like the ease of booking or canceling my appointments online! The pharmacy which is right by it is also good; another bunch of courteous and professional pharmaceutical staff. The environment is welcoming, comfortable & clean. Thank you'all for your care

The lines are shorter than most places, and I feel really comfortable and taken care of from all the staff I've met. Extra kudos to the pharmacy team. I really appreciate how welcoming they are each visit to a nervous confused young adult that I am haha

Absolutely amazing. The best clinic I have been to in my life, probably the best clinic in the GTA. I am so glad my partner and I found this place, and we wish we had found it even earlier. The receptionist, the doctor, and the pharmacist were all kind, caring, knowledgeable and good listeners; qualities that are necessary for being a good healthcare provider.

Nurse/Receptionist had a great disposition. Wait time wasn’t too long for me. Doctor Akinsete was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. The pharmacist, Tarek, was friendly and patient in explaining my medications. Very quick too- literally no wait time to get my prescription filled. From start to finish it was the best walk-in experience I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend.

The travel clinic and pharmacy are very knowledgeable and friendly.and the pharmacy had vaccines that are low on availability.would definitly go again and recommend to others

I have visited Reflex multiple times in the last two years and the experience has always been smooth and seamless. The Doctor and the Pharmacist are great in their respective areas. The receptionist is cheerful and accommodative as well.

Went to this clinic at 9 a.m. Which is the opening time as stated on their website and clinic was not open. No sign on doors stating clinic hours, in fact no signing at all.
Respect the time of your potential patrons and adhere to your stated hours of operation! Alternatively, change the time on your website if you do in fact only open at 10 a.m. As I have read in multiple reviews.
My time is just as valuable as yours and I don't appreciate it being wasted.

After thoroughly checking the website it does state on the 'contact us' page that doctors and pharmacy staff arrive @ 10am. Perhaps this note should be posted on the home page of the website under the hours of operation, rather than on the last page of the website.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for many years now and Tarek has been absolutely amazing at helping me out. He is incredibly helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Akinsete is is likewise very helpful and forthcoming. He always takes his time for his patients and their individual concerns. My entire family comes to this clinic and I would highly recommend this clinic for its outstanding service!

The staff at Reflex Medical are always very warm and welcoming. Easy appointment times and the pharmacist is professional and always takes time to let you know what your prescription is and possible interactions. They are sincere in their interactions and definitely recommend you visit.

Very confusing. Brought my son in because this place is listed as a walk-in clinic.with reviews that identify it as a walk-in clinic. Was asked to go somewhere else by staff because "we are not a walk-in clinic". What gives?

I don’t usually go to clinics, but I saw this one had good review and came to visit for my chest pain I got from snowboarding. In summary, I had a good experience. I walked-in so I waited sometime, about 50 mins. However, the doctor Dr. Akinsete and the pharmacist Mr. Tarek Tawfik is super nice and courteous. I felt like a VIP even tho it was my first time here. I will definitely go back again and also register my family doctor with them!
