Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. As a patient you feel heard and welcomed. Dr. Zollinger is very competent and knowledgeable and explains all medical terms and the treatment in an understandable way. Scheduling is easy and the follow up is immediate! Great patient care!

Great place to visit for a healthier neck and spine. Dr. Martin is highly professional, he will make sure you understand how the treatment works to begin with and keep track of any change in your condition along the way. What I love the most is that I can easily reschedule my appointments with a few clicks on an app. Staff are also very nice and friendly.

Nothing but praise for this clinic:
I started receiving care at RE-FORM about 4 years ago. At the time, I was suffering from peripheral neuropathy from cancer treatments in my youth as well as years of driving long distances for work. My hands and feet were tingling, my neck was stiff, and I was getting "phantom pains" through random places in my body. I was taking prescription meds on top of over the counter pain meds just to handle the level of everyday pain, and my family physician agreed I should try chiropractic care. I can only attest to my own results, but after a few months of care, I was able to ween off my prescription meds and no longer needed over the counter pain meds. After a year, I only needed to visit once a week.
Most of all, since my sense of touch and pain was corrected, I was able to start feeling when I was doing wrong movements or overexerting myself BEFORE sustaining injury.
In the end, my posture is much better, my headaches are all but gone, and my sense of touch is now so sharp that I can enjoy playing piano again.
I had tried another chiropractor before but had left within a few weeks as I felt battered after visits, but I found Dr Zollinger was impressive at finding the root cause and working on what would provide the best improvement with least discomfort.

I have been going to this clinic since November 2021 after having back pain for many years and I can say now that I feel much better with less back pain as I continue to see Dr Martin once a month. I also appreciate very much how you feel welcome as soon as you enter in the clinic and you don't wait for longtime to see the doctor.
So If I may I will highly recommend DR Martin to everyone who need adjustments from a Chiropractor. Thanks Dr Martin.

First time going to a chiropractor and Dr. Zollinger has been the best choice I made. He took the time to explain and clarify all my questions. I have been in pain for years, feeling my whole torso was just a rock with 0 mobility. After the first session, I already saw results, felt like jello. After too many years and too many chiropractors I finally felt like I was being heard when I was explaining the chronic pain from a back injury in 2017. He listened, took the time to assess my X-rays, set a plan and now I am feeling fantastic! In only a few short weeks I’m moving more, sleeping better and making more efforts to improve my overall quality of life!

Also the friendly atmosphere can’t be beat at the clinic, with the help of Jessica the clinic runs like clock work from scheduling, payments, sign in and reminders. All you have to do in show up!:)

I am very happy with the service here. I used to have mid back pain all my life. But now I must say it has greatly been reduced. Only if I over exert myself do I feel something. Other than that, no pain. Even when I saw a chiropractor in my teenage years it was definitely not as effective as the care given by Dr. Martin. He identified the problem, treats it with regular adjustments and offers solutions to help reshape the spine. There are also guidance on having a better posture and exercises we can learn to strengthen the core muscles and the back. All of this is great for maintaining a healthy spine for life! I simply LOVE RE: FORM Body Clinic. Since starting treatment more than 2 years ago, I have noticed a significant change. I no longer have lower back pain (which used to disrupt my sleep), I have increased energy and am more flexible/mobile. In addition, I used to struggled with chronic bronchitis/flus/pneumonias yearly and since starting treatment, I haven't experienced any of these ailments - I'll be celebrating three (3) years being bronchitis/flu/pneumonia-free in September 2022! Dr. Zollinger is simply the best! I appreciate being able to take the core classes and receiving detailed explanations - receiving proper explanations about the treatment you receive is key to understanding what is going on in the spine and how this influences the rest of the body. The support staff at RE: FORM is also wonderful! A hat tip to Jessica who always welcomes us with a huge smile and is wonderfully accommodating when a scheduling conflict occurs!:) THANK YOU!

Today was my first visit. Office was very clean. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Zollinger was very informative and I left feeling very optimistic that he would be able to help me.

I have had pain with my lower back and yesterday was my first adjustment with Dr Zollinger. I was a little nervous but I trusted his specialist knowledge. I think he did a ritual baptism of sorts and after the adjustment I felt the blood flow through all my being. It was a nirvana and the best high I have had since reading my stock market charts! It was such a relief I think I was born again! There was less strain on my back when I’m walking and getting up from my chair is not as painful. I have been praising him to my wife and colleagues and they are motivated to get an adjustment as well. The only thing I regret is that I wish I came to Dr Zollinger earlier. Great job good Sir!

I was asked to rate Re: form before my first appointment. The set up for appointments is very aggressive. I subsequently received an email alerting me that I clearly don’t take my health as seriously as I should because I’ve chosen an alternate path. The hard sell doesn’t work for me at all and left me wondering why I ever came by. I suppose that this works for others though - as there are other more positive reviews.

Great place to the treatment of my back. I am getting educated about how to take care of my back. Love it. Friendly environment and very positive attitude all the time.

I could go on forever expressing my gratitude and appreciation for everything Dr Martin has done for me over the past year and a half. When I first walked into the Re: form body clinic I was suffering from chronic, extremely debilitating back pain due to a previously undiagnosed condition, and needed a cane to walk. Fast forward to now, not only can I walk without a cane, but I can run, exercise regularly, function normally, and am 99% pain free (without use of medication) every single day!
Along with chiropractic treatments, Dr Martin also gave me the education, skills and support I needed to improve my own health one step at a time, and it has made all the difference.
