I recently closed my new RC house at ORM. The whole journey with RC has been pleasant. Kim was amazing helping us at the decor center. Dot is the best to help us close the house in time. Erdemer and Patricio are so helpful and responsive to my service requests after closing. Overall good quality home and professional team to deal with. Definitely will recommend RC. I am an owner of one of the homes built by Regal Crest Homes since last 7-8 years, Recently one of my basement window panels cracked from inside and I searched around to find out the supplier of these windows but no luck, so then I called up Regal crest office and spoke to Marco Capobianco, Service Manager
who is professional and asked for the dimensions on the window and arranged a new set within no time and I was able to replace them without any costs. I would really like to thank him for his wonderful and exceptional and customer service and would recommend anyone to Regal Crest Homes.

My experience with Rimma at the Decor Center was exceptional. As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially overwhelmed by the prospect of choosing decor and upgrades for my new home. However, Rimma’s expertise and guidance made the entire process not only manageable but enjoyable.

I bought a home with Regal Crest and the experience has been very easy and incredible. Their quality in materials is above most other builders and I need to say that their after-purchase service is amazing. Dave, the site supervisor answers all our questions/concerns and sends employees to come and fix the issues very quickly. Mike was also very nice and helpful as well with our tarion 30 day and 1 year items. He came a few times himself to check on the items we submitted. He would also answer all the questions I have (and there were quite a few!). Maurizio is someone I really appreciate and think that Regal should be proud of to have on their team for 20+ years. He came in to fix the items in the work order and he was SO helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond his job duties to help me fix many items in the house and had the patience to explain what caused those issues and what he did to fix them. There are a few more people that were very helpful as well, but which I forgot their names, such as the electrician and plumber. I would definitely buy another home in the future from Regal Crest!

Review for a family member: BEST BEST builder ever! It was my first time buying a home in the mayfield village. It was such a easy process. Throughout the home being built we were involved in every step. We visited the home being built 2-3 a week. We went in the home. Took pictures of where the plumbing and electrical was located for future reference. We saw all the finishing go in and how they looked. The workers were very nice. Me and my siblings went to visit and the supervisor Jeff actually let us go in the home while being built. Super nice guy. Most builders wouldn’t not allow you in the home. Once the home was done and we closed there was minor problems, like some window nets missing (not a big deal) and the stairs needed to be stained again. Jeff was very nice during our pre move in inspection. A couple months after someone came to fix our house, he was very nice and I had contacted Erdemer and he was so helpful. If anything was wrong he would call someone to fix it. So far it’s been a year and there has been nothing wrong with the home. Best builder ever. I definitely recommend them over countrywide and Aspen ridge. When they came to put the grass and driveway the workers we’re very nice and if we requested some stuff to be fixed they did it right away. Best builder ever. Don’t build from anyone else. Would definitely recommend. Also we’ve seen the home being and we’ve seen that all the wood was properly placed and they didn’t cut any corners.

We been force to change kitchen layout with option provided by them and in return I provide other option then they ask me to pay couple thousand.

Regal crest is really good at taking advantage of your situation. We paid additional 50K in décor and still don't know what more to come

Don't go with regal crest. They will keep asking for more and more money and at the end you wont get your home the way you want.

I made mistake by selecting regal crest.

We bought the house from Regal Crest Home, and their after-sales service is commendable.
Assistant Service Manager Erdemer Sayyan is elegant and attentive. Every time I sends an email, he will reply in time, sometimes even after 5: 00 in the morning, come to INSPECTION in person and arrange work. Serviceman Maurizio is smart, handy, and does his job well, doing the works out of the list.

Don't get scammed by this Fake People.

Once you signed the form you will see their real face. All they care about is their profit. You will be paying more then double and in return you will receive lowest quality of service ever you can imagine with low quality material getting used on high price property. Not only that they do delay your work with fake reason like no supply due to covid but on the same time they working on other properties with same material. I don't know is it their nature of doing business with everyone who trust them or partiality? I just check other two builder in cleave-view community and they are lot professional, quicker and responsive compare to regal crest. Regal crest just have big name but no ethic of doing business even after 50 years. If anyone wants to verify my review then go and visit cleave -view estate on Mississauga road and see with your own eyes.

They are good with only few things. False promises & lucrative wording.

Her knowledge regarding what upgrades would suit my vision for the home was amazing and I truly felt that I was in good hands. We purchased a new home from Regal Crest this year. The house is well built with some minor issues. The builder has been very responsive and excellent at making us feel like a part of the family. The service people - especially Erdemer and Macro are very patient, quick to respond to the issues that may have arised. With such a great team behind your back, you can feel confident buying a property with them.

Marco and his service team were not only professional, they took the time to fix the problems in a timely manner. If you need a repair, or some work done (big or small) from any Regal Crest home, you need to contact Marco. One phone call and they took complete ownership of this issue. This builder was very unprofessional. We bought a home from them and they messed up the house horribly. The doors did not close, they forgot multiple features we paid for, they did not tell us 90% of features and options we could've added to the home, etc. We were all very unsattisfied with their work. Would not recomend to anybody.

We moved into our home late last year and were not able to have all the repairs completed until recently due to covide. We worked with Edrdemer Sayyan to make all the repair arrangements and he was fantastic! He was very understanding and pleasent to work with and responded to all our inquiries very quickly-he truley made our experience a great one!

Recently purchased a home with Regal Crest, very happy with the standard features & finishes the home came with. Upgrade costs were reasonable with a wide range of options. We worked with Linda on the interior and design and she made it a very pleasant experience, giving us great recommendations and even helping us make some last minute changes without difficulty. He is polilte kind and eager to help customer when they are having concerns. He always guide you in a right way. First of all the good thing is whether he resolves the issue or not that is not important. What matters most is he is always willing to first listen to the customer issue, understand the problem and then he will guide you in the righ path and also even resolve issue in a timely manner irrespective of the conditions. Listening is most important. He is really trustworthy. Bravo and Kudos to his exemplary customer service. We always have very few people in each company and he is one of them always willing to go an extra mile to assist customers. He wants his customers to be happy at the end of the day that is his goal. We are very happy with our new home at Vales Of The Humber. What stands out to me is the wonderful Customer Service right from the Sales Office – “Ralph”, Upgrade Selection – “Linda” and Quick turnaround time with answers of our questions and concerns – “Dorothy”. They want happy home owners and they really care. Highly recommend buying a Regal Crest Homes.

The customer service and quick response time after we moved in was excellent. For example, We had some minor defect in Master EnSuite mirror but was taken care of in a timely manner even amid Covid. Big thanks to Erdemer and his service department for getting things resolved quickly. He has truly made every effort to solve our service issues.

Professional work for most part.
Special mention for Erdemer, knowledgeable and skilful. We added things that we had missed on our 30 day and 1 year Tarion list, genuine issues.they got those fixed with no fuss and in a timely manner. Their boss did a walk-around of our neighborhood and took notice of something that wasn't broken but was aesthetically looking a tad weird.got it changed. Was good to see a shift from the sadly accepted norm when it comes to builders or Tarion!

Erdemer - the project manager for the site is very responsive and always ready to resolve the issues. Would not recommend this builder to anyone looking to purchase a new home. When we moved into our house, the counter tops were missing, the dryer vent was not installed and was directed into our basement which is a municipal violation, and overall quality amd workmanship was poor. We had ordered upgrades that we paid for and were not installed. They almost forgot to install custom stone work on the outside of the house; we had to tell them that they installed brick instead of what we had ordered and they had to redo the work. It's sad that customers have to bear the risk and builders and contractors get the reward upfront.

I moved into my 2nd home with Regal Crest earlier this year. After purchasing my 1st home with Regal Crest in 2016, I was very impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, upgrade options in decor center and excellent customer service. Their decor center staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks to Virginia and Kim for their guidance during upgrades, I relied heavily on their suggestions and it all worked out just amazing!

Buying home is one of the biggest decisions that we make and it was very crucial for me to know that I will be good hands and get same level of support after we move in. Regal Crest service department provided excellent and very professional support. I would like to thank Erdemer Sayyan specially for his support and guidance. When I decided to upsize my home in 2019, it was a very easy choice for me to just go with Regal Crest based on my experience with 1st home.

Initially receive an email for upcoming Cleave View Estate on sept 19th 2020 with price starting from 1.2M now after 15 days of receiving first email they have increase price by 100K. Now their starting from is 1.3M. Such a low business practice. Also I notice since January 2020 not a single house got sold for above 1.4M in same area.whoever listed house above 1.4 either they suspended or terminated the listing. Regal crest selling same thing for above 1.5 which is not even a listing price for an existing home on same neighbourhood/streets.

Bought a home from this outstanding builder. Always helped with anything I requested, went way above and beyond to make me happy even outside of Tarion warranty. Quality of home building and service is clear. I would highly recommend and would prefer to buy a home built by this builder.

Hi i recently bought house from regal crest. Erdemer helped me a lot to fix things after i moved in.when ever i left message in his absence he always return my call. He is always well behaved.

All customers please make sure you get all the information about your house like maps and wiring diagrams and read the warranty properly. They do not keep any electronic records and shred everything after 7 years. So if you need information you are out in the cold.

I recently purchased a home with Regal Crest and am very satisfied with the services provided from the whole organization ranging from the Owner to Site Managers. Marco Capobianco, the Service Manager, is outstanding at his job and is very helpful for assisting with all of our needs. He has provided services throughout the duration of us living here and has always been available to help. Honestly, there should be more people like Marco working for the builder since he is absolutely phenomenal at his job. Derek is also very humble and is always striving for perfection, by personally inspecting each property during construction and instructing changes based on imperfections. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase with Regal Crest and am happy to be in contact with amazing helpful individuals.

I dont want to give them even one Star. I have the worst experience with them.they were very nice at the time of buying but if you need to ask them anything afterwards they are very different. They have the horrible staff at their vaughan office. We bought house from regal credt in 2015 and they took a security deposit related to some city work and told us that you can claim after 5 years. So when I called them after said time to know the process to claim, one of their staff at vaughan location (Anna) whom they tranferred my call to, dont even know how to talk to their customer. She was very rude and very blunt to me that they dont know anything about it. Regal Crest Team please have some good and generous people in your office who can handle customer calls.

Not only their house are over market price but you not getting what you paying for. In base price they giving basic stuff and if you wants to change then you pay for upgrade cost. For every single change you wants to in a basic structure they charge extra money doesn't matter if your dream home is not even started to build. Also you paying almost 30K to 50K during closing on top of builder cost. I made a mistake and regrets but I do suggest don't fall in this trap. There are other builder who provide better service for what you pay.

I have dealt with Regal Crest on several purchases over the last years. Yesterday I pulled a trigger on another one in Newmarket area. This time I dealt with Marc and Tara. However and obviously over these years I dealt and had contacts with numerous people in that organization from their site managers, salespeople, workers to design center and so on.
Regardless of the issues or subjects all of them acted with full openness, professionalism and customer oriented attitude. Quality of homes were well above the other builders I dealt with and most importantly is their attitude and willingness to accommodate and resolve the matter with my expectations exceeded.
That's why I purchased our next house again yesterday from them and I'm very confident doing that.
