My husband and I have had continuous excellent service from our broker, Andrew. We recently decided to add rental insurance in with our auto, and the experience was efficient and painless.

The quote they gave me was over $400 more than my last one, and my previous insurance included commercial auto, so there is no reason for it to be that high.

It seems to me that they didn’t even bother trying to find the best quote and just told me to try another company instead

Called to get a quote, got a quote. Called back the same day to follow through and was told they didn't have time as they close in 30 minutes. Very disappointing!
