Regal Nails are the best nail salon I’ve ever tried in Windsor. Emely and Jenny took me at last minute where I didn’t have an appointment and they did not disappoint me. I really appreciate their time. I felt so relieved and relaxed after my manicure and pedicure. I’ve tried a lot but their services were the best. This is my fifth time and I loved it. I do recommend you to try them once and you won’t regret it:)

This is the worst place I ever, I been coming here for months and I never leave happy the nail polish it peels off they don’t even paint your whole nail! They should put young woman no old woman they even take there time they rush! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY COMING HERE I PAYED 45 for a ugly set

2 start for effort but overall not happy the lady who did my nails look like she didn’t know ahat to do always ask her colleagues and I’m in a hurry so I didn’t really look my nails when in store but get home there’s issue and not happy with it see pics.

I have glue under my nails paid around 70$ the nails is not ao clean compare to other salon I went too. It looks messy and the extension nails is too thick not what I expect that will look slim even i ask for square shape.

Emily and the ladies are so nice! I tried this place for the first time and I love them I'm a person who is not gentle and I work with cleaning supplies these nails and polish with stood my horrible treatment so far with no chips or breaks it's convenient to get groceries and nails done at the same place and with great service like I've experienced.

I got a full set put on by Loann, she was very sweet and professional. I appreciated that she took her time and stayed past closing time to finish my appointment. I will be returning for a fill in a few weeks! 5 stars

I honestly felt the services are okayish for what they are charging.
I went for a mani pedi combo at this store and honestly they haven’t done a great job with pedicure and manicure was just mostly like nail pain and uv

I made an appointment and asked how
much for a full set of acrylics. I was told $40. After taking me 40 minutes late, I was then finally done 2 hours later and told it was $60. After arguing about the price, I finally gave up. Terrible customer service

WOW can I just say I’ve been to about 5 nail salons and the experience I had here is the best. Anna did an amazing job, so much attention to detail and she took her time and listened to my suggestions. Will absolutely be coming back! Anna did a Christmas design with candy cane, Santa hat, and snow flakes and I’ve received so many compliments, I posted it on here! I cannot recommend Anna enough!

A friend recommended this nail salon (EMILY) after I complimented her on her nails! Emily was such a welcoming person who was meticulous and professional when doing a dip powder manicure to my nails! I am really happy with my nails and highly recommend Emily and the salon in general! I got a great vibe in the salon and will definitely go back! Thanks Emily! Love my nails!

Went here last Thursday, forgot to review because it was so late LOL, but great place! Such nice women that work their and very clean inside.my appt was for 7 but didn't start till bout 7: 20 but I didn't mind at all because I mean it happens.they take things very nice and easy to make sure your desired nails are what you get! The lady working with me (forgot her name) stayed until almost 9 and didn't once complain! They are super gentle and super kind towards you.they pay very close attention to detail and are overall a great place! 10/10 would recommend.

I always go to regal nails, Loann is the best! She respects what you want and she tries her best always, so dedicated and understandable, she took a good care of my nails and I can't ask for more!

I usually do my own nails as I used to be a nail tech but it was my birthday so I decided to treat myself. Pedicure was fine. Manicure, not so much. Every nail, she had to use her own nail to clean up the edges, and none of the edge lines were clean. There was polish on my cuticles and some bits of polish on the sides. She didn't get the top coat to the edges of the polish and there's a bunch of little holes/bare patches in the top coat. She also had me leave my nails under the light for a full minute after every coat, and then two minutes at the end. The skin around my nails was basically sun burnt and 3 days later, started to bubble. I usually cure my nails for 20-30 seconds after each coat, and one minute at the end. I don't know if their nail polish manufacturer specifies longer times or something, but my fingers still hurt 5 days later.
Edit: After some research, it appears that my skin reaction is due to getting the polish on my skin around the nail, not necessarily the UV light. I've had gel nails on and off for years, and do my own gel nails all the time and never had this issue.

Best Nail Spa in Windsor! I have been going to them for over a year now and their service is still the best. Always friendly and fulfill your needs! Will Recommend this to everyone!

I really like this place, the staff is very friendly and professional. My daughter and I visit this place very often. We always get compliments on our nails, 10/10.100% recommendable.

If you want your nails done right go to Regal Nails, inside Walmart on Dougan Ave.
They do excellent work and do what you ask for

I walked here to try the pedicure experience but it was terrible. I don't know what she did to make the corner of my big toe so painful and it looked like it was infected. The prices here are not cheap at all and are the exact opposite of the results I paid for. I advise all of you to think twice before you want to come to this place. I want to give it zero stars if I can

I always love my visit. Everyone is friendly, the environment is stylish and clean. They always have good music on + something fun on Netflix going on their flat screen TVs. They listen to what their clients want and I always leave happy & with such beautiful nails. Thank you, Regal Nails (south Windsor WalMart location)!

I don’t think I’ll go back here for a pedicure. The man that was doing my pedicure didn't really do a good job. I realized after I came home that I still had dead skin on my sole and overall didn’t feel like he cleaned my feet the way they do when you get a pedicure done. On top of that, the nail color was applied very unprofessionally. I think I could have done a way better job at home. Not worth it.

This used to be my go to place i used to be a regular because i like how convenient and clean the place is, however the one day they did not want me to do dip, and insisted i did another thing, without telling me multiple times with me asking what it is, he just did it on me, talking vietnamese about customers the whole time, when i left i was happy because my nails were so hard, i went elsewhere and she took 3 hours to get the nails off, said that it is like a cement, and its actually illegal to have in a salon, it totally ruined my nails they have never been the same since

The ladies are nice and sweet but they were in a rush because of ppl walking in. My nails are chipped and very thick. I’m not impressed at all. I only Tipped them because they were sweet. When it comes to service they probably need more staff.

Horrible service, low quality work and products. I was yelled at, because I had asked for regular nail polish instead of shellac. Very rude workers, I was even asked to pay for the service before she put the nail polish on. I did not engage in a conversation with the nail technician, however the other technician kept yelling at me for not giving in and switched to shellac. After I paid (including the tip for the horrendous service) I was told to go shopping in the store and return in 1h to get the receipt. I refused and got it while the technician has finally decided to put the nail polish on. Very disappointed of the low standards service

Emily has been doing my nails for the past 2 years now and NEVER disappoints! The entire team is amazing and all does great work. I have brought them a lot of business and not one person I know has never not gone back again. So friendly, kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend going here and booking an appointment for whatever your needs are. I've never seen so many colour choices being updated so often in my entire life and I've been getting my nails done for over 15 years. 100% recommend. You will for sure leave with a smile on your face!

Booked an appointment when I reached their I was told to go shopping and come back in 15 minutes. I am a working person travelled an hour to come here and don't have time for shopping clearly they don't value appointment system or people time. If that was not enough quality of work is poor they definitely do not work with the same standard as other Regal nails. Waste of money and time. Clearly they do not have the standard of franchise they are part of. I find very surprising quality difference between Toronto and Windsor
