I came here to many years. Staffs are friendly. They always give me good experiences in both nails and spa pedicure.

They literary ripped me off. I feel so gullible for letting do that to me. I want just to get color. She filed my nail and put one color and charged me 45 dollar.no explanation given.please dont go there.

Worst service asked for pedicures with shellac she said it was! 40 with shellac when finished went to go pay she says $45 it’s $40 plus tax even if you pay cash which I paid
Cash so she’s charging taxes on cash what a scam

This is by far the worse place I have been to and unfortunately, will not be returning. I am unpleased with how my nails turned out. They did not smooth my nail bed before placing the polish and my nails look very bumpy. The nail lady persisted to put another coat as she was convinced it will smoothen it out and as I expected it didn’t. I paid a lot for this service and I’m an unhappy customer.

I used to come here frequently for many years. I stopped for a few years only because a nail place opened closer to me that was more of a convenience. I made a trip to London last weekend and popped in. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I was lucky that they could take me in immediately for a last minute nail fill and eye brow waxing. It did fill up VERY quickly after that with scheduled appointments. Always friendly faces and I love the work they do. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

Went there for eyebrows worst experience I've ever had. Stylist there she applied an oil after waxing she doesn't even mention what she going to apply. It caused allergy on my skin. She was in a hurry to get it done.

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would but unfortunately I had to put one star. I made an appointment with them a day before. They didn’t ask for my name and they just hung up. The next day I go and I tell them I have an appointment, they accuse me of lying and said my name isn’t on there schedule, I told them they did not ask for a name and they still accused me of lying. They were so sure I was lying to the point where they checked their phone history and it showed my number that I called, then they said that it was a missed call and they didn’t answer. I then took out my phone and showed them that they answered and we had a conversation for 1 minute.worst place ever, there’s much better places that took me in same day after this experience when they were fully booked

I I have been a customer for 5 plus years & was always happy. Unfortunately the last 6months everytime I went within a week my nails would chip. The last time I was there in mid December the girl dipped my nails in the powder then proceeded to shave my nails way to thin like paper. I said something & she stopped said my nails were not smooth. Two days later I had chips on 4 nails. I don’t no about you but I am a busy person. So I went back in 6days later (from original mani) & asked for them to fix them. They said since they weren’t busy they could if not I would have to wait. Sorry but my time is valuable & I paid for the service. Needless to say within a couple of days my nails chipped again. I didn’t go back, wont be going back either. The same thing happened to my daughter but she went back 4 times to get them fixed.

They do not staff appropriately. After arranging childcare I went for open, and they couldn't take me because they had booked two appointments and only scheduled two staff. If it wasn't for receiving a gift card at Christmas I wouldn't return.

Do not go here. I got one nail extension and charged me $10 for it… was going to charge me $25 to get my nails painted.thats a price for a manicure! Theyre just robbing your money. Do not go here.
