A very bad company which even doesn't provide record of employment who left their company they have very poor communication even with employees that was the worst company i ever worked with dont just be blind with these regal idiots they are biggest scamming company.

The food was delivious and their service was fast and excellent. We were served by Karam, she was a sweetheart.

Worst experience today ever, I understand they are contractors/third party however Assaulting people is unethical.especially when their is a ratio of 4 men to 1 women. Guards watching Bollywood movies, Mr Marco, as well as Manol, and 2 other gents, could have used less force, and their mouth for communication.
They have good and bad workers at Humber, however ER staff was unethical'.

A very decent company that allows the growth for many of their employees to reach their full potential when working in many environments, including the condominium sector. There are many shifts for people to take if they are up to the job and are open to learning more about their roles and such. I worked here from 2019-2021 and it was a bit rough near 2021 as I was looking for a shift during that time but my previous experience from September 2020 and prior was some of my best experiences working at different sites and learning more about the condo industry. Would definitely send an application or resume if you're interested and are up to the expertise/role that this company has to offer.

I don’t know if this company gives the right training to people working for them.
Is a concierge in Rosedale and Bloor buildings, her name is Pavanika and is using the security cameras to control everyone in that building.
She is sharing pictures from the cameras footage with other people when this cameras are for security reasons.
And the last time I was in the building I could see myself how she had the camera from costumer care office wide open in her computer and she was listening to what people of that office was talking.
This is a privacy violation.
She is harassing the cleaners in the same building telling them how long they are in the bathroom.
Please give this people the right instructions and training so they don’t do stuff like this.

One of the worst office administrator they hired in this company. Zero professional and no respect for their employees.

Horrible experience with this company for condo concierge and security. Guards are always on their phone, and even with intervention from management there was no change. Left the building in a complete mess and even lost bank drafts from residents.

I was a Site-Supervisor for Regal in the past and their security industry training is top-notch. The instructor (whose name I forgot) during my orientation was down-to-earth and I learned a lot from him, which I passed on to my team. Throughout my tenure, I had the pleasure of working for supportive managers like Joel and Ryan, who played a significant role in fostering my personal growth and problem-solving abilities. My former team, whom I supervised, consistently exceeded expectations and could pivot from security to customer service situations, which is crucial skill in property services.

Although I now work in property management for another company, I highly recommend Regal for their excellent service standards if you're looking for Concierge/Security.

I deducted one star because I couldn't get a refund for my uniform due to missing the return deadline, partially my own fault for not finding the time.

I can second what was said about Jaime, the incompetent so called Regal manager from HRH. I experienced the same. Here's someone who possess no man management skills but has a job title and can't function in her chosen profession. Make these folks your very last choice. * Seems like the owner has only got one verse, one sound, same answer for everyone! It's called LACK OF HUMANE COMMUNICATION BY YOUUR MANAGERS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES!

They did not respond at all. They keep hanging people up in the air saying that they will let you know by tomorrow even with proper reference.

I love Regal, and that's because they took me in with zero experience in security. This is not a racist company. They believe in people. I recommend this company to you if you are the type that dont like to jump around. I mean if you want permanent shifts. This is a good place for you if you are interested in condo desk shifts. I went back to school and when I went back to them again, they took me in.

This is the worst security company and equally as dehumanizing as Paragon Security. Site operation manager Jaime at Humber River Hospital, had let a Nurse assault me on camera but choose to remove me from the site instead of removing the perpetrator, regardless of all the evidence I had retained Regal Security sided with the bully. They do not care about real law and legal justice or employment rights. Best thing you can do is believe all the reviews here. I don’t want anyone else to ever experience injustices I experienced ever again, so don’t waste your precious time thinking they’ll offer you a better life.
I managed to get lucky that some special other company lifted me up out of the ashes of Regal Security.

Cant give less than 1 star otherwise i would.stay away from this company. Even bicycle has stand so does humans but vimal (Recruiter) doesn’t have one. How can someone lie if everything can be seen in texts or emails by him! Stay away from the company ️

Very unreliable and utmost worst security company. If you're looking for a security guard job, please do not apply, unprofessional managers, and so on.it is pathetic, worsened scoundrels to waste people's time and money. Stay Away from politics. A sincere advice!

I wish I can give a zero star.one of the worst security companies to Work for. Operation manager Jaime she never picks up calls and when the contract is about to end she never let's the guards or supervisors know in advance.
