I ordered softball jerseys through Regal and their customer service was awesome! They answered every question I had (and I had a lot) quickly and clearly. Their production time, quality, customer service and prices are hard to beat.

Came in before 11: 00AM today and the door was locked but window sign read "open". Rang the doorbell a few times to no avail. I decided to call, no answer.

I called a couple days prior and the lady who answered had such an attitude. Was only looking for information on how their service works. Decided to come today because I was in the area and thought it was convenient but really shouldn't have bothered. If you're looking to have repeat customers, at least treat them with respect rather than a nuisance. Don't even concern yourself with this establishment!

Called & some lady answered rudely asking who's this who's calling so I asked is this Regional sportswear suprized thinking I had just called some poor womans phone but when they replied yes this is Regional sportswear I became even more confused so I replied um a customer I had a question about your service & was met with silence then I said hello, no response, then asked do you want business, still nothing so I hung up 0/5 stars would not trust this place after that probably a front or sweatshop definitely gave me a bad impression overall would rather just take my business to somewhere more professional.

Highly recommend this place because they are very professional—they educate customers on colour scheme and choice of fabrics. Had my logo printed on an apron and they had done a spectacular job! Thank you!
