Much respect to the Dr. Etbinah and all of the staff. For someone that fears the dentist, the entire team are not only professional but caring. They ease the stress which I truly appreciate. I am extremely happy I found this team.

Was told upon check up that I needed a root canal. Was booked in for an appointment few days later and was messaged on multiple occasions to confirm my appointment which I did and therefore took time off work. Less than 24hrs they message me asking to move it three days later because the doctor actually can’t be there. When I expressed my disappointment they then said the doctor decided that he actually could make it. Extremely unprofessional experience and let down from a dentist in the down town core of Toronto! Save your time and find a reputable dentist that takes their profession serious because these people definitely don’t or care to take into consideration that people have jobs and book appointments for this exact reason! Will find another dentist and never going back to this one!

Receptionist was very attentive and kind. Got my cleaning done by the doctor, who was very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get dental work done.

Yes, starting from the receptionist we are awesome and very helpful always a smile which is nice. I don’t think there is a dentist that I’ve been to yet. That is so compassionate loves what he does and his damn good at it. I switch to Dr. Haney are used to go to a dentist from when I was 14 so I guess that tells you all enough I highly recommend Dr. Haney and his team, they are all awesome five stars for this family dentistry

Visited Dr honey for the first time, he is very polite and humble, examines and explain everything so well. Staff is very friendly and experienced in their work. Will definitely recommend others, as we have experienced visiting other dentists there, we found him best.

I've been visiting since 2018 and the service has been awesome. The receptionists on staff are so kind and they send out reminders ahead of your appointment which has been helpful for me on multiple occasions. They're pretty great and deserve some praise since they're underrated for what they have to do on the daily.

The hygienists have been great at their job and they make sure that you're not uncomfortable during your visit, and they managed to catch some of my dental issues at the early stages. It's important to go for those cleanings when they tell you to!

The dentists are skilled like everyone else and they make sure you understand the health of your mouth and their care has been great during the check up, treatment and instructions for what to do afterwards. As long as you follow their directions like with everyone else, you'll be fine.

Together as a team, everyone has made sure to provide such a great experience, very professional and I'll continue visiting them for the foreseeable future.

I've been last year and today The staff is friendly and the quality of work is excellent. The office is clean and modern.

I would avoid this dental centre at all costs! I only just got insurance so my teeth were in very bad shape. I booked an appointment because they were conveniently located. I had all the x-rays done and we created a plan to deal with the most serious issues.
My first appointment was a nightmare. The hygienist was clearly inexperienced, slow and I felt like I was frequently choking because the equipment was sitting on my throat or because the chemicals were burning my throat. My tshirt was destroyed with bleach and they only did 1 of the 3 things they said they were going to do.
Honestly, I should have found someone else at that point but I wanted to avoid having to use insurance to cover another set of scans so I committed to returning. The reception would schedule an appointment but not commit to a time which I found bizarre. Every time I showed up, the appointment would start 20-30 minutes late. They make you sign consent forms which have not been completed by the dentist - so before you get anything done, you are supposed to say that you agree to all risks and the dentist has discussed everything (which they haven't) and agree to the work on the tooth (but the tooth location is not written on the form so it could basically apply to anything).
In the summer, the "room" (no door) was very cold. The walls do not go up to the ceiling so noise carries. There are no tvs or anything to keep your mind occupied while the work is being done and the exam chair is old and uncomfortable.
I found both dentists very rude and abrasive. I had mainly dealt with the female who started getting angry with me because I dared to mention how uncomfortable I was. The male asked me "do you know why you are here today? " as if I don't know why I had booked the appointment.
They charge very high prices so your insurance coverage doesn't go as far and I have no idea why, since most dental offices are a lot more nice/functional. Don't be fooled by the location, this is one place to avoid.

I had to pull one of my wisdom teeth off and I panicked all day long before my appointment. The dentist took his time to explain everything to me and all he said was true. It was an all positive experience, he was very professional and understanding.
This was my first time trying a new dentist after going to the same place for years and it was a good choice. Everybody's super nice and welcoming, ill be coming back for sure.

I gotta say I've had nothing but great experiences with this dental practice since we've switched from our former dentist. These people are progressive professionals and they demonstrate it. They take the time to explain everything to you and they are so gentle they really consider your needs and make sure you're comfortable with what they are doing and if you 're not they don't force anything you don't want.

This is one of the clinics which has the most friendly staff and from my experience, they use high-quality equipment and you can trust the things they put in your mouth:)

Great dentist. Best place I have ever been. The receptionist Sara is amazing and Katrina is good as well, very friendly and outgoing.
All the dentist are awesome as well especially Dr. Hany. Dr. Hany is very patient will explain again and again if he needs to without getting frustrated, he rather you understand everything. He makes you feel very comfortable and important. My whole family goes there too.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hanee is very helpful on explaining procedures and preforming all dental work.
I have recommended this office several times and my friends are very satisfied with procedures done.
