Regency Flowers

Husband ordered flowers for my birthday, they were not delivered on time and instead were left in a bag outside of an office over the weekend. All the flowers fell off less the one or two that are completely dead. I was out of the office for the week and came into a bunch of dead flowers: (. The date of the delivery my husband called multiple times and left a message and was never contacted back. When I called to ask for him to get his money back or get new flowers the person on the phone was incredibly hostile and rude. Very upsetting.
