Excellent pizza! It was one of the best pizzas I ever had. Will come back here again for more.

I keep looking for somethings bad to say but they're great. Better food than the big chains and they haven't missed on an order in years.

Decent pizza joint franchise with customizable options from base to crust texture. Price is decent and they seem to have a lot of specials both online and walk-in. I did a pick up order and walked home in -15 degree weather and the pizza was still warm and tasty. Much better tasting than larger franchise/chains such as Pizza Pizza which taste like cardboard if the pizza cools down.

I usually order from this location, and i like those. But on march 2nd, i ordered same and got something else there were no onions only few chillies and fries were covered fully with extremely lot of sauce. I called and asked for manager and the lady who picked the call was arrogant and she never apologized.

We placed an order with them for 3 pizza's and a panzo at 4pm for a 7pm delivery. When 715 came by no order had reached. We called the store and they stated they were just in-between shifts and as a result our order was NEVER MADE.instead of taking initiative and making it right the female on the phone HUNG UP!

We then called back and she admitted that she hung up on us and NOW we have to place the order again!

Totally unprofessional and staff needs to be trained properly as a individual who trains new hires.this is unacceptable and this rep is a poor representation of the company and more so the store location.

Please avoid REGINOS AT ALL COSTS.

We ordered two pizzas. Base was wet and wasnt good in taste. Seems like neither the dough was fresh nor toppings! Extremely bad experience even after spending too much!

Ordered from Uber Eats! Unfortunately the pizza dough was pretty raw, it needed to rise more before cooking.

Too much dough, and the toppings were falling when I was picking up the slices and next day I got stomach cramps after eating pizza, never again. The lady who was making pizza had her nostrils uncovered. Themask was only covering her mouth. I am not going to this place ever again.

Tried this spot in the past with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I love the awesome mood and fresh food and drinks. Keep up the good work.

This restaurant is surely one of the coolest place in the area. Always when I come to this place I am profoundly glad. They always keep their very high standard service and the highest level of food they give. You always win with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

I certainly liked their food and customer service, good location close to where I live. The workers are always friendly. Would recommend to others.

Pizza is good but 1 star because staff has gotten pizza order wrong multiple times and claims that we didn’t give the right order also the person on the phone is very rude and hung up early when we double checked that we are getting the right pizza

I finally tried this place because of the reviews but unfortunately it was a bad experience. I had ordered the MR Reginos pizza and the toppings were thrown all over the place. The dough was thin and barley cooked. I found a hair baked into one of the slices and had to throw the whole thing out.be warned.

Terrible delivery services on two instances.first: delivery guy touched my hand and had NO business doing so because it was nowhere near his. Been uncomfortable ordering from them ever since.second instance: we requested for the delivery guy to come up on the "notes" section of the delivery confirmation page. We even provided our buzzer code for obvious reasons. The Delivery guy STILL called us to come get it in the lobby which ALWAYS happens. I need him to come up because i have a 1 year old alone with me.complained to him and informed him i will be calling his manager as i was directed to go down and pick up the pizza.he acted like a scared little baby after that and immediately started to treat me like i mattered.why do you ask for a buzzer code if youre not going to make any effort to do your job and DELIVER to my door.terrible delivery guys.lazy and inconsiderate.

Always grab a vege slice from here everytime I come by the plaza.great tasting slices.and soft but crunchy crusts.

It's one of my favorite pizza place. Their pizza is always delicious, the customer service is fast and pleasant.

My pizzas arrived with the toppings stuck to the side and top of the box, half the pizzas smooched and folded over on themselves. I called for customer service in this matter as this is not the level of food service I am used to receiving from your store. I was on the phone with a staff member for just under 10 minutes before they would offer a remedy to the issue that didn't result in having to wait for a replacement to arrive.

I asked to have a credit of some kind for the pizzas for a later date as my children had already started to eat the rest of the meal. I was continually told that this is not what is done by the manager, keep in mind at the start of the call I asked for a manager and was told they were not there.

It wasn't until near the end of the call and with attitude from the store rep that she said she would send 2 more pizzas. To be very honest I am disappointed that she would give me an attitude and make me feel like I was lying and only wanted free food. I have spent my hard earned money with your location on many occasions and this level of customer service was very disappointing.

Please communicate with your staff the importance of excellent customer service and how it impacts whether a customer will return, not return or tell others whether or not to patronize your establishment.

One of the best pizza places in Scarborough, it is worth a try. Great pizza, fries, wings and poutine.

Today was the first time I ordered pizza from Reginos Pizza and I absolutely fell in love. They have such a high quality pizza. The pizza is well worth the money and even more. This is hands down the best pizza place in Scarborough. They also have an amazing set of staffs, they are friendly and nice. I would highly recommend Reginos Pizza.

In love with there pizza and their amazing sauces especially the dipping sauce in creamy garlic. Love the wings absolutely the most tastiest I ever had. The employees are so sweet and nice.

Best pizza in town. Way better than pizza pizza and way better pricing.manager is awesome and employees well trained. If you are looking for a good pizza experience this is definitely the spot!

Made a online order to be picked up.

The order only took 20 Minutes and one ingredient was missing we got a call from Reginos Pizza to change it which was really nice of them.

The service is kind of slow for a small pizza shop and the pizza does not taste the best, however it's better than pizza pizza so I guess you can say its palatable. This place has a wide variety of option for pizza and some friendly server but its look like a new start up and i wish them well but just need to pay more attention to in their customers service

Been coming here for years. Their pizza is the best from all other reginos and other pizza stores. Amazing and fast services. I definitely recommend getting your pizza from this place
