Reginos pizza & wings (Morningside)

Beware of ordering online and paying ahead. I ordered and paid online for the manager's special, which was 2 extra large, 3 topping pizzas, plus a 2l pop. After an hour the pizza arrived.no pop. The driver just walked away. I called the store and the woman said the driver would return with the pop. Called 40 min.later, I was told he was on his way. Then wait, I'll get the manager, she hung up, and hung up every time I called. The pizza is good. The delivery service is bad, and can't be trusted. The woman was rude, and wanted to cheat me. However, yesterday I went there with the receipt. Bill, an employee apologized and gave me the 2l pop. But, we did not have pop with our pizza, and I should not have had to go there after paying $5.99 delivery.

This place is dirty. Filth right above pizza oven. Dirt all over floors. Ordered 3x large fries, came in large container, with small fries quantity. $40.00! Called them as soon as I got home and explained, they said bring it back for refund. Brought it back, and she changed her mind about refund, but now she has my 40.00 and 3x fries. Of course I wouldn't leave, she called police, told them I had a knife! I almost got arrested until the 8 POLICE OFFICERS realized she lied! Anyways, I didn't get my money back and don't want the fries that she took behind the counter. $40.00 down the drain!

Ordered the pizza over the phone. She said it would take 25 mins. Got there 20 mins later, she asked me to pay and then she started making the pizza… weird ik.pizza’s good tho

I had ordered 4 pizzas for pickup and one was specifically for the vegan cheese, due to dietary restrictions and allergies. This was an option available online when ordering, and was advertised in previous emails. The receipt confirmed vegan cheese was chosen, and I trusted this would be the case. I called after picking up the order to be sure as it looked like the other pizzas to which the employee mentioned on the phone they don’t have vegan cheese. After contacting Reginos regarding this, all communication has gone unanswered and those with the dietary restrictions were unable to eat.

VERY POOR SERVICE! UNBELIEVABLE HOW THEY ACCEPT PAYMENT ONLINE AND LEAVE YOUR FOOD AT YOUR FRONT DOOR WITHOUT GIVING NOTICE! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! THEN IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU TRY AND COMPLAIN ABOUT IT! IM BEYOND ANGRY RIGHT NOW!

It's the best place for pizza because they load it up with toppings (no skimping on them) with the best prices, ready when promised, and service with a smile!

Always a good place for pizza, halal options, or if you just need a quick slice.
Prices are slowly going up but so is everyone else's so it is what it is.

The people who run the pizza shop are like scammers. They charged me for the food that was canceled right after it was ordered. They claimed that they made the food ready. It was a lie. Stay away from them in miles

The food was very bad and Its looks like funges. In there plz dont go to this location I recommend that To be honest.

Went in to get a dipping sauce. The attender refused to sell me the order and said ‘this is a pizza store, I cannot help you choose your dipping sauce here’
THE WORST KIND OF EXPERIENCE EVER!
NO WONDER THE STORE HAS SUCH LOW RATING ANYWAY.
He even refused to tell me his name in the end.

I went to this location the food was very worst and unhealthy plz avoid this location guys.

They never change frying oil it seems, Me and my whole family got severe food poisoning one day and the chicken in the pizza was like a paste as it was expired months ago I guess. Not going to order from here ever again
