Was taking garbage to the dump and locked my keys in the car was stuck there for 2 hours waiting for CAA in the heat, the 3 young men that work there went above and beyond to help me, they gave me Gatorade and shade and let me use their cell phone to call for help, thankyou so much!

These guys know how to make the dump a great experience. These guys/gals know how to dump! I love going here. I take my family every chance I get to purge.

How much does it cost to drop off apt contents (sofa, bed, tv boxes) in a u haul truck? They dont answer the phone.

Visited the site on the 27th to find out that it was closed. Website said you were open, very disappointed

Their days of operation does not align with their website. Website says opened but they are actually not opened. It's not fair to load garbages in the car and have to take them back. Just update your website and wasting people's time.

It's an easy place to dump and recycle everything.

If you have just recycling there is no charge.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The one downside is it can be busy or no one there at all. And there is no way to tell until you show up.

Dropped my keys in the freaking bin! Everyone was in on helping me find the needle in the haystack. I found out that my issue today was nothing compared to what others had faced. Champion crew that works there for sure!

Let's hope I get a call before the incinerator! Still no keys.

Nothing feels better than unloading a bunch of junk from around the house to this place. It's therapeutic honestly.

Simple too. Drive up, get weighed tell them what you're desposing and they'll tell you where to go.

Never had a problem. Ever. Staff is amazing and always helpful! Place is well organized and as tidy as it can be. Prices are unexpectedly fair as well!

Good. The process was quick enough to get your vehicle weighed in a few seconds, before proceeding to the next checkpoint to specify if garbage or electronics. As you exit, you get weighed again before making a payment.

This place is very very poor.not safe, unorganized. Lacks signage, directions, staff preparedness, Compared to Halton waste management site.this place is a waste of space.

This place is like a well oiled machine. The flow from start to finish was organized and the staff was very knowledgeable and approachable.

The best dump in the region! Have never had a problem taking items in for disposal. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It can be busy on a Saturday so plan your visit appropriately. I recommend approaching it from Ritson Rd.southbound as it is much easier to make the right turn than to be stuck in a lengthy queue for the left turn from Ritson Rd.northbound.

Too pricey now that the charge has doubled from 125$ per ton to $250. And you have to separate it yourself.

I prefer Miller Waste on Wentworth. They always have a smile and there rates are reasonable and you just dump and go.

I must have seen 10 dump employees today and not one was wearing a mask. Wanted to take mine off to fit in.

It's a quick n painless experience.staff are informed and friendly and the price is super reasonable.although for rock/stone items they now charge $100+ i believe i saw on the sign. Apart from that A+

The guys that work at this place are great but the fact that they don’t take cash is absolutely ridiculous everyone needs to say something about that for won’t be able to pay cash at other places pretty soon

Very well organized disposal bins. It would be convenient to have open hours after 4 pm for people who have to do things after work. They are open Saturday for that reason, but a few extra hour days would be good for some folks.

Staff are excellent every time I have gone. They are friendly, helpful, and the place itself is very well organized and operated.

Well managed and maintained place. Staff is friendly and helpful. The public entrance is located 300 meters left of the main entrance off Ritson road. Stop at the first gate to weigh your vehicle, then drive to the dumping area and ask the staff for the correct bin where you can dispose waste. On the way out, weigh the vehicle at the exit and pay according to difference in weight. We paid $10 for almost 85 KGs. Easy and fast process.

The staff are really nice and it is very easy to use facility. They charge $5 for mixed garbage under 40kg and they will weight your car in/out.

What can you say about a landfill?
The staff were perfunctory in their duties, Nary a smile. It was a dull day - who can say otherwise?

Be sure to check your receipt every time you leave. WED. 12 August I left and got a bill for $56. The scale was 400kg off.
Requested to be weighed again and they gave me a refund. Don't know what happened. Always friendly and professional

I love this place. Very cathartic, getting rid of stuff. Everyone that works there is very nice.
And it’s cheap.

Very organized operation. Grounds are well kept and the staff are professional and helpful. Just wished they opened longer in the spring and summer hours.

I really do feel that this waste facility is properly organized and efficient. I also have more confidence that the properly sorted waste products will actually be recycled or disposed of in the proper manner than other facilities I have been to. Some of the other facilities I have seen are absolutely shocking in how they handle waste with toxic products not separated and handled in the appropriate manner. Maybe other people do not care about waste handling but I sure do care!
The friendliness and attitude of the staff is very good which is a bonus.

This location is by far the most friendliest place. All the staff and I mean all the staff are always so happy and they treat each and every customer with respect and they are courteous. I love the staff here and they should be recognized for such an amazing team! Great job!

Wish you would update your hours. Went today after checking the website. Showed up and closed until Dec 27!
