3 years ago I was in a bind when a furnace in one of my rental properties stopped working, I called Regional Air and Nick came out and got me up and running. We spoke about general things that day and I could tell that he was a quality individual with a great company.

Fast forward about a year and a company quoted my general contractor on some duct work that needed to be done in a house that I had him gut and renovate. The company’s quote for the duct work was completely ridiculous and I decided to get more quotes. I called Regional Air and they came in much lower than the competition.

Regional Air has since been my sole contractor for all my HVAC needs both for my personal residence and my business. They have installed new furnaces for me, installed duct and completed service calls.

They are fast, perform quality work and they are very reasonable.

Very happy with the service, got my furnace fixed the morning after I called, took less than 1 hour. Reasonable price and the technician Nick was professional and friendly, answered any questions I had.

Fast response and great service! I called in the morning and Regional Air made me feel like a priority by coming out to fix my A/C the same day during a heatwave. Even when they were clearly very busy they showed up on time.

Can't say enough about Nick and his company. Tells you what you need to know and will recommend what you NEED not what he wants to sell. While some of their other competitors fell out of contact quickly during the quoting process, Nick was always very timely about responses and moving things along. When an opportunity came up to move my appointment ahead he didn't not hesitate to advise me. Removed and replaced entire HVAC system and one would not even know they were here. Clean up they did was amazing. Their pricing was extremely competitive and they worked non-stop till the job was complete. I would hire or recommend them again in an instant.

Imagine finally being able to return home from being in hospital for almost a week with your first newborn.only to find out that your furnace has bit the dust and your house is 8 degrees for your first night back at home in November.

From actually taking a call and helping me try to troubleshoot at 9: 30 pm, to coming right over the next morning to provide a service call and get to the bottom of things, to finding and installing the needed parts to get everything back up and running all within a day or so.

Over the past 3 months I thought my furnace was done. It's tough to think that during the cold months, that your furnace could break down. I called Nick, at Regional Air, and I explained what my furnace was doing. Nick professionally helped me go through some preventative measures and fortunately he helped me get my furnace up and running without a service call. I have needed Regional Air on several occasions and they came through every time. A few years back my furnace was at the end of its rope and Nick and his team replaced the unit while we were away at work and school and got us heat again, in the coldest February ever. If you need an honest, professionally and speedy HVAC guy, Nick and his team at Regional Air will treat you right and efficiently. Nick's a family man and he knows families should not got with heat and AC.

I have worked with this company on several occasions now, originally they came in and installed new air-conditioning and ductwork on a renovation project at short notice and came through for me in an incredible fashion. More recently, they have put in a whole new HVAC system with air-conditioning and ductwork to one of my other income properties. Their service has been great. They come when they say, they keep to their quote, and the workmanship is excellent. With dealing with tenants, I do have small issues that arise from time to time, I find them highly responsive and they go and take care of my property needs right away. Highly recommend.

After doing our research for the best hvac company to install a new furnace and air conditioner, we came across Regional Air. Their sales team offerd certified technician. He was able to point out exactly how the install will take place and we liked the fact he had service and installation experience. The other companies were just using a sales team that didn't offer the experience Regional Air had to offer. The installation went well, they used drop sheets and the work area was cleaner than before they started. Great explanation how the new system works. I highly recommend Regional Air, you won't be disappointed.

Had Regional Air out for a service call when my furnace wouldn't start. Had the replacement part in their truck and it's worked beautifully ever since! Excellent service and affordable.

I knew this was the right company from the very beginning. Vert friendly and helpful through the process of our new Air conditioner purchase. The day of the installation the crew came exactly as planned, on time. Very clean, they used drop sheets to protect our hardwood flooring.very impressed. At the end of the install. They walked us through on what they did and offered a great explanation on how they set up the air conditioner to operate efficiently and how to winterize the air conditioner after the season was over.

Very impressed with Regional Air, they had a higher standard approach. There was no pressure, very educational and free obligation quote. I waited a few months to post this review. I wanted to compare my utility bill with my neigbour and see the diffrence in savings. He received a new furnace with a competitor. I'm saving just over $30/month compared to him. The installation setup of a new furnace is very important and this will show on your utility bill, just like Regional Air mentioned. Thank you for the savings, you deserve more than 5 stars!

Our 42 year old AC unit died this month and I called Regional Air to assess the situation. The appointment was timely and the inspection was thorough. There were no high pressure sales tactics used and the estimate for a furnace and AC replacement was very reasonable. The work was done in a few days and we are happy with the service we received. We will recommend this company to our friends and neighbours.

Both my brother and I have consulted with Nick over the past few years and both of us were praising him heavily last night at Thanksgiving dinner with the rest of our family.
I had on older furnace (30 + years) that was giving me issues. Nick has looked at it in the past and given me honest feedback and what I could do to either keep it running or replace it. While I was never a high paying customer and only used him for minor repair calls he always remember me. Might be because of my collection of action figures, but hey, he always remembered me.
This year it finally time to replace my furnace. Nick came over and was VERY professional. He gave us a great quote and talked to me multiple times before and after the call, never rushing me. He also helped set up the energy audit person so I could get the government rebates.
The first furnace he put in was a bit loud, he spoke with the vendor and came back with another unit. I was never charged extra for time. The subject never even came up.
He stayed until the job was done right! He even gave me an additional filter.
I will always recommend Nick and Regional Air to everyone and everyone. I'm a repair tech by trade and have been IT followed by medical repair technician for 23.5 years. I know what a dedicated repair tech looks / acts like and Nick is it. I'm a customer for life.

After a very informative consultation, we had Regional Air come to our home and install our new air conditioner this summer. We found that the service was completed in a timely manner, and that any mess was cleaned up prior to their departure. We would use them again in the future.
