I love my rental. The Regional Group is a top-notch company that cares about the little details.

Tried to offer an incentive for a draw for $5000 for the first ten tenants who have the lowest rent in the buildings to move out so they can renovate said apartments and jack the prices of the rent so nobody can afford to live there anymore. Horrible, greedy company that is part of the housing crisis.

Bernie Myers - Absolutely not recommend this individual as he was involved in hiding/stealing furniture from a previous owner of one of the houses they had bought. Yes unbelievably so HE COMMITTED THEFT!
When he was confronted if he had seen the furniture he said no he has not, yet he knew and was a part of hiding the furniture in the closet so that the previous owner would not see them! Once he got caught he started justifying his actions. His wife Annette Quinet involved in the exact same issue. Together they steal from hardworking people.
Give us the furniture back you thieves.

The Regional Group a géré le projet Woodland Ridge en 2008-2009 situé sur les rues Cummings et Redtail à Ottawa. Plusieurs problèmes sont apparus après quelques années (infiltration d'eau, structure, non respect du code du bâtiment, installation inapproprié des bardeaux sur le toit) voir les photos en pièces jointes. Les réparations ont été nombreuses et couteuses. Cela auraient pu être évitées si les travaux de construction avaient été bien effectués.
Malgré leurs belles apparences, le projet Woodland a été mal réalisé et ce sont les propriétaires actuels qui en paient le prix. Si vous voulez éviter les problèmes, éviter les projets avec le logo The Regional Group.

I own a property that was managed by the Regional Group, and after giving notice that I was leaving the rental pool I asked them to repair a few outstanding items. They did the repairs, which I felt was very professional on their part. (four out of five instead of five out of five because the monthly management fee was high)

Amazing houses! So clean and quiet. Was a very fast and efficient process! Very happy to be in this rental! Post dated cheques make it super easy to pay rent with no online bank option.
