Regional Limousine

Kudos to Regional Limousine and their drivers. They drove our group of 10 from Grand Island NY to Toronto Pearson Airport and also the return trip. The limo vans were late models, clean and comfortable. The drivers were professional, experienced and drove safely and the cost was very reasonable.

When we were planning our wedding we didn't know if we wanted to use a limo or not. Now that it's all done, we're so glad we did! Andrew was amazing! He was not only on time, he was patient and had a great sense of humor. On the way to the reception we came across an accident that would have made us very late. He got us out of there with time to spare! Great job Andrew! We look forward to seeing you again when we need another ride!

I cannot say enough good about this company and their staff. My husband had recently suffered a stroke within his eye and needed surgery at Hamilton General. Things continually changed and several times I had to rearrange my schedule with Regional Limo. While the constant changes were very frustrating to me, every single person I dealt at Regional was kind, caring and considerate. They assured me that I could concentrate on my husband's well being while "they would concentrate on getting us to Hamilton General" when needed. To everyone at Regional Limo and, in particular, to Myra for putting up with the constant changes and my frustration - thank you all!

Great way to travel to a venue in Buffalo! Cocktails and snacks… we never realized we were on the peace bridge for an hour and a half!

We had an amazing experience with Regional Limosuine! Our driver, Kreg, was AMAZING. He really went above and beyond for accommodating our bachelorette party. He arrived promptly and kept us moving along. We made a few additional stops along the way and it was truly memorable. It ended up raining and he had umbrellas for us to use and get us in and out of the wineries. I was very happy with the cost and service provided through Regional Limousine. I would recommend them to anyone I know traveling into Ontario!

We had an amazing experience with Regional Limousine. Dave was our driver, who also might have been my husband's secret twin! We didn't have much of an itinerary besides dinner and touring the streets of Niagara Falls. Lucky for us, Dave knew of a few hidden gems. Amazing views that I would never have known about - we even got to witness 2 proposals at 2 of the 3 spots he had taken us to. Another bonus - if you need a stand in on any of your photos, Dave will accommodate! Of all the quotes I had received, Regional Limousine was the fastest to reply and the easiest company to work with, the price was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend!

This is the second time that I have used regional limousine. I’ve had 2 friends get married in the last year that both asked me to assist with setting up the limo transportation to get wedding party to the venue. Regional was so fantastic to work with the first time, I knew exactly who to reach out to the second time. Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the driver on the first booking (May 6,2022) but the second booking this last weekend (March 25,2023) our driver was Kyle. Both drivers we’ve received were fantastic! They were both very kind and accommodating and the limo bus was very clean for both bookings. I really appreciated that Kyle sent me a text to provide me his contact number this past weekend, although maybe minor to others I felt this was a small extra step that made me feel like he truly cared about us and our trip. I will always recommend regional whenever I hear someone is looking and I look forward to when I need to arrange a limousine again in the future, as they will absolutely be my first call again!

The process of reserving the right limo for our group was efficient and everyone was easy to communicate with. A couple days prior to the reservation our driver, Kyle, contacted me via text message to just make sure we were on track and if there was anything else we needed. The 22 person bus we reserved was very clean, in good condition and Kyle was more than accommodating for last minute stops and what we needed. I will 100% book again with Regional Limousine.

We booked a limo bus to and from the airport for a group of 16 last week. The service was great. They were on time and very accommodating. I highly recommend.

My driver was not competent. Couldn’t find me at the airport on time because he didn’t track my flight that arrived earlier. He doesn’t answer his phone when driving, because he is not friendly with bluetooth technology. Took me home a longer route resulting in 15 minutes linger ride, and his car honked 3 times at 1: 40am in my quiet neighborhood waking up my neighbors.

We recently enlisted the transport services of Regional Limousine, to and from Pearson Airport, for a family trip of 6 to Aruba. Having used many other companies in the past, I can unequivocally say, Regional Limousine is the BEST! These days travel can be challenging and frustrating at times, but removing all the stressors getting to and from the airport really helped ensure a relaxing holiday. Regional Limousine provided friendly, affordable and professional service for our drop off and pick up at Pearson Airport. Drivers were excellent and provided great communications after our flight was delayed 4 hours. We highly recommend this company!

I use Regional Limousine regularly for my residents at Garrison Place, to take us on our weekly outings, whether it be to Walmart or just a scenic drive. They are always on time, the bus is always clean, and the drivers are courteous, friendly, especially Steve! He goes out of his way to help, and he's knows most of the residents by name. The Residents love him and he goes out of his way to do special things for them like bringing along bottled water and donuts for them to enjoy! I highly recommend this company!

I needed a comfortable vehicle and a driver for a wine tour in Niagara on the Lake for four people. Regional had just what I needed at a reasonable rate. Our driver, Steve, was spectacular. He was professional, helpful, friendly, and informative. He contacted me the day before to help me with lunch reservations and gave my group top notch service throughout the day. He was always available when needed and even made special arrangements for someone in the group with a birthday. He treated us like VIPs and made our day extra special.

We used Regional Limo for our Wedding on September 25,2021. The booking process was quick and easy and Julie made it so easy. Response times sometimes took a bit, but she got everything booked for us. Our limo driver, Robin was absolutely amazing! She was polite, accommodating, outgoing and made the ride a great time! We were very lucky to have her!

We also had a shuttle bus booked with Regional and that drivers name was Andy. I don’t know what was wrong with him, but that man is quite arrogant! Despite our guests being polite to him and even tipping him for his service, Andy was not having it at all.

Our only complaint from our wedding has been how rude Andy was. I am very disappointed in the level of service we received from him. Especially after spending a lot of money on the shuttle service. I would use Regional Limo again, but I will never let Andy be my driver again.

We used Regional Limousine for my friends bachelorette this past weekend and they were amazing! Our driver Mike was so accommodating and fun! We had some extra time so he took us to a winery that wasn’t on our list and I’m so glad he did! It was beautiful. Will 100% use this company again in the future
