Rented Regus office. Contract ended on April. Asked for retainer return in March, we still didn’t receive the refund in July after 10 weeks. Other reviews said – Regus Evil and theft money, now I fully agreed.
Contacting Regus account helpdesk is useless, they just vaguely respond your phone call.they could ask your same info repeatedly – from May 27th to July 5th. No one you can count on to resolve your problem. It is their job to answer your phone call, and don’t resolve your problems.
Not recommend to rent Regus offices. Just bad services, much trouble and hassle. Now, I have to contact my lawyer to deal with the refund.

Sales, receptionist and customer service is completely incompetent. Posted below is one of the account manager at REGUS, reflection of the trash service they bring. Similar to this REGUS employee, REGUS lacks integrity and self worth. WEWORK is a more prestigious office rental agency that has alot more offerings and quality service.

The worst experience with renting offices in Suite 1200 of the building 251 Cosumers Road. I got charged even when I had cancelled a booking right in time. The manager is beyond non-accomodating, the customer service is disastrous. Since I typically rent offices in different locations, I was quite familiar with the system.

No free parking and it is very expensive cost for parking
