I am a lawyer and I have been working out of this office for 4 years. The team is amazing! Thanks to Rita and Kristy for treating me and my clients so well!

I have been a client for over a year now and am very impressed. The space is clean and professional with all the amenities a modern office requires. The reception team has been an absolute treat to work with; they are organized, punctual and extremely positive on a daily basis and present a professional image of my business to all my clients. They have been extremely accommodating to any special requests that i have. I would recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located office space.

I love this place. It solves a huge problem: commercial leasing is a nightmare and creates a large liability for your business. With Regus you get a turn key office (virtual or physical), receptionist, phone system, IT and washrooms. These are huge hassles that I never want to have to deal with. I love the location and the decor is nice and clients are impressed by it. The sound proofing is poor between offices but you learn to live with that.

Despite all those good things I still have not got to the best part. The staff they have working at this particular Regus are AWESOME. Rita goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my company and thinks on her feet to handle client meeting situations that could otherwise be awkward. Kristy is great and high professional. Carole, who runs the place, is a hard worker and on top of everything so you never have to worry about it.

I would recommend Regus and this location to anyone who doesn't want the liability and hassle of running their own physical office.

September 2013 - I rented the office at Regus for 1 year and 6 months. In that time, I found the reception staff unable to care for my basic reception needs without many errors. I even had to have my computer replaced as they didn't wrap it properly and it broke on the floor from the courier. My patients were continually upset at the administration errors, with people showing up at wrong times and the experience was negative on my business. Now that I moved out in frustration, they are making it very difficult to get my bond back by giving me vague time frames as to when I will get it after a lengthy time of waiting already. I find the contract to lack transparency. I will never use this company again, and many of the tenants on the floor expressed the same frustrations.

Rita and Kristy do a great job keeping everything organized for my law practice, particularly when I'm not in the office. They keep me posted on important letters and deliveries and are always professional with clients and callers.
