Great facility! Nice equipment and pretty good sound isolation, but not quite as good as other location. But, first world problems. Will be back again!

Great clean rooms. Quality gear.
Helpful staff if you need something.
2 issues. If you bring your own gear. You got to carry up a few flights of stairs. Very tiring. Street parking is a pain.

Good rehearsal place. Only snag is the 3 flights of stairs to get to the studios, no elevator. Can be a drag when you carry equipment. Limited parking on Islington avenue.

Great location (as are all the Rehearsal Factories) with professional gear and roomy, acoustically isolated rehearsal rooms. This location has a lot of stairs though, so load-in can be cumbersome.

You can sub rent monthly. This is great for setting up.your own room and the gear is very good.

Great place been going here for years. The hourly rooms are fantastic and the staff is very helpful.

This was my first time in this RF and I'm not very impressed, we booked room 3.1st, the drum kit that is shown in the website is 5 pieces and what I found there was just 4, the mounting of the Tom was completely loose and worn so you can't adjust it, the Tom was hanging over the Bass drum. 2nd the PA system was deficient (at least in our room) voices sounded low volume and muffled, we tried to adjust it the most that we can but never sounded good enough. Room isolation is not perfect but good enough. Place decent and clean.

Islington is probably my favourite RF always great gear and it works reliably! Plus the staff is dope too

No parking. Parking enforcement everywhere. No elevator. 3 story climb with no service elevator. Rooms are well equipped with decent gear but can hear others playing as the walls are not sound proof.

THE coolest rehearsal space, with a variety of music themed rooms & a huge overall facility, filled with equipment & tools available for rent.

Awesome place to come and jam. Rooms are spacious, clean and setup with good quality equipment.

Some rooms are good. Others are not. The floor wedge in room 4 is wired like a regular speaker not like a monitor. Bands rehearsing need this set up they same way they would play in a bar, or venue. I'm 99% that a band isn't going to have a monitor facing them matching the front of house feed.
