Rude customer service girl didn’t even look at serving my husband and myself. Store was empty she is rude and should not be working for the store.

I always loved Reid's dairy as a kid. So glad I was able to see another one. Very cool I never knew but they have tubs of ice cream, I highly recommend the birthday cake!

Was there today, first time, brought 3 kids. The staff was kind and efficient and the ice cream was very good.

Such tasty ice cream! We ordered some for our wedding and they have individual sized small cups which were perfect for serving quickly to a large group! Got vanilla, chocolate and sorbet for those who avoid dairy. Soooo delicious!

At 3: 53 pm The staff were so wrong and rude and the short white girl is so rude for calling the old lady idiot and telling her that’s she’s being disrespectful the guy at the front kept asking her to leave after the the short white girl called her an idiot lol she’s very dumb for swearing at the old lady like that over ice cream the guy and the two girls in the front so so beyond rude and the old lady that works there just stood there all confused

Great ice cream but very unpleasant staff. I thanked the girl that scooped our ice cream 3 times and then finally got an "ah huh. " I said "a you're welcome would be nice! " She rolled her eyes! Honestly, I could think of alot of jobs WAY worse than scooping ice cream!

Fantastic prices. I’ve been going since my teens and the quality is the same. My husband orders a small soft serve cone and it’s huge. Mint Chip and Cookie Dough are my favorites.

I can always grab the fresh basics at a good price and maybe some curd or a little icecream on my way out! Lots of friendly, efficient staff for a quick pitstop.

A staple in Kingston for ice cream and dairy products, Reid's dairy is the perfect spot to stop in for a cold treat on a hot sunny day. Just as good on a cold Canadian winter day as well. Excellent selection of flavors. Parking can be a challenge when the weather is hot and sunny, but worth the time and effort to get in line.

The ice cream was good but the workers there wasn’t nice. They looked lazy and took forever to just scoop ice cream. They also made unwelcome faces to people including me. I just wish they were nice

Great service. Great prices and yummy shakes. There is an express line for milk shakes or anything non ice cream.

Great spot to stop for a cool treat. Cheap and refreshing milkshakes. Nothing like a nice thick shake to cool you down in a hot day. The staff is super polite and friendly. Wide selection of ice cream and dairy products you can not go wrong with.

The store is great, but u have to say the customer service is exceptional. Many times, from different staff members, have made my visits an awesome experience.

It's a great place and the ice cream is absolutely delicious. But customer service is zero. Especially most of the workers are young.
