Slow and poor communication by the sales person I dealt with; however, Reid's service department was excellent. Within less than a few hours they had responded to my concerns and resolved the issue.

Very good place to shop. My salesperson was Nelson and he was very helpful. He went out of his way to help.

We had a great experience at Reid's! They have a large selection of beautiful furniture and the staff was all friendly and knowledgeable. The designer does an awesome job of bringing your room to life too. Locally and family owned is an added bonus!

Furniture and appliances for a new home all purchased at Reid’s Countrywide in Thunder Bay, ON. Good products are just that. Good products, but they don’t sell themselves. A good salesperson makes all the difference in the world.

We continue returning to Reids time and again. The quality of their furniture is the best in the City. And we completely refurbished our kitchen with their line of GE Monagram appliances. So nice.

I wanted to buy a new pillow and Bill Payetta was there to help.
He explained the different brands, answered all of my questions, and suggested 3 for me to try. It's so nice to be able to try the pillows before you buy them. Bill was friendly and very knowledgeable, and it was great to have Bill's full attention when he was helping me. I was concerned about the alignment of my spine when I was trying them out, so he kindly took photos to let me see how I was positioned with each pillow, narrowing it down to the one that was perfect for me, the Blu Sleep Ice Gel Surround Pillow (Queen) and he gave me an extra $20 off the sale price! Yay! Great customer service as always. I like Reid's and have dealt with them for years. Highly recommend! If you've never been, be sure to check them out!

Salesperson Bill Payetta; ordered GE Profile 900 SS range. He is competent and knowledgeable of the appliances on offer; quickly sought answers to my questions. Sadly, a few weeks wait () for product availability but this issue is the same everywhere.

There’s a reason this place has been around for so long, and it’s sales staff like Janet! What a breath of fresh air she was after looking around Leons and the Brick ect…absolutely no pressure and extremely relaxed- In Fact, she sat with me in the chairs that I was looking to buy and talked about them with me and gave me all the time I needed to think about it.she also gave me a fantastic deal on a chair that I *HAD* to have but couldn’t really afford. Shopping Local certainly has its benefits. Not all angels have wings; some work at Reid’s and have awesome curls Ps; I don’t think many places in town have 10 year warranty’s on everything from fixing stains to ordering a new one from damage, BUT Reid’s does!
