My car was involved in a Hit and Run and I needed a dent repair done on the drivers door. They were able in just a few minutes (probably 5-10min) to fix my dent without any extra paint coming off. It looks almost brand new! Barely can see the dent anymore (or at least not as much as it use to be!) Super grateful for the help:) Will be going there again if I need any body work (which hopefully will not happen soon!)

5 Star Service! Our vehicle was swiftly quoted for repairs and reported to our insurance company. Seamless process considering they were not one of the repair centre's pre-approved by our insurance. They took care of everything, including arranging for a rental. We were kept in the loop when there was a slight delay and the car looked better than new when we got it back!

We were amazed at the estimated price.and parts needed were in stock! My young daughter handled everything and she was treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. Our repair was completed the very next day in as efficient a manner as I have ever experienced at an automotive repair shop. We never expected that the vehicle would be completely detailed inside and out at the same time, looking showroom clean when we picked it up. I am going to bring my other vehicles in for detailing based on our experience at Reiners. They get my full recommendation.

I've been to a few body shops in the past and Reiner's is by far the best. I can see why they've been in business for this long and why they have so many loyal customers and 5 star reviews.

The only place I will take a vehicle. They have fixed several vehicles for me over the years including a severely damaged GMC 1500 pick up - most recently I brought in a Dodge Ram that was in a minor accident and they did body work, paint, door, door seals, etc. Came back immaculate! The very best!

Tom at Reiner's Guaranteed Collision center took great care of my wife's new other other baby, her 2016 Volvo XC90. When we took delivery of the vehicle, there was a dent/door ding on the rear passenger side door, by the B-pillar and Reiner's was able to repair it to the point that when my wife went to pick up the vehicle, the first words out of her mouth was literally "where's the dent? "

This is how good Reiner's is. You literally can't tell that it had even happened in the first place.

They did a FANTASTIC job on the repair, on time, and on budget.

Now wife and I "fight" to see who gets to drive her car (even though we bought it to be HER car).:)

Took my BMW to Reiner's after accident causing cosmetic damage.
From moment I stepped in they were very professional. They made everything a breeze. Car was done sooner than expected, work was fantastic, could not tell anything even happened.
On top of that car was cleaned and detailed inside and out. Car looked better than it did from the dealership.

I wrecked my car, fairly severe damage but fixable.

Reiner's did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle.

There was a bit of a mess with the manufacturer of my car (Toyota) and getting parts as they were redoing their entire parts inventory system. Tom kept me updated through the whole process on what was going on with my vehicle, which was awesome to have information and updates. So with that I can say the guys there are extemely personable and friendly and they actually care about their clients.

As for the car, it looked the same as the day I went and bought it, both outside and inside. Everything got fixed properly and meticulously. Its clear that these guys take pride in their work.

I would highly recommend this shop.
