Reitmans

This store has gone down hill for its style of clothing over the years. I used to shop here alot. Everything seems to accommodate the enabling of food addiction. And unfortunately not everyone is abnormal size. I'm tiny. (NO THANKS, I've said my peace)

I made a purchase online. I recieved the items and the 1 shirt I purchased was not what I ordered. I recieved the wrong shirt to which I paid for. I have contacted the FB chat (who did not help). Emailed, no response and called customer support who never solved the issue. In fact Fred kept trying to tell me a supervisor would call me back. If I had time later, I'd call later. I'm available not to solve the issue that this company made a mistake with. Why should I have to pay for their mistake when I paid for a product I did not receive. Very very disappointed in the customer service. I see why people ask if they are closing because the service I recieved in the last 24 hours is awful. I paid for a shirt that I did not receive. Do the right thing and make it right. I have screenshots and photos to prove this mistake was made on Reitmans end, why should I go out of my way to fix something they made the error with. Do the right thing Reitmans. Your competitors would have fixed this the first time.

The woman who helped me was very nice in finding a sweater that my sister-in-law wanted for Christmas

Well organized clothing store. Taking appropriate precautions in regards to covid. I am a front line health care worker and watched her deal with client and family member who were not wearing their masks appropriately and touching everything in sight. Was very impressed that the customer service clerk sanitized the pen for me as I would have asked her to. Love their Hybra line. Super comfortable and made from recycled plastics and recycled materials.

Went in just to see what it was like and loved this Reitmans. The Lady sorry did not get her name was very sweet. I will return. Fyi could the sweet lady go to the store in the south end and teach them all what a great customer experience is all about.

Love.the cloths.there are always great sales on.more for the mature women.highly recommend this store.

Horrible service, considering there was at least 5 staff members in the store at the time no was interested in helping, left the store and bought else where
