Was very appreciative of the great and friendly customer service from Brooklyn and Hope. They helped me with all my questions, and told me to take my time even though the store was close to closing so I could find some great items and deals. Thank you!

I am visiting from Fort McMurray AB and went in Tuesday May 23. We dont have our store anymore. I tried to ask a young lady at the cash about the poplin capri they sell online. She was very abrupt and quite rude and wouldnt let me talk. I was told they didn't get them before telling her what I wanted. I told her I had purchased them last year in BC but she was interested. I was very embarrassed and left the store. Some young lady may need a lesson in manners.
