Reitmans

My wife buys a lot of her clothes from Reitmans. She says the staff is very polite and they have a good selection of clothing.

Actually my rating would be Zero! L do not usually go out of my way to do these types of things but l was so upset with the service or lack there of at this store yesterday, l felt the need to reach out! First of all, usually when l enter a Reitman's store an employee will come and greet me and let me know what the specials are or ask if they can help me - there was none of that yesterday. The 2 ladies that were working there gave me no introduction at all and l felt they were avoiding any kind of eye contact with me 100%! L was looking at some tops and l ask the one lady behind the counter what bust size was the XXL she said it was a 1X.so l said do you know the bust size? And she said no.so while l was standing there l went to Reitman's online on my phone went to the size chart of the blouses and found the information l was looking for.good customer service would of had that employee on her computer looking up that information for me. Not once did either one of those employees ask me if l needed any help.l had my arms full of clothes to try on and neither one said "can l start a change room for you" and take those clothes off my hands so that l could be more comfortable shopping. The store was very dusty, dirty floors and disorganized.l spent 133.00 in the store yesterday but l could have easily spent hundreds more if l had some assistance from the sales people while looking for sizes and styles etc.this was very unfortunate. Like l said l do not usually take the time to type these comments but l was so disappointed in my experience at this Reitman's store - l just felt it necessary to say something - thank you for your time.
