Such amazing customer service - I love this location! Ivana is the sweetest and so helpful!

The blonde manager is extremely rude. I asked her for help and she told me one of her employees can help me because she was busy and was super passive. Wont be shopping here again!

Don’t try visiting here unless you want to see cashier and stuff who are rude.

Be aware of this store making mistakes when you do returns and by the time you find out and clarify they will claim 30 days have passed and they will not do anything to help you. Also, you buy online they will tell you that for the store is final sale. I saw two people coming to make returns, they made the exception for one but not for the other. They are not impartial and they just help to whoever they want. The manager is sarcastic. I never will buy again in Reitmans.

The female supervisor with dark features and facial hair is extremely rude and lacks costumer service. She doesn’t follow basic store procedures or policies, so i was forced to go to a different location (the staff at the other location assisted me, and were very kind) won’t be shopping at this location again.

I needed to refresh my work wardrobe and the 2 ladies here who helped me were both friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this location as it is big and you can take your time.

Only one associate working to take care of all customers. Had to wait.
