Going in person is an amazing experience but don't bother buying your stuff online to get it delivered.

Site claims that you get free shipping but that's not true. Not even when you pay 450 dollars you don't get free shipping.

Had to pay shipping costs and even then my order was canceled because they didn't want to pay shipping and wouldn't give me the option of paying the shipping difference

Unless you are shopping in person you can buy from a less sketchy place.

Despite this, I had a super uncomfortable time shopping here today as a store security would not leave even a few steps behind us the entire time we were casually shopping, constantly shadowing us as if we were stealing (we were just testing makeup and chatting). We are literally 4 teenage girls. He got in our faces while we looked at mascara testers and attempted to intimidate us, making up reasons to talk down on us like "you are blocking the walkway and I cannot see anything, " yet the walkway was wide enough behind us to let everyone pass with ease. Not only that, he easily walked behind us as well after to "monitor" other shoppers, as if we aren't allowed to look at a display because he wants to stand there? When we finally walked to another display area, he came up again and rudely said "THANKS. You were in the way. " We left empty handed as we didn't feel comfortable shopping any longer with a grown man monitoring our every word and movement:/

This one star goes to the unkind manager and staff. I was in the mall and the contact hurts my eye so much I was in urgent need to get new one to replace. So I rushed to the store not realizing there’s a line to get into the store? ! For a store this spacious what do you need a line for on a Wednesday? Unfortunately I couldn’t wait so I explained to the security that I’m not here to browse I just need to grab a new contact and check out so can I skip the line. He said I have to talk to the manager so I did. After begging three different staff while my eye was in pain, red and teary, none of the staff/ manager seemed to care or even listen, said no and turned around and the security asked me to leave. I don’t understand I only need 5 seconds to grab something and checkout, what’s so hard making such small exception for someone who’s eye was visibly in discomfort? I work in retail too and I’ve never seen such inconsiderate and cold hearted staff. Whoever owns this store you might wanna have a hard check on the whole management team. And for customers, there are tons of Asian beauty stores outside eaton centre with much better staff who actually would like to help.

It's a great store with the most amazing staff. I am new to Korean skincare so wanted to visit the store and check out some products. I met Kasha at the store who was extremely patient and so knowledgeable and helped me build my regime. She is the best!

Really pretty store with many East Asian beauty brands including the hard to find Flortte. There’s lots of sales and also helpful sales associates to help you if you’re not familiar with the brands

The people here were really nice and helpful. I was able to find the glow serum by beauty of joseon which I could not find anywhere else. I’d definitely come back here again.

They have a really cute selection of Japanese and Korean make-up and skincare goods! I got a Canamke eyeshadow palette and a bottle of Cosrx toner.

I buy the beauty of joseon here this store restocks the product much faster than other asian beauty store. They have more options w/ sunscreen. If you wanna check out their water tints it’s much cheaper than sukoshi.

I got the beauty by Joseon Glow deep serum and it works so well. All the redness in my face is gone. Amazing products with great prices. Very friendly staff.
