Thanks to Dr. Xing, Dr. Badr and nurses Irna and Kaeleen for excellent care for my Mohs surgery.

Dr. Xing and Dr. Badr performed Mohr surgery on me a few weeks ago and they did a great job. It was wonderful to find out right away that the cancer was totally removed that day and not have to wait for weeks for the results. Both the Doctors and Assistants (Kayeleen and Iryna) were very professional, compassionate and let me know exactly what was being done and what to expect. I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

Receptionists work well together & are very friendly & proficient. Despite the: 45 wait, Dr. Spano & his staff were great.

I am not one to post reviews but I met Dr. Duan today for the first time with my son who needed treatment for severe acne. Our visit with Dr. Duan was very obviously timed, I couldn’t ask any questions as she was rushing to see another patient. She suggested 2 drugs one that comes with severe side effects such as liver failure, cholesterol etc.after telling us what they are there was no opportunity to think and make a decision. There was no advice on what to do. I am disappointed at the treatment from Dr. Duan as a medical professional & as a human being. My 15 year old son left feeling scared and discouraged.
Since we were there I asked her to look at another small skin issue, she refused & said she didn’t have time that should have been noted on referral from family doctor. She wanted us to come back and make another appointment. To Dr. Duan this practice is about money & not at all for patients well being. Do yourself a favour find another dermatologist that cares about people.

The staff at Reception were pleasant and very helpful, Dr Spano and Ashley were very thorough and well versed in dermatology, had exceptional communications skills, very helpful and explained the entire procedure. Highly recommended!

Had the absolute best experience here. I left feeling peaceful and with answers, unlike my other experiences through my journey of navigating my concern. Julia the nurse had so much compassion and kindness.the other staff Alexis Mariam Jenna and Holly were also very kind, and Dr Duan was very professional, did not feel rushed at all. This is my wife Dina McDermott's Experience: I had a GREAT experience with the DR Xing and Iryna and another beautiful lady that helped! I was so nervous because it was a cancer/medical skin issue that needed MOHS surgery on my nose. Apart from the actual cancer - i was also concerned about the end result - since it is on my face! The Staff was so nice a warm - Iryna made me feel comfortable and I liked being able to stay in "my" room the whole - even though I could go to waiting area between treatments. I felt safe! Dr Xing is amazing.she has passion that matches her expertise in her skills. I was so relaxed (in terms of that I was in good hands with her!) and everything went smoothly! Now. I am 3 day out.healing well.have a ways to go - but I can see that in time - all will look fine! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO DR XING, IRYNA (took great care of me) AND THE OTHER LOVELY LADY THAT ALSO HELPED - (I wish I had her name - beautiful dark long hair and green eyes - very nice and friendly!)
I feel so relieved that I was taken great care of and will heal well!

I recently had MOHS surgery at the clinic. Dr Xing and my nurse Karen where amazing. Very kind and caring, they made me feel very comfortable. I received a follow up call the next day to see how I was and if i had any questions or concerns. The clinic was very modern and clean.

I visited this modern clean clinic for MOHS surgery. The staff are respectful, professional and friendly. I am grateful to Dr Xing for her expertise and to Nurse Ashley for her knowledgeable assistance throughout the procedure. The front desk staff, Mariam, Holly & Jenna were very helpful with product selection, rescheduling and general information.

The experience turned out even better than I could have wished for
everything was removed

In the future they will be my first choice to be looked at should any further skin cancers appear

Really nice modern clinic. Can be hard to get appointments but it is worth it. The nurses are all very sweet and Dr. Xing actually listens and helped me. I am very grateful!

Nurse Renee was amazing! Dr. Was very good, after 30yrs with my dermatologist (retired) I was quite nervous about relocating. Absolutely very thorough and very impressed on the process.

I had Mohs surgery peformed by Dr. Linda Xing for a basal cell cancer lesion on my nose. My sutures will be removed in 2 more days but from what I can see she did a beautiful job. Such amazing skill, particularly in an area with so little extra skin to work with. But of course leaving knowing there is no more cancer on that site is most important. Great support given to me by Nurses Ashley and Simran. Everything explained - no rushing, a follow up call the next day, and clear post op instructions given both verbally and written. The reception staff were welcoming and reassuring and ensured that I left with the recommended skincare products for healing and sun protection.

Nearly pain free procedure, and that says a lot as I'm hyper sensitive to pain, but I never felt stressed or uncomfortable.
Mine was a medical procedure/surgery covered by OHIP but I'm assuming their elective private care would be just as awesome.

Amazing experience! The staff made me feel very comfortable and offered free drinks. Nurse Hillarie had great bedside manner; she was very friendly, explained the procedure and checked up on me often. Dr. Linda Xing also explained the whole process very throughly and the overall procedure went very smoothly and painlessly:)

An incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I am originally from Calgary and a patient there, and came to Ontario for the summer. Right before coming I got an IUD and within 2-3 weeks of arriving began developing deep cystic pimples around my jawline and cheeks as well as papules on my forehead (something that has never happened to me in my life).

Being that I do not want to develop scarring on my face I made an appointment as soon as possible. I explained to the doctor my full medical history as well as my concerns and she immediately dismissed me (also told me it was not possible the IUD caused the acne when the doctor who inserted it and the medication itself lists acne as a possible side effect). I asked her about multiple courses of action some of which had already previously prescribed to me (albeit at the Calgary location) and was told my situation was “not severe enough”. I was essentially told that if I wanted to qualify for any type of effective oral treatment I would have to be in such a severe situation (by which time I would no doubt have irreversible damage to my skin) negating my entire point of going to the clinic to avoid scarring.

Furthermore, the doctor did not even touch or glance at my skin, a fact I found incredibly concerning considering she is a doctor that specializes in skin concerns. She then recommended multiple steps and when I told her I already used those products or implemented those steps she did not acknowledge my interjections and continued reciting her original plan. When I told her that I had cysts she did not ask me to remove the pimple patches I had on covering them yet told me I had none.

She then proceeded to prescribe me a retinoid more irritating and less effective than the one I currently use, and an antibiotic. I have no idea why the treatment at this office is so poor. I will never again make the mistake of coming to this clinic in Ontario, the doctor is incredibly dismissive and seems incapable of listening to patients.

The only factor that keeps me from giving this experience 0 stars is that the location was clean and the nurses polite.

Staff very efficient and very nice. Nice big and bright waiting room with big TV. Dr. Linda Xing is an excellent doctor. Have used her many times.

I was very impressed with the clinic from the point of check-in to my surgical procedure. The staff are highly professional and very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. Dr. Xing and her attending nurse Karen ensured that I was comfortable and pain free throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend Rejuvenation.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, professional and kept me advised of what was happening as the medical procedure was moving forward. I would highly recommend Rejuvenation Dermatology for any procedure that requires a plastic surgeon.
