This is a Chinese medicine clinic, the boss is very kind, massage after the whole body relaxed, feel very good!

The doctor is very professional, and he can really relieve your pain, give you very useful suggestion, can really help you. If you only need relax, it should be comfortable, but if you have health problem and want their help, be ready for the painful treatment, the massage and acupuncture is really drive me crazy, but really helpful. If necessary, I have to go there again, but I really do not want to.

The doctors here are really professional. It’s a good place for people to relax and release physical pains.

Alex was wonderful. The spoken English and English over the phone to inquire about my booking isn’t very good, but the massage service and cupping service arr excellent. Today was my first appointment. My take is to have patience for the communication- because the therapy is wonderful. I’ll be back again.

This place has Real professional RMTs, I felt much relaxed after the treatment. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Tenosy (I am not sure about spell). He was so killer and very gentleman. He would ask for every single body part to make sure I don't have a bad felling of touches. The massage room was neat and pretty cleas

I just went to Relax Rehab for my first time. I’ve been getting massages for over 20 years and Judy was my massage therapist and she was very very good. I also tried acupuncture for the first time. I have booked another appointment and I would definitely recommend this place. My wife went to Alex and was very happy too.

This is my first time to do the massage on here. I really want to said that service attitude is too much better. And I also got a surprise, which is a Acupuncture for free. After whole thing, I feel muscle relief and whole body relax. I think that I will back to do everything for many times later.

Horror Experience. I went there for my upper back and neck pain relief. I asked then over the call if there is RMT available and they replied yes. But this guy was not RMT for sure. He was applying too too much pressure on the lower back despite repeatedly notifying him about discomfort. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Chinese traditional medical treatment, very professional. My finger joint got such a relief after one visit. Recommend if you do have a physical health concern.

Had 3 visits. First two visits were good. Now they say the management changed. I had a new masseuse, she barely did good for me. My lower body an snack was stiff as I am an athlete. She barely massaged the rough spots properly and was just rushing through the whole time. I still didn't feel lossened up even after the massage. And she left me covered in oil saying that time is up. Usually they do a hot towel and clean up. She didn't do it this time saying time is up. Not going back there. Period.

Worst experience ever!

Poor customers service, low quality of treatment, dirty floor, dirty bed sheet! (I asked to change it, but the second sheet was the same as the first!)

The massage should be relaxing, but here in this clinic, you can not do anything related to relaxation!
Even no music in the massage room! I could hear the laundry sound! I hope to record a video to show how exactly I am saying!

Next point: before arriving, I called and asked f it was possible to charge my insurance, and she said yes! But after that, reception” Jennifer” said, I could charge your husband’s insurance now and you because your therapist need to pay in advance and submit your claim! I was shocked why she didn't mention it before! And still, I have an issue getting a reimbursement! For sure, it was an error with that therapist that they couldn't charge directly while my insurance was the same as my husband's!

We had other experiences in other clinics in Toronto, and I can say Relax Rehab is the worst clinic in the town!

Horrible experience with hard sell strategies. Wasted 60 mins. Avoid this shop if you really want to relax.

My daughter Simone came into the spa for the fist time and the Receptionist told my daughter that her otip I D was wrong and got into confirmation with my daughter. My daughter called me upset and gave the receptionist the excavation plan # and it worked. I just think that she needs to learn how to talk with customers. I have never been there but she didn’t sound very welcoming. From the reviews I’m sure you do a good job but the receptionist is a very important part of the business. Thank you!

Today was my first time here for massage. My masseuse Monica did a amazing job. She is very good at locating the pain/sore spot and loosening it away with deep tissue massage. The staffs were friendly and professional, the place is nice and welcoming, and that herb tea is very tasty. All in all, wonderful experience.

Great staff! Very cozy, relaxing and welcoming establishment. The packages and services are unparalleled. I drive from North York to Thornhill without a second thought. I've recommended friends and family. If you haven't visited them yet, you're missing out. They've helped me tremendously with my aches and pains. Peter is amazing. The complimentary hot tea is a nice touch. Keep up the good work!

Relax Rehab is the best

I highly recommend relax rehab! I have been coming here for years for massages and have always been very happy. They are always accommodating to get the appointment times that I need, even on short notice. Lately I have had Polly do my massages and she has been great. She listened to what I needed and really focused on my problem areas. If you need a great massage, I highly recommend this place.

I had been searching a massage centre near by plus the services as well so I check the Relax Rehab, for the first time with Monica the therapist she is so amazing for the RMT Massage shes doing her great job specially I have some concern in my body part shes educate me for some reason regarding of my concerns and I was so satisfied with her service. This is the only Hub Im going to recommend.
I will probably back there in the future.

It was great experience at relax rehab. I had soft tissue damage on my shoulder and wrist and came here for acupuncture treatments.

The acupunctrist, Mark, was really helpful. Instead of directly applying the needle on the pain points, he applied the needles on pressure points of relevant tunnels on my leg and adjusted during the appointment along with the movement of the pain. He also figured out a side issue causing my pain and adjusted my spines for me.

After two one hour treatments, I felt much better.

I have a great and wonderful massage therapy. They have a good hands. The accupuncture and cupping are really amazing to ease my trouble of sleeping.

Aida is good! Actually all of the RMTs and acupuncturists in Relax Rehab are. They are very friendly and the ambience is very nice.

Had Mark as my therapist was absolutely amazing. Deep tissue massage along with stretching and adjustment. Great job!

I highly recommend this place for all your massage needs. I've been coming here for years now and they really know how to make you feel better. Peter is an amazing and attentive RMT and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed after his reflexology/body massages. Give this place a try. You'll thank me later!

I have been coming here for sometime now for physiotherapy and massage. I have had treatments by Paul, Peter, Jenny and Ashley. They are all excellent massage therapists. The staff is very welcoming. Just an excellent place. I recommend this centre for for their services.

I would recommend Peter without hesitation to every one who needs services from RMT. I have received services from many RMTs over 25 years, and for sure he is one of the best.

It is a fantastic massage store I have been. They provided me 100% perfect service and professional massage experience! I would recommend all my friends who need physical therapy go and get relax there!

The most uncomfortable experience with an RMT I have ever had, the whole hour she commented 30+ times about my body. At one point she tapped my butt commenting on how nice of a physique I have. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. The company's "approach" to solving this was to say it was my fault for not walking out during the massage and that the RMT's approach just wasn't for me. Excuse me? It is my fault for complaining about my body being talked about the full hour and my butt being tapped. I would highly recommend avoiding this place, the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior makes me question their business values and service standards.

The massage and other service is extremely perfect. I have never enjoyed the relaxing massage before. It is the best one I have ever seen.
