About 6 months pregnant and fed up with COVID shut downs, all I wanted was someone to clean up my feet and to sit in a big’ol massage chair. It was perfect. The place was clean, everyone [including myself] wore masks, I was asked kindly to wash my hands a few times throughout the appointment (even though I was only getting a pedicure), and I was glad to support a business that is certainly struggling considering the current situation. Plus, my feet look and feel awesome.

I highly recommend Jenny for dip powder nails with designs. She takes her time doing your nails and designs. She makes sure you love your nails! I will definitely come back!

Love Relax time, the staff are very friendly, and they do a great job! Love my pedicure and shelac polish! Recommend you give them a try.

They r rude, not nice with clients, they keep talk together in their language. I asked to inquire if they do paraffin treatment, she answered rudley and in a loud voice " we don't ", i regret going to this place, very bad customer service.

I went to Relax Time regularly for shellac manicures about 8-ish years ago, and they were awesome. Then I had a couple of kids, covid happened, and I got out of the habit.
Recently, I've started to get my nails done again. I am writing this review now, because the two most recent times I have gone to Relax Time have been awful.
I got a pedicure in the summer of 2022. The nail tech was too extreme when clipping the skin around my nails and filing my feet. It was painful to walk afterward, and I got an infection on one of my toes.
I should have switched salons after that experience, but they were my go to place for a long time, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was a one-off.
I went back to Relax Time for a manicure about a month ago. I had shellac on my nails from a different salon. The nail tech (same one that did my pedicure in the summer) used the metal grinder on my nails to remove the existing shellac, but went far deeper than she should have. (Sidebar, I don't know why they even use the grinder now, in the past they never did).
My nails are STILL destroyed. They are peeling apart in layers from being ground down too far. I have to keep them so short there is barely any white part, coated in polish to keep them from catching on things, and they are breaking as soon as they grow even a little bit. Before this manicure, my nails were healthy, long and strong.
I am so upset and will never go back, and will never recommend this place to anyone anymore. I gave them 2 stars instead of one only because of my previous positive experiences but one would better reflect my recent visits.

Ok one serves you well the one I had was lazy and always running aroubd did not speak much English can't even cut my toe nails right. Don't let me complain this place has never been rigjt non of the people work at their own and half our so lazy they can't ecen do feet, let aline anything else.
