Reliable Carpet Care

I came to this guy with a carpet basically crumbling on the spot, he couldn't exactly help me but gave me some perfect pieces of felt and the advice I needed to fix it myself, absolutely amazing experience

I contacted so-called "Reliable" for assistance with some "Carpet & Upholstery Care". Because in the past I had used a different company (the company that har referred me to them), they decided they would not do the work. Who are these NOT RELIABLE 1 Star clowns?

We just moved into a home that was primarily used as a rental so we knew it had been neglected. I called Reliable for a quote on carpet cleaning and eventually learned they do duct cleaning as well so we hired them to do both. Right from the initial call it was a great experience. They’re all so super polite, professional and pleasant and the technicians that come onsite are even friendlier. They’re all so helpful and informative.

The services were completed thoroughly and was a lot quicker than I had expected. I will definitely be keeping them for future use.

The promise was, "we will make your rugs new again'. 100% delivered on that promise with excellent service. Pet stains - gone. Coffee stains - gone. Unknown source stains - gone. Thank you Reliable - I am grateful.

Very pleased with the in-house service. I The technician (Sean) was punctual, respectful and professional. The same goes for the other technician, Chris, that picked up and returned our carpet.
We have used Reliable in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Disappointed. Have had carpets serviced by them before with no problem. Upholstery too.all good. But this time I cleaned the carpet 5 weeks after Reliable did it because we have a person with allergies and after 6 passes, the water was still dark with dirt. We don’t wear shoes in the house and there isn’t a lot of traffic in the carpeted area. Have to wonder how much dirt they left behind. For the new raised price, this is disappointing.

Hired Reliable to clean our patio cushions. At first it seemed a lot of money to spend on patio cushions but so worth it. They did an amazing job!

Uncomfortable experience and poor cleaning. Uncomfortable because one person told me to open my rug to inspect it while another yelled at me for overstepping some imaginary Covid line. Poor cleaning because they didn’t remove the stain that I was assured multiple times would be no problem to treat. Was still charged the full price.

Amazing customer service. Great price. Actually cleaned the carpet and removed wine stains, food stains, and dirt. It practically looked brand new. Very happy and will be using them again for other services

We had older living room furniture that we love but needed cleaning and "freshening up". Steve, the owner, sent Shawn, his specialist, and our furniture looks like new. We are so happy with the results. Steve and Shawn were so kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Shawn did a fabulous job!

We've been a customer of Reliable Carpet and Upholstery Care for a couple of years now. After a bad coffee spill, we reached out and were happy to discover that Stephen and the team were back in business. Their procedures for these pandemic times were terrific. The technician arrived with PPE and practiced social distancing while in our home - in addition to successfully removing the stain and completing our spring cleaning regime! A very respectful and positive experience for us.

The technician Frank was amazing. Punctual, courteous and professional. Quality of work could not be better. Furniture looks and smells as clean as can be. The dining room chairs almost look new again. I am more then satisfied with service and work. 10/10 would recommend.

We had 6 white dining room Parsons chairs in need of a cleaning. We tried ourselves and the results were quite bad with water stains etc. It took the Reliable technician about 90 minutes to do a thorough cleaning and when everything had dried, the results were absolutely amazing. The chairs (now 10 years old) look like new. They did a wonderful job, in a very efficient and timely manner at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend this company. I know we will have them back in the near future to perform similar magic on some area rugs and carpets. Thank you very much.

Frank the technician arrived exactly when I was told he would. He gave us some great advise with regards to future carpet care. He was polite/ and answered all our questions/concerns about the cleaning of our carpet and couch.

This was my first time using Reliable, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I had a number of items that required cleaning after renovations and a new puppy.

Shaun rearranged his schedule for the day to ensure he had the time to complete the job. Not that I hovered too much, but I saw the care he took to bring the upholstery back to brand new condition, and same for the area rugs.

Great customer service from the office staff Lindsay, when I called to get a quote. The quote was very competitive and they were able to fit me in the next day, which was a Saturday. The two technicians who completed the cleaning were super friendly, fast and the carpets came out great! Would definitely recommend.

Our area rug had dark patches from dirt and dust and it was entirely covered in dog fur. We had the rug cleaned by Reliable Carpet and it came back to us looking brand new. Tsultrim picked up the rug and delivered it after cleaning and he was very kind and a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I would definitely go back to Reliable Carpet for rug cleaning and upholstery care for our sofa as well. Highly recommend them!

Excellent service! We had a red wine stain on a brand new club chair and were worried about getting out the stain. I emailed on Sunday and received a prompt email back first thing Monday morning to arrange an appointment. Frank, the technician, came within the suggested time frame on Thursday morning. He was amazing - professional and fantastic. The stain is out and the chair looks great. We'll definitely have them back to do annual cleaning of the chairs and will use them for any other needs like area carpets and other upholstery. Highly recommend them.

Dan is a professional who knows his business and takes his time to get the job done right. This was our first experience at professional carpet cleaning and based on Reliable and Dan they will definitely have our future business.

I had Ivan from Reliable come to our home for upholstery cleaning of our couches and dinning room chairs. He was very pleasant and professional from the start. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experience and took his time to explain to me what the expected results would be based on the age and type of stains of my furniture. Once he got started, he really took his time to make sure the cleaning was done with the utmost attention which I really appreciated. Ivan seemed to take pride in his work which is so hard to find these days. He was very polite and friendly which I value highly as a part of good customer service. I was very happy with the end results of our furniture. I would love to have Ivan clean our upholstery again.

I had Reliable come to my home just today for the second year in a row and Shawn was just fantastic! He took care of the cleaning of not only a couch and carpet as well as some chairs but also was able to clean our dog's beds and it looks like new! This is a hard task since they are two white English bulldogs and there is lots of shedding - thanks Shawn! Shawn was polite and efficient. Looking forward to getting our annual check up and cleaning next year and thanks again Shawn!

Dan was at my home this morning to clean the stain a previous company left behind. Dan was so professionally, friendly, and helpful. He was honest in setting my expectations and did a great job removing the stain.
