I placed an online order and it was ready for pick up by the next morning. The prices were comparable to purchasing directly from the manufacturer as well as competitors. It worked out cheaper overall because of local pickup vs.shipping. The part seemed genuine and fit.

Inside was very clean, everyone was professional. No complaints.

Worst customer service by the manager or supervisor. Who is walking around with blue safety west. Very rude, disrespectful and ignorant person. Always talking rudely with other employees. Not good for the business. I called the head office but nobody cares I guess. Never going back their again.

Very good service from the service reps. They got me the exact parts when I went to the store. They were very patient identifying the parts. Replaced them and Dishwasher is good as new.

Got the element for my 40-year old GE stove and we're back in business again!
This is THE place to go for appliance parts. Always bring the full model and serial numbers for the appliance you are getting parts. They carry parts for all major appliances and if they don't have it, it probably is no longer available.

The lady Maggie at the front counter needs customer service training. She is not aware of what the company is offering and is rather rude. Even when told there was a 5 percent discount.she simply shrugged off the consumer saying the discount was long over. She put the onus on the consumer for not making her aware of it. Rude and abrupt. Needs lots of training.

Don't buy to these store they selling used parts if you bought the parts from them by mistake, if you want to return them, then those people will not give you the refund back.

I live in Montreal. I ordered Napoleon grill parts. Not only were their parts the exact same price as on the Napoleon website (unlike many other places that have large markups), but their shipping costs were also cheaper than Napoleon AND I received my parts the next day! It is not the first time I buy parts from this Company but I felt they warranted review for continued awesome service!

AWFUL!
Customer service 1-800 number sent me to a branch they reported to have 20 units of what I needed. Got there, they had no stock. They checked there computer and sent me to a branch 20km away that had stock. They are closed on weekends.

AWFUL service. Period. This should be a ZERO star rating.

This place has lots of parts the employees are very helpful.efficient.
Unfotunstely although the part shown was in stock at this place but reality the part was nil stock and should be in, in a few days.just lucky they have a part somewhere else.
Prices are reasonable.

I placed an order online for a Samsung fridge part, first I have to say that reliable has an easy to use website and made the parts ordering process quick and easy. The part arrived at the Meyerside Drive store in Mississauga quickly. Unfortunately their curb side pickup was a night mere. When I arrived at the location, I called the number on the store front for curbside pickup. An associate answered the phone and asked for my order number and then proceeded to instruct me to stay in the car until the order was ready. As I waited quite a while I noticed cars that came after me where being called, after about 20 minutes, I redialed the number and an associate immediately said, you must have called our call center. I said no I called the number on the window and she abruptly said no you didn't. She put me on hold and then came back to say meet her at the door to collect your part. When I went to the door she said in an abrupt manner, " We can't help you if you don't tell us you're here! " I said this is the number I called that clearly said call this number for curbside pickup, secondly why would a call center associate tell me to wait in the car while we process your order. I understand with new Covid measures things can get a little crazy, but this is no way to speak to a customer. This associate needs training!

Excellent, knowledgeable staff! I am a new DIY repair person and after going to pick up the part that I found on the internet the staff suggested a part that reduced the repair time and difficulty on the repair. Thanks Glenn

Don't try phoning them.was on the phone for 2 days. 2 hours at time. Maybe they should have localized number. Technology could help. Customer service was not aware of price of web and challenged me.
No synchronization. Technology could help. Got my part quickly however, once I showed up.

I order part.delivery time was 2 weeks today now 5 weeks called them they told me part coming after 2 more weeks if you have something break down don't order the part look somewhere else

We placed an order online. They dont answer calls or emails. Very unreliable. I would just like to be given an estimate of when the item would be ready for pickup. 1 day, 2 days, 1 week? A response would be greatly appreciated.

More like Unreliable Parts. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now for a part that was in stock. After A week I called to find out what was happening (after no replies to emails or social media). After an hour I got someone on the phone, and they forgot to ship out. I was assured it would ship immediately and get a tracking #. 2 weeks later - still no email. I've emailed 5 times since, and not one reply. I've been waiting on the phone for the past 29 minutes now. Will never again buy from this place. I was given the Covid excuse that they are still training people. Covid has been going on for the past 5 months.this is a poor excuse.

Staff can check for you via email whether the part they carry is compatible with your appliance, and they will advise you whether the part is in stock at the location near you. I bought a pair of dishwasher door cables for $6.47, which are selling on Amazon.ca for $36.05. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. Covid protocols were in clear evidence, with floor stickers and strategically placed shelving to keep people 6 feet apart. The only negative thing I could say is that 3 of the staff were working with their masks lowered so that only their chins were covered, not their mouth or nose. Overall, I am pleased with this company and with their service.

Very disappointed with what we received. We ordered a conversion kit for a dryer and we only received one piece out of it when there should've been 6 pieces. Very inconvenient

They only allow MasterCard or Visa. Thought this was 2020. They told us to wait a half an hour to get our part. We did. And they made us wait another 20 minutes. Watching other people come and go with their orders. They gave us the part which is not the same part number. Hopefully it works because on the receipt it says no returns. They have to do better then this. If this part doesn’t work then this place has been a very big waste of my time and money.

I ordered online for a stove part and when I received it was dented and cracked, it was even marked so someone saw it and still shipped to a customer. I said, ok, these things happen so I call customer service and I was helped immediately, where they reordered the part for me and told me to return it to a store close by. One week later the part arrives, to my surprise it ALSO had scratches, dents and cracks!
Needless to say I am VERY disappointed in this business. They could at least advertise as either second hand or defective and sell it cheaper than other sites.
I would advise against and only order if you don’t have another option.

Just back from reliable parts and the customer service was fantastic.
I was looking for a part for an LG fridge door and had a lot of trouble getting info on the part number (same part shows up for left and right hand door).
Some parts were longer than the one from my fridge but the CSR (Garr G) took the time and effort to hunt down the correct part for me. It looks like some of the parts were mis-labelled with the wrong part number; don't know if this was LG or Reliable Parts issue.
