Un-reliable Parts. I have used them twice before, and all worked out. Today, I needed a part for a dishwasher. I got it, went to install it, a defect in manufacturing, prevented it from being installed. I went back and got a replacement. I asked for a discount due to the hassle, and was told nope. If they truly stand behind what they sell, I feel it would be fair to offer some sort of discount for the hassle I had to put up with being sold a part that was clearly defective. Something small would have been nice, 10% whatever. But the solid NOPE, tells me they don't stand behind what they sell.

Fantastic place! Found the part on their website, called the main number to confirm inventory, went to retail Scarborough location to buy part. Lots of parking. Fast, easy, friendly, professional. Great company to get quality OEM parts at a fair price to repair your appliances. Recommended!

Ordered a washing machine water valve online after hours, got a call in the morning that the part was in stock and ready for pickup. On arrival, very prompt and courteous service. Great experience - would order from here again

Found the part I was looking for and it was even cheaper in store than online! Very friendly staff. They opened the part and allowed me to check it before saying yes - it is slightly different than the original but I did install it without any problems.

These guys have a vast collection of spare parts available. If they don't, they can easily order one for you to pick up. The part I ordered, unfortunately was promised to fit, but it didn't. So, I had to go through the hassle of returning it. That being said, the return was smooth and I got full refund.
A good number of people have said they have friendly staff, which, unfortunately, I did not experience. Also their stores are located bit far from most highways or easy to reach places, so consider some travelling, before you can get to them.

Update: been back to buy other kitchen parts and items for cleaning. Service was prossional, prices are fair. Some parts take a bit of time to order.

Recommended: needed a replacement BAKE ELEMENT (larger oven heating element) for a Whirlpool.and they has the EXACT PART in stock! This made the repair super easy when I got back home.

Absolute garbage service. I called and made on order over the phone. They don't want to provide an E. T. A for when the part arrives. The lady on the phone was rude and they're exact response was "Canada post is called snail mail for a reason". I then called the location a few days later checking up on if my parts have arrived yet. I'm placed on hold for 15 min and then hung up on. TWICE. I even feel bad for the owner of this establishment to have people like this running their business. Unless you absolutely have to I don't recommend this place at all.

Do not order parts from this company. I placed an order over 5 months and it's still waiting to deliver. Every month I called to follow up, they had different stories, one said it's been arrived to Mississauga, ON and will deliver within 2 weeks. Other said it not even there. All kind of explanations to cover their misleading information. Keep your money and stay away from this company.

So the store hours are obviously horrible. Say you're looking for a part and only a far away store shows it in stock online, so you order it to make the drive and get it quicker the next day.

You then have to wait for a ready for pick up email, which will arrive after they verify their stock is incorrect and resort to having it delivered from the warehouse - which you could have done to any store if the stock on their website could be even somewhat close to "reliable".

The person working today picked up the phone and had me on hold for 25 minutes because of a line up, only to tell me you shouldn't order online because it's not a good system - and to instead call the store and have them order.

The place is obviously understaffed or incompetent. Terrible website, terrible service, and far from "reliable".

Unbelievably unhelpful and rude people. Call the manufacturer directly to get your part because they have no idea what they have in stock.

Great service.
Went in with a bathroom exhaust fan that was 40+ years old. They got me set up with a new motor and impeller that fit the old housing. No cutting drywall and messing with ducts for me! Bang on!

Ordered online and the part was ready amd in new condition. The staff was pleasant. I would order here again.

More time is needed for on-line customers chatting to staff when model numbers are required. By the time I found it and got back to computer, the chat session had gone and I couldn't get it back. I'm not sure why the model number was needed - the website showed you carry the part and I was simply asking if it was in stock.

Went to this store with a leaky hose and no serial number for the washing machine, and they figured out what it was from a picture of the dials! Great service!

Customer service is horrendous. The person who picked up the phone hung-up on me after I waited 20 minutes to speak with them. Save your time and your money.

Nothing to say that's encouraging. I've called multiple times today to be out into a phone que for life and lousy muzak to annoy you with.
On a few earlier calls their messages was call back later.
So I did.
I'm currently 11 mins and counting listening to the muzak.
This is my 4th call in today to try to order a fridge part.
At this point I'm done. I'll shop somewhere else.
If you like wasting your time.call these guys.
Maybe they'll fix whatever's broken.

I strongly recommend Reliable Parts, best service and you get part ASAP.prices of parts are reasonable as compare to Vendor prices.

A terrible company and poor service. After placing order online, no one picks up the phone in the call center or local store to assist further.

The guys there are very knowledgable about appliances. Easy to talk with and friendly too.

Really great service at this location. They helped me with the return of a fridge gasket that I didnt have the invoice for. They could see I wasn't a trickster and worked with me as I fumbled to find little bits of information to help determine exactly what we could do. This is REAL customer service. I will always go to them when I need a part in the future. Well done!

I order a parts through online, for my washing Machine, on January 18 2020 at 6.11 p.m. Today 20th evening I received item, on store at 651 McCowan road, Parts perfectly fits on the machine, and runs good. Good customer service and friendly people on McCowan store desk.

Unimaginably poor customer service. Phone calls are transferred only to voicemail. Spent 3 hours trying to talk to someone. Still no luck. Called in 5 times and still couldn't get to speak to someone at the store.

Very helpful and patient sales people. I didn't have the part number. The representative figured out the part number.
