This morning my Dish washer need a part I need a Inner Drain Hose! So I see this older gentleman with glasses which he was not very polite at first kind of arrogant asking me what I need so I did explain what I need and I was told that I can’t buy this hose that I need it and that I need to purchase the whole pump with the hose so at this point I was shocked so I did some research and I found on Another place in Mississauga this place was Crawford appliances so I did pay a visit there with same part of that I need it I was told no problem we will order this for you and I was told that reliable parts have in stock! Which I was told can’t buy this part that I need the whole unit to buy so I did go back to this Reliable parts see that same person older gentleman with glasses and told
Him I was at another place in Mississauga about this hose that I needed and I was told that he got in stock by Crawford place … so this guy asked me for the part number so I did have it told him and he say oh ya I do have this part soo this guy makes a joke at first I would not recommend this place and this is not the first time that I need something and I was told that I need to get a whole assembly bottom line is this place is trying to sale you for a lot more money and more parts! Thank you … for reading this … make sure you do another research online line …!

Saved me from buying a replacement part that would not have been compatible with my appliance.
I might have been a bit sour at the time but I'm really glad they helped me out and gave honest advice.

Was able to find the parts for my dishwasher for a better price than anywhere else. Placed the order online and received a call back within hours for pick-up. Very smooth process.

When I purchased 3 BBQ burners, Reliable Parts site said "in stock" but that was not the case. My order was delivered with a more than reasonable delay, causing me some problems.
Beware of Reliable Parts when their site says something is "in stock, ready to ship. "
Personally, I will avoid Reliable Parts in the future.

Note: items were purchase online, but shipped from Mississauga.

Have used these guys for years for filter, appliance parts (for all of them). And have ordered on-line for pickup and also gone into store to get parts. They have MUCH better catalogs and part numbers than I can find on-line. Very helpful when my Kenmore appliances are no longer available anywhere.

Patiently waited 6 weeks for my order to arrive. Was told different reasons why its taking long every time that i called. Now i was told that the item is on back order. Therefore this is business is most unreliable

Great customer service all around. They exchanged a defective part that I received, no questions asked. I used these guys few times, highly recommended.

The customer service is terrible, you call by phone and they communicate to any party except the department or store with which you want to communicate. It took 7 attempts for me to finally be manhandled with the answer.

The Call Center staff does not have the slightest training in customer service, in my last call the person identified himself but his name was not understood, when he asked for his name he told me saying that he had already given it to me, to which I replied sorry for not understanding, to which "Alice" replied when claiming that my order that I made through the web was not available, she indicated that I have to wait several days for it to arrive, that was not what the web indicated that it was available.

When asked why the web was not working, he replied that it is not updated as it should be. When asked if the web was not working, he got annoyed and hung up.

3 months on a back ordered item with no communication and missed shipping dates. Please get your logistical processes in order. I imagine my order had something to do with general Supply chains at this time and I could have been patient, but you weren’t communicating anything and seemed like you couldn’t be bothered about servicing me.

Great customer service from Daniel! He took the time to answer my questions and ensure I was buying the correct water filter, plus gave me a refund for some previously purchased items I no longer needed.

Ordered a part where everywhere else gave 10 days plus lead time, it came in 2 days and Reliable Parts called to let me know it was in. No fuss at the pickup desk, they kindly took the packaging as I could pocket the item as I was on my motorcycle. Item is OEM and fits perfect on my Bosch dishwasher. Thanks for the part, the service and the smiles. Kudos to Reliable Parts. Will be a returning client for sure.

Needed to replace the guts of an old installed exhaust fan.due to the Covid-19 virus, delays in the ETA were understandable.

Extremely rude service. Huffed and puffed towards me. Huffed and puffed at me because i requested to know the amount before tax. Then when i was paying MASSIVE attitude because i was paying with debit and he had it as credit card. Printer "wasn't " working he was getting frustrated and turns out something he was doing he gave me a paper and rather than saying thank you have a good day anything i stood there waiting he ignored me and answered the phone! Horrible business

I called twice to get a part. Told the second person that i was just hung up on by a first person but he didn't seem to care. Ok. We started back at the beginning and once he had all the info, hung just up on me as well. It's not like they were putting me on hold! How do these people get a paycheque for this?

Buyer beware! First mistake: I paid them $40 for florescent lightbulb. Second mistake: They wouldn't refund my money when we found out it didn't fix the problem. FYI.they also charge a 20% restocking fee.these guys are from the 1970"s. I won't go back there again!

Placed my order online just to get a refund and order cancellation few days later. Received this short email without any explanations:

‘. There was an error at the time your online order was placed. Your online order has been cancelled, no charges have been applied to your credit card. For security reasons we do not keep your credit information on file.

To place a re-order please contact us at the number noted below and one of our helpful agents will place your order while you are on the phone to ensure your order is successfully processed. ’

A minute before placing this order online I contacted their online customer service agent Nicole and she assured me that the part I need is in stock and I can place my order right away.
Wasted my time, will shop elsewhere. Time is precious these days. I would stay away from this business. Thank you

Great place to buy parts for all your appliances. If you don't know the exact part number just bring the part and tell them what is for and they will help you find the right part that you need.

Got the part I needed in good condition but took a long time. Ordered a part for pickup and it took 18 days to get it. Didn't get an ETA after ordering. Tried to call their 1-800 number and was on hold FOREVER! Call the local store number instead. If they have the part at the store it's a lot easier. Price will be what it is.

Purchased a part for a Samsung Dryer for $164 dollars and later found it online for $49.99 and even cheaper. This is very upsetting and a price gouge. There is many cheaper options compared to their so called Samsung controlled prices. I actually wanted to help small business and look what happened. The staff was friendly but I guess that's how you behave when you want to take advantage.

If a tall, slender man wearing glasses is not working at the store, turn around and leave. The tall gentleman is exceptional, very customer focused and helpful. The other staff I dealt with was dismissive, rude, looked like he resented working there, and COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. He really has no business at all working in a retail environment, or another type of work that involves him dealing with customers. He could learn much about customer service from his tall co-worker, but appears to be too arrogant to take advantage of the opportunity.

Unbelieveably bad experience! I order a new shelf and two crisper drawers for our LG fridge. It's disappointing enough that they became all cracked and broken over time. Spent a fortune on these items and the two drawers BOTH arrived cracked already. What kind of shoddy policies and supervision allow broken items to be shipped out as new ones?

Ordered a new replacement part from LG’s website, was sent a used part that was not wrapped, just dropped in a box. It was damaged in transit and “Reliable” Parts took no ownership. If you’re ordering a product from here, just don’t. Horrible quality control and miserable return experience.

Too expensive got the water and air filters for the fridge. Paid $92.90. Same parts on Amazon.ca for less than $40! Will not shop here again!

Slowest staff ever. Came mid day, 2 guys on cash and a line of 5 people that stood around forever. Pretty sure one was just chatting with his buddy while everyone else waited.

Wow. Just wow. Get there before 5 pm. 2 of us are knocking on the door. The man doesn't even have the decency to come out, just ignored us completely while he sat on his computer. No wonder these retailers are losing to online shopping. Show flexibility and human compassion. If you cannot make a sale, open the door and just say that, don't ignore the person who drove 30 minutes to get to you in a pouring rain.

Worst service ever, just pick up my order, two guys did not ask when I came in, and both looked at me few times. Even they are chatting still disappointed.

Employees seem to be very moody. Catch them on a good day and they’re fairly nice and helpful. My last visit was not a good one. Just like the soup guy on Seinfeld, know your part number, step back, and you’ll get what you need. Don’t ask questions!

They have a no return policy on parts that they fail to tell you when ordering. I received a part for a stove that was $160. Realized before even opening the box that the problem was a wire, not the burner. Called the company and was informed there was no returns and that I should try to sell it privately. Thanks, really helpful.

Great experience, helpful staff that knew their stuff. Ordered parts in when everyone else in town said the parts were not available! Parts came in the next day! Checked the parts on the counter with me before I left. Parts worked! I would go back again in a second!

A gentleman from the company had called to follow up on this review and explained the situation why this may have gone wrong. I was convinced that they do care for customers and their experiences. He apologized and asked me to visit a different location where he had spoken to a senior staff. I went to the new location and introduced myself and he was glad to assist. He was professional and offered a discount to cover the delivery charges I had paid.

I appreciate the organization's intent to address issues when reported and accepting that there may be issues at the call centre. It takes courage to accept issues and intent to address them completes it all. Thanks Dennis & Garr!

Spent so much time to take my broken fridge parts and placed the order - First on the phone they said its in stock so went in person - then they said its in back order and I paid for delivery charges - No prior notification of delivery and finally had to drive to other end of GTA to pick the items! Guess what - despite taking all the broken parts - they ordered the wrong ones! Terrible experience so far!

Good advice and service from the older experienced gentleman working there. Going back there again to buy another part for my unreliable Whirlpool appliances. Whirlpool owns most appliance brands so check online if the brand you are buying is maytage before you accidently buy any of their garbage. Whirlpool is also part of the planned obsolescence model which ends up creating tons of garbage and also one of the biggest perpetrators of pollution in our environment!
