Reliance Auto Mechanic went above and beyond for my 2015 BMW 320i xDrive! The engine swap was a game-changer, and my car is running smoother than ever. Major props to the amazing team for their excellent service. I’m genuinely thrilled, and they absolutely deserve a solid 5-star review!

This is not a place to take your car. They told us one thing, made us waste 2 days, then required deposit. Ridiculous.

The front desk lady was very nice and knowledgeable! Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. Would definitely recommend their services for anyone who needs work on their car.

Went there to get replaced rusty transmission lines. Oil was leaking from car and they did a good job.
Receptionist Ujwala was very nice and polite.
Had a wonderful experience at Reliance Auto.

One of the best shops out, possibly better than dealerships. I can leave my car with them and know they will do the job right. Expect honest, good work from Mo and his team!

I went here a couple weeks back for an alignment and they quoted me $100 on the phone and then $120 when I got in. I dropped my car off and then left and they called me about 15 minutes in to say that they couldn't complete the job because of my front tires and that I was also going to need suspension work, all which would have costed me roughly $1400, they then charged me $70 to complete no work on my vehicle. I then took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and he said that "They were incompetent and didn't want to do the work". Needless to say he completed my alignment for $100, I didn't have to change my front tires or complete any suspension work and my car drives like a dream! Unfortunately, I had a bad first experience here and would not recommend but the manager tried to help me but her hands were tied. I believe her name was Michelle, she was super sweet!

The team at Reliance is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my GMC Sierra at a very affordable price. They are excellent at what they do and are very honest to do business with. I highly recommend Mo and the team at Reliance Auto Mechanic to everyone.

I had to get an Engine swap so I could drive back to Nova Scotia from Ontario and Reliance Auto has been very patient with me and tried their best to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Samantha has wonderful customer service and is a joy to talk to and Michelle has wonderful customer service and helped out with getting me parts as soon as possible. The guys in the shop were very kind and understanding when I talked to them and they got the work done at a good pace.

Had a great experience at Reliance today, got my oil changed and they fixed the annoying rattle from my heat shield for free. Thanks to all at Reliance

My Suzuki Grand Vitara transmission fluid was leaking due to plug stripping out. The car dealership where I usually used to take the car for more than a decade didn't have an easy solution.
I was a CAA member and through their site I found this place. Muhammad at Reliance was really knowledgeable and recommended a couple of options to suit my budget and needs. At the time of taking delivery, Abdul explained in detail the work they did. They did an excellent job, to which I am very grateful.

Worse customer service I have experienced from a mechanic! If you provide your own parts he doesn’t want to work on your vehicle! That to me tells he wants to probably make money of the customers! If your a mechanic and not a auto parts dealer why care if you provide your own parts!

Brought my car in for safety inspection and they found my tires and break pads needed to be replaced. They actually pulled me into the garage to visually see the problems. They ordered the parts needed right away so it would come the next day. When the parts came, they finished the job quickly as promised. The staff were very transparent about both service and pricing throughout the process. Highly recommend.

The guys were very nice, I was referred here by a friend that used them for brakes. They were honest with their work, I asked questions to see what needs to be changed and they gave me advice to what things I don’t need so I don’t have unnecessary expense.

I have been going to Reliance for over a year now and they have consistently been a pleasure to deal with. They always let me know the issues with my vehicle and how urgent the work is giving me the option of when to have the work done. They work diligently and are always extremely professional.

I had visited Reliance Auto Mechanic today and had the best experience. I had called and spoke to Mohammed who was able to book me in for an appointment right away. I have been using reliance auto mechanic for years now for my car maintenance and repairs. They are the best they are honest and realy care about the customer and the repairs they do for the vehicles. Highly Recommended.

I used to Trust this guy. However lately he became so greedy and full of ego. I told him to confirm the price before putting the pad which he did not. He charged almost double to change the brake pads. I did not agree with his price and he CONFISCATED my car. I called the police and they told me to put a complain with the Consumer Services Ontario.
I had no choice rather than paying what he wanted to get my car back.
The little helper mechanic was also a heartless bully.
Don't recommend this business.

I went there for alignment the mechanic actually wanted to rip me off instead of giving me my alignment he took my car in comes back 15 minutes later reporting he can’t do the alignment as I would need same tires in front, ball joint and control arm what not gave me 110$ bill for 15 min let’s do the math mechanic rate is 80$/hr
1/4th is 20$ as it took 15 min. Let’s twice that 50$ is reasonable for diagnosis but I believe he doesn’t know how to do that upon confrontation I was dealt rudely. Dude are you blind can’t you see if I have different tires you can let me know before handed I can’t do alignment because you have different tires but intentionally takes it in or else how he is going to make money.
I took my car to another mechanic he confirmed I only need ball joint not control arm so now you guys can do whatever you find suitable with this information. If you need proof of work I can upload that too.

Was having issues with my AC. They told me they didn't know what to do or how to fix it and charged me a hundred dollars to do nothing. Then they wanted me to sell the car to them.

Reliance Auto Mechanic is the absolute worst! They charged me $300 without even giving me an estimate. They did not have my permission to do the work! Three days later, the exact same problem happened to my vehicle. I contacted them and nothing. No refund, no explanation, no idea on how to fix the problem, nothing. They would not respect or honor the work they have done. They told me to go to the Dealership. … Yikes! I would never use Reliance Auto Mechanic again. They are criminals. ….

My car went in at 11: 07 and it was out at 11: 30. I was charged $50. All the mechanic did was hauling of the vehicle and explaining the process, which I already knew, and charges for A/C repair. There was absolutely no diagnosis involved. Not a credible shop!

This is my second time coming to Reliance Auto and I was received by Mohammad and his team with the utmost respect and consideration. I came in for a serpentine belt replacement on my sprinter as it was torn while driving, and he was able to fit me into his schedule on the same day. Throughout the process, he showed me exactly what was the fault on my van (the water pump housing pulley was grinding) and what he and his team were replacing to fix the cause of the problem. He had multiple team members working together on my vehicle to ensure the process was quick and precise. He received the new parts on the same day and showed them to me along with a comparison to the old parts. The work was completed on the same day, and I feel like my van is running much smoother than it was before. Their transparency and thoroughness is unparalleled and I am very satisfied with their service. Overall I highly recommend them to anyone, and I’ll definitely be returning for further maintenance.

After reading reviews, I decided to take my car in to reliance auto mechanic for safety check since i was selling. I initially spoke to Sarah who was very pleaseant and helpful with questions I had. Mohamad was the mechanic who looked at my car. He pointed out some things that needed to be fixed and even showed me on my car what was required and why. Very helpful and genuine people working here. Hard to find a good mechanic nowadays. I will definitely be returning for any of my car needs.

Staff was professional and helpful. The lady at reception was attentive and explained my invoice very well. She also suggested to order parts a day before my appointment and it also helped that they give email reminders.

I took my very first car here to get a safety check with very little knowledge about cars and the parts that make them run, it turned out that I needed a couple small things fixed in order to pass the safety check. Mohamed walked me through why these parts needed to be fixed, even showing me pictures of the bottom of the car on an iPad. Everything was fixed within the hour and I was on my way. I have been coming here with all of my car service needs ever since. Mohamed is a very genuine guy and knows what he is doing, and he also did not try to rip me off even though I had no idea what he was talking about. Would recommend this place to anybody. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced auto repair shop. The best thing I like about Mohammed is that he takes you to your hoisted vehicle and walks you through the problem that your vehicle is having and also gives different options to fix the problem. I was overly impressed. I wish I could give him ten stars. My van's A/C was in pretty bad shape and he went out of the way to fix the problem. Thanks Mohammed. I first came to Reliance Auto when my car had a lack of engine power. Mohamad diagnosed the problem correctly as opposed to the dealer and another mechanic. He's very knowledgeable and takes the time to show and explain what is wrong with your vehicle.
His rates are also fair with no unnecessary work done. I definitely recommend his services.

Took my old 2005 buick in today, did an awesome job. Best mechanic in Brampton and I have been to a lot of them. Not easy to find a mechanic with integrity.

The best mechanic shop ever, I always bring my car to get fixed here! My car was making a weird noise so I called Reliance and the next morning my car was in the shop. Mohammad took care of my car and he explained to me what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed. Within a few hours my car was ready and I was good to go! The service here is always amazing and all the mechanics are very friendly and professional, along with the receptionist Sarah:)

This is the third time I have used Reliance: brake service the first, front right wheel bearing the second and on the third occasion I had my complete brakes rotors and pads replaced with much better quality parts.
I was very impressed with Mohamad and his crews professionalism, costumer service and reasonable cost.
Reliance will now be my go to service centre.

Found this place online through some great reviews. Was a but hesitant to visit just based on some reviews but gave it a shot. Was welcomed right away as i was able to book an appointment online a night before that too for a Sat morning. Mohammad & crew were prompt in updating of what needed to be done & what the cost (genuine) would be. I decided to get all 4 brake pads & rotors changed as recommended with high quality genuine parts. Was given timely updates, no bs like witnessed at other places. Would highly recommend them if u ever are in need of any auto repairs. Great customer service & very welcoming atmosphere.i've found my togo place for my vehicle care & maintenance, i suggest you try it too & you will feel the same.

I have a Mercedes c350. Got my axles, brakes and diagnostics done.i had my own experience with them. They are really professional and time saving and not to mention best prices in town. I would highly recommend.

Reliance Auto Mechanic is the best place to go for car repairs, without worrying about being mislead or overcharged. I went in today for brake inspection and repair, and am extremely satisfied with the service offered and associated charges. The team is very knowledgeable, and do their best on explaining any issues with the vehicle prior to performing repairs. They are very honest and definitely reliable. I have also found them very accommodating with appointments booking, rescheduling and cancellations, exceptional customer service. Additional positives I would like to note down are comfortable, spacious waiting area, free wi-fi, wending machine, ATM machine on site and washroom. I am definitely going to Reliance Auto Mechanics for any future car repairs/ oil changes/ tire swaps atc.

These guys r very genuine with their service. They explain everything properly and tell you exactly what needs to be done. Their estimates are accurate as well. Got some repairs, installments and safety inspection done here. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with the service and quality of work.

Friendly interaction. Helped me get a safety certificate, ended up needing to replace a U-joint. All good. Started noticing vibrations at high speeds, come to find out (from another mechanic while getting my oil changed) that u-joint was installed incorrectly and causing vibrations and ticking noise. Reached out via email about fixing it, no response and the ticking/vibrations continue.

We took a car that we were buying from a private seller here for a pre-purchase inspection. Mohamed and his colleague did a bumper to bumper inspection, test drove the car, and pointed out a few small issues that the seller was willing to pay for fixing. We were very happy the prompt, thorough, and friendly service. We are not very knowledgeable about cars, and felt like we could trust his advice and recommendations. Price was also very reasonable.

This place is good to go if u have a newer model car and in need of regular maintenance or repair, pretty much anything, but it seems when I brought my car that has rust in it all I hear is, your car rusted here, there and they don't seem to know the "wiring" of my vehicle but if you need a body repair they are ok to go it can be a little bit pricey also messy but for reasonable cost.

Mohammed is a superstar. I went to him with no air flow though my car vents he was able to find what the exact root cause was and fixed it within an hour while other places were asking me to leave the car for 3-4 hours with a lot more total cost. If you want someone reliable, valuable and transparent in Brampton. This is the place to go.
