The hot water tank wasn't working. The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. The tech made sure that hot water tank was providing hot water before they left.

I had my furnace and air-conditioning unit serviced the upcoming winter season. I was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the repair technician, Rick Westgate. He was able to make adjustments and give me tips on how to save money of heating and cooling.

Phil came and replaced our water heater after a flood last week. He was amazing, friendly, and here when he said he'd be!

This is a terrible unprofessional company. Was told I would get 3 free months if I did not buy out my water heater. I inherited the bill from the old home owners. First 5hey tried everything to not tell me my buyout amount. Finally they told me it was 700 dollars. I said I wanted to buy it out and they offered 3 free months. I got my first bill no credit. I called and got some guy named alex in the phillipines that acted like I was lying. I will never do business with this company again after the buyout. Also calling the better business bureau.

Our 10 yr old rental tank gave out on Friday and flooded a couple rooms downstairs. We were told we had to wait between 1 and 6pm the next day for next available service. Two techs came at 5 pm and told us the tank needed replacement and we would need to wait another couple days for a new tank. It was tough to go 4 days without hot water. We were not impressed with the customer service but the reason I'm giving 5 starts is that Brendon, the tech that came to replace the tank on Monday by himself, did an amazing, friendly, professional job and went above and beyond to get the hot water flowing.

The service fellow diagnosed the problem quickly and decided a new thermostat was appropriate. The new thermostat was a newer model and so the technician took the time to walk me through the setup procedures and made sure that I fully understood what I had to do and what the various options were before he left.

The technician was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He actually found a hole in the floor which the technician had left open when he had installed my new A/C.
I feel comfortable that he did a great job and I hope that I’ll have trouble free heating this winter.

This is the 3rd time have Rick W service my equipment. Rick is professional, experienced, honest and very knowledgeable. Rick takes the time to carefully explain everything he is doing-provides tips and insight to help manage ur equipment effectively. Rick always puts the customer first and I always feel confident that any work he has done is always done right and first class.

Absolutely worst company ever. Was lied to last summer about a service (water softener) told I could cancel anytime after 6 months of the free service. Now i’m in a 7yr contract and can’t cancel without a fee or having to pay to have someone remove the tank. I will never recommend this company or service to anyone ever again and i will be getting a lawyer as i’m not paying for a service I don’t want. You better off buying a water heater and going somewhere else for a water softener. Save your time and money.

I wanted to rent a water softener and booked an appointment with Kerilee. She was friendly, professional and efficient with her recommendations for me. The installation also went well. The installers were polite and the install went very quickly. Highly recommend Kerilee and her team!

We had an issue with how a call was handled and the advice the plumber gave; we were not clearly told there was a charge for a quote, the plumber suggestion was poor. However, in bringing these concers to the companies attention, they addressed our concerns. They were very good at resolution.

Their services are unreliable. Customer service was rude and kept transferring us back and forth. It has been 5 days that we are without hot water. Customer service did not want to send a technician until we pay our bill, which is due in 3 days from now. This is the third time we have problems with their tank. However, rather than replacing it, they try to fix it but it keeps breaking down again. Disappointed.

Very Quick response to my repair needs, broken humidifier. Very professional and fast working. Found issue quickly and although did not have the part, went and secured appropriate part and installed it. Was done with repair in place within an hour. Excellent! Very pleased.

I know a lot of times Reliance gets a bad rap, but they did an amazing job for us. We needed a new AC unit installed. And the guy who initially came out was very personable. Was honest and didn't give us the runaround. The fellow who did the sale was likewise very personable, didn't push anything on us, gave us a lots of options. And a great discount as well which allowed us to be able to afford the product.

We now have a nice cool house and we cannot be more thankful!

Joe was very informative about the products that were available and he answered all the questions that we had and me and my wife were amazed by the quality of the product that we were offered.

Kerilee was very pleasant to work with. She knows her product. I am now renting a beautiful drinking water filter system. Kerilee was very thorough and explained the benefits of having cleaner water to drink and cook with in my home. She took the mystery out of this process. I will recommend Kerilee to my neighbours and Family.

We had Reliance install a new water softener system. They were knowledgeable and quick to get here.

Purchased the maintenance plan with Reliance and haven't been disappointed! Great for regular service but we've also had 2 emergency calls and they've fit us in quickly fixing the issue, all with very friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Not only did the installer offer quick services, but he had tank on hand and immediately replaced it after we had a flood. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. His assessment was great. Couldn't have asked for a better technician.

When I phoned to book a service appointment the technician was available within an hour and showed up on time, completed the job and was very professional.

Had a tankless water heater installed and some pipe work done. Keith Q as my installer and had quite possibly the best experience I've had with any installer. He was clear with his explanations on what needed to be done, clearly knew his stuff, and just a super nice guy. He was professional the whole way through, did his work expertly and efficiently. Very impressed with the quality of his work, would absolutely recommend you request this guy if you're getting any work done from Reliance in the London area.

Each time he is extremely friendly, polite, and most importantly, he shows up for the actual appointment.haven't had a lot of luck with Reliance service appointments in the past. Called for a/c service in beginning of June, was told that the earliest appointment available was August 20th and the earliest appointment for maintenance was the end of September. Was told that Reliance was not going into homes because of Covid, could not explain why Reliance was refusing to go in when the rest of the economy was opening up. Requested to speak with a manager, no one ever called back. Have heard since that it was because of a labor dispute, not covid-they lied. Have since cancelled my maintenance plan with them

As promised, received a call 10 mins before the installers got to the. The 2 installers introduced themselves as Ian and Kevin. Both were pleasant and fun individuals, and of course, professional. They brought in the supplies, inspected the area, and explained where they needed to install the unit. Both did a fantastic job. They were proficient, tidy and cleaned up the area well. Ian showed me how he had the unit set up and what to expect daily, how to fill up the salt container and what product to purchase. Overall, both Ian and Kevin scored 10/10 on our book! I did let them know as well! Thanks for a smooth set up.

I had an amazing experience today when Reliance sent someone to our home about our Air. Tim listened to what I was saying, gave me his opinion and at no time did I feel pushed or pressured I to anything. Due to the service Tim provided and explaining our options we decided to put in a new air system as well as a new furnace. I would recommend Reliance to anyone for their heating and cooling needs.

The reliance technician Neil was great to deal with. What was thought to be a small fix turned larger. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went a long. Very courteous and cleaned up everything when done.

Water Heater Repair - Very impressed with today’s service. Service provider provided a curtesy call when he was running a bit behind from previous appointment which was fantastic customer service. The change was done in under an hour. Area was left clean and employee was very helpful!

Iam leaving this review about your electrician Jason. I have had Jason to my house several times in the past month. Not only is Jason very personable, he is also an excellent electrician and Reliance is very fortunate to have this man working for them. He is the kind of employee that makes an employer look good. He is prompt, knowledgeable, persistent in finding an answer to a problem, and more than capable of fixing the problem he finds. I was very lucky to have Jason here resolving issues in my home that perhaps a less knowledgeable and experienced electrician would have been unable to fix. Jason deserves 5 stars for doing everything right, and I feel fortunate to know that when I have additional electrical problems in my home there is someone out there that I can depend on!

September 2,2021 I again had Jason back at my house to help me with an electrical problem. He was again extremely helpful in helping solve my problem, and I highly recommend Jason for any issues you might have in your home of an electrical nature. This is at least the second time Jason has been here, and it's nice to see consistency in the quality of service provided by the Reliance. Thanks again for your help Jason!

My experience with Reliance has been fantastic. Yes. Today Ed #1460 did my Ac/Heating check. Nice friendly person. A good technician who provided good feedback and tips. He called ahead and covered his shoes when entering my homeWhile I'm here a shout out to Joe Eckert another example of a good representative for this company. I'm happy. Just had Sherry here 2021 for annual check up. Now here is an excellent technician. I spoke with Leo regarding an Air Conditioning & Furnace tune-up. He was most pleasant and helpful. I had a special request & he immediately contacted the Operations Manager. Reliance is extremely fortunate to have Leo on their team as he definitely perceives client services to be a priority.

Keith completed the assessment and install all within 24hrs. The service was fantastic and the work performed top quality! Keith was prompt and efficient. Disgusted by this place, We called them SATURDAY as our water heater died, They first told me they could send some one out until Tuesday, When i told them that was too long i would have to go with some one else they then mysteriously found an opening on Sunday, The tech showed up he was really nice, However informed us he couldn't install Electric water heaters only gas, So he called his disbatch and we set up another appointment for today. The guy showed up, When i told him we needed it replaced he blamed me, Told me I didn't tell them that and he doesn't replace them only fixes them, That I needed to call reliance back and have them send out a sales person and he will set up everything. I told him to take a hike and I’ll just go with another company. They are now telling me because I didn't go with their service I owe them $100.00+ jsut be better off to stay away. Thanks for all your help reliance you guys are a joke

Getting a technician is so frustrating and annoying, you schedule an appointment and only for you to get an email that the technician called with no response and cancelled the appointment. I had my phone in my hands sitting at the door waiting on this technician to call / come. I didn’t get any calls, nobody showed up, and they cancelled the appointment. This is my 6th time calling for the same thing over and over again. Reliance needs to check up on their technician, getting a technician to have an appliance serviced is getting really frustrating, and the lies are becoming annoying

The gentleman came during the time stated. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly find the problem and repair it. He explained what he did and made sure I understood how to work the new thermostat as well as how program it should we choose to do so.

Our technician was on time, polite, courteous, thorough and kept me advised on every step he took. The service was exceptional and everything was quickly completed. A follow up visit is needed, but all taken care of by the technician. Excellent job Sahil, thanks for the outstanding service.

Kerilee was very knowledgeable about the reverse osmosis system that we were interested in. She answered all our questions and help us to choose the system that fits our needs. The installers did an amazing job setting us up. Water tastes great! Would recommend!

The maintenance person went out to find one for me, went to the location, waited for the owner to open up and give him the motor - it's Saturday so they weren't open - came back and installed it. The service was amazingly quick, on time and polite. Mike was excellent and explained everything. He was extremely personable and I would recommend this service to anyone.

Hot water heater replacement.

Keith our technician was great. The hot water heater was in a difficult place to remove and replace. The original replacement would not fit so Keith arranged for an alternative one that did fit. This was at the end of the day when he could have rescheduled it for the following day but he came back to make sure the job was done and we had hot water.

Hot water tank maintenance/repair

Brendon called to let me know he was 10 minutes away, arrived on time wearing a mask. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism, explained our hot water tank maintenance and steps to repair, he was friendly and easy to talk to. He left me with a great amount of confidence that the repair was done properly, well done.

I was given a window of repair from 1: 00 pm to 5: 00 pm. The representative called at about 1: 15 pm. Work was completed (install of a new hot water tank) after about 2 1/2 hours due to some difficulties getting the tank into place (tight constraints). The installer tested everything for leaks and proper operation while I was present. However, about 30 minutes after he left, a leak developed in one of the connections, which required turning off the water supply. Am I upset? No. But I am a bit frustrated after spending the day mopping up the leak from the previous water tank.

Water tank replacment. Booking was late, not technicians fault, but went smooth fast and professional.

Frank went above and beyond when we had a leaky water heater tank valve last week. He took the time to explain what was wrong while repairing it and helping understand how the system, which was new to us, worked. He was very thorough without making us feel stupid. We will definitely call on Reliance again and would request Frank if possible.

I had a blocked sink in the kitchen; the plumber came on time, and did an awesome job; he was very professional, he really knew what he was doing; he cleaned up after work and I really appreciated his service.

Hot water tank was not providing very much hot water. Brendan came in and replaced the hot water tank without any questions! Our service tech Brendan was amazing to work with, very friendly, very knowledgeable, just overall pleasant to have in our home for service. We are very happy with our service today and will not hesitate to call again.

Technician was prompt, diagnosed the problem, the system is high end with digital controls, which complicated finding the problem. The tech went to get the part, then discovered the supplier didn't have it in stock, so he called me saying he needed to go to another supplier (long way away). Came back installed part, then found an intermittent fault in circuit board. Almost end of day, ran out to get circuit board before supplier closed. Greatly appreciated, because it's winter, and we had no heat. Very professional, highly recommended!

Brendon, who installed our new water heater was extremely professional, courteous and wore his mask in our home at all times. He explained exactly why the water heater needed replacement, what work needed to be done installing new water and gas valves and gave an educated estimate on how long the process would take. He was careful to make sure his boots were covered whenever walking in the house and put down a red carpet to protect our flooring when wheeling in the replacement water heater. Everything was done and cleaned up within the time estimate provided. Excellent service combined with an excellent attitude, professionalism and knowledge. -

Today I had the wonderful pleasure of being helped by Matt. We have have been having issues with our heater for quite some time now, and have had multiple technicians out to resolve the issue. All of them were great, but Matt definitely was the best experience I had. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanations. He also included me in the testing processes and showed me exactly what we believe the issue to have been. That was my favourite part because it showed that he truly cares about the customer as well. I would highly recommend Matt as the guy you want to come out to your home if you ever experience any issues. I would give him 10/10 if that was an option here.
