I was in dire need of more bud. When you are down to shake and crumbs, you need to re-up. Doing some digging, I found this place. With so many good reviews it was worth a shot. Soon as I waalked in I was greeted by Matt who took me on a tour of the flower section. Didn't think it was possible, but I was really blown away by how knowledgeable they were. He took me through everything I need and had perfect recommendations And at these prices, I'm surprised they are able to stay stocked!

I love this store! Super friendly staff. I had lots of questions and they were really knowledgeable and took their time with me. Great selection too!

I live in Hamilton, but work at a business not too far from this location.
Relm is, hands down, my favorite dispensary. The budtenders are always knowledgeable, very friendly and more than willing to help you however they can. I have had Eric help me out a few times and he has yet to steer me wrong.
Like I said, my favorite dispensary and it isn't even in the city I live in!

This place is still in buisness people actually go here? If you're looking for bone dry weed at twice the price that doesnt get you high this is the place for you! Take you're money and throw it off a bridge if you plan on visiting this clown store, you'll atleast feel something as you see you're money dissapear!

Very overpriced compared to other local dispenaries. I only ever go here because I live down the street and it's convenient. There's other local dispenaries with way better prices and better selection. Apparently, this is one of the big chain companies that originally won the pot license lottery so they basically think they can charge whatever price they'd like.

I drive from Mississauga all the time to go to place amazing service they know what they're talkin about just sucks that I can't get over 30 grams

The best place to get bud in Burlington. The staff is extremely nice and it is always a great pleasure chatting with them. They're also extremely knowledgeable about their products and always offer great help. Love quality of their product and the staff:)

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. The shop is clean and definitely doesn't have that shady weed store feel or smell. I was there for my first time purchasing cannabis and the friendly associate made me feel comfortable and she spent time explaining differences in product to find the right fit for me. You'll need ID to get in.

Terrible customer service, the guy who cashed me out had no interest in helping me at all to a point I wanted to ask for someone else. I don't ever like to write reviews but this one paticular person really affected my FIRST experience there.

Why is everyone complaining it is bone dry? It is supposed to be unless you want to pay for water? The terpenes do not evaporate ever like 0.0067 % when dried It is so easy to rehydrate with a piece of a carrot. Funniest thing is everyone says they have been smoking for blablahblah years how do you not know this then? I wish I could have to sold to you guys back in the day you are willing to pay for water! And of course no MOLD which is the worst thing for lung infections.

The place is nice and clean and an easy drive from out of town. People working there are super friendly and give good suggestions for what you need. Admittedly alot of product was packaged last year which makes it dry as dust but there are some packaged more recently which hold better than the older stuff. As this is still a "newish" place and they're still working out the kinks, I give them time to get better.

Gave us a menu for us to look at, then at the counter they said to "throw that menu away" after we had looked at for the 5 minutes.
Then, we were rushed through the rest of the offerings that were hand written on paper. Only the amount of THC and the name of the variety. No additional info. Overall it was decent at best. They need to step up their game.

Gave me a refund for my HQ I had purchased a few days ago. Still had stamped seal on the bottle. Good customer service.

Don't understand what people are going on about. I would rather have dry weed than moldy. The weed I bought from here took me where I wanted to be.

Incredibly expensive. They sometimes scan your ID but it's not a 3M ID checker it seems to be a registry.creepy. Quality is one step above meh. High is fine but you lose half your stash packing because it turns to dust at one touch. Budtenders also vary way too much. The ones that look like potheads seems to have knowledge, most look and sound like they've never touched weed.

Went to Canna Cabana, place looked great but was a little chaotic with how they handle customers; I don't need an experience every time. I like coming to Relm because I just want to get my weed and go.

The government completely doesn't have no clue. I looked at the menu and thought it was a joke. Overpriced, low quality weed and yes I've tried 6 different strains from 4 different growers from ordering online which is the same available here at this store. Anyone who buys from any government outlet is uneducated and likes throwing their money down the toilet. Sorry but I will keep getting better stuff, better selection and much cheaper elsewhere thanks. I did find the staff good there at the Burlington location.

Helpful patient staff always at relm. They will tell you about terpenes and strains on the menu that just came out which is awesome they really care you get exactly what you want.

To anyone who does continue to buy corporate weed, throw about a 1/2 cubic inch wet piece of porous sponge in your container and wait for a few hours. Next day will be even better results. It's not that black market weed has never been dry, but at least it's weighed on the spot.

Too expensive. Limited variety. Absolutely horrible atmosphere unbecoming a real dispensary. Is this hard plastic packaging not recyclable? Basically, this has the appearance and feel of the big dirty stigma that this was all introduced with, and I'd like to see that improve. And I can't smell the product? !? At all!? ! A dispensary should at least smell like weed even if I can't smell the individual product. How about product information cards? I mean you can get the info right from a site like Leafly and print it out at least! Also given that this is the only store permitted in Burlington, it would be nice to see it full of information on products available in the industry, the plant, aspects of different components, THC, CBD, Terpes, yadda yadda. It should be a hub for knowledge and information exchange. And no, not just some of the misinformation coming from government initiatives. I saw a sticker on some weed from the NSLC that actually claimed 1 in 2 people will become addicted to Cannabis!? !? WTF? I will say this though, the one product I sampled from Relm was good/OK, but honestly no better than any other flower I have had over the last 6 months. Just a more difficult to get, difficult to shop for, more expensive, re-branded strain, in what appears to be a VERY wasteful container. Still requires a piece of sponge and some water to rehydrate. Dry AF. However, I *have* had much better sticky icky fresh bud from other sources, other than Relm, over the last 6 mos. And to anyone who says all this and the $$ are the price of legitimacy, I say that is hogwash. This is the cost of legitimacy not fully implemented, or symptoms of a less than perfect approach. And while the store themselves are obviously bound by stupid laws in some respects, hopefully they will turn feedback into action and drive all this towards a real legalization of the world of weed that existed prior to Oct 17th, 2018. MORE SATIVAS please, and not just hybrids. I know I probably sound like a negative Nancy, but I'm just frustrated.

Great location and atmosphere! The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about their product. You can't see or smell the product, due to government regulations (like cigarettes), but the staff are really knowledgeable and will help you make the right choice for your needs and preferences. Great store, staff and product! Will definitely be back!

This was my first trip to a legal dealer.
You could not see any product.
The kush I bought was $160 for 15 gs.yup.couldn't believe i actually paid it. There was a lot of packaging.
Not only was the weed not sitcky icky in any way, it turns to dust when crushed with your fingers. I guess thats why the dont sell busters there.you wont need one.
Although I could not say this with any certainty I believe the experience would be the same with other store.

I was a bit apprehensive of coming to this store given their low ratings when I looked them up, but I was incredibly surprised (pleasantly so) when I decided to give it a chance. The atmosphere is very professional, and the product is very fresh and high quality. The employees are obviously knowledgeable of their product and are very helpful for patients with any questions they might have. Their product does tend to fluctuate pretty fast, so if you're looking for something very specific, I'd call in before driving out there just in case.

Prices are a little overpriced on certain strains but it's like the difference from buying Johnny Walker Red Label and Johnny Walker Blue Label. The service overall was good and informative. Wish the prices were a little lower to compete with the black market but overall store is great, great staff, and great vibes.

Anyone complaining about this place is ridiculous. What do you expect? Go get some sh*tty weed from your local dealer that you have no clue what they grew with. Get some mould in there like I’ve found countless times from Georgia peach. It just became legal. Have some patience. I’ve had nothing but great customer service and great product. I even bought a 3.5g jar. Came home. There were too many stems. I weighed it. 4 grams. If you don’t like it. Don’t go. It’s pretty simple. Fastest and most efficient dispensery around! Never a line outside only a wait inside sometimes during peak times. They usually have 4 to 6 registers up and running which is great. Good selection and stock that changes on a regular basis. Check Weedmaps under the photo/media section as they post their menu each morning there. They also carry various accessories like dry herb vaporizers, pipes, bongs, papers, grinders, etc. Truly a one stop shop for all your needs. The hours are also the best around as they are open 9am to 11pm everyday (except for stat holidays).

Very knowledgeable staff; be sure to tell them what type of strain you are looking for as the cannabis educators will make great recommendations that suit your needs. Always lots of options off menu that they can recommend for you.

They are very easy going and can answer all your questions and educated you on the difference between CBD vs. THC, Indica vs. Sativa vs. Hybrid, as well as things like terepene profiles. They can also provide you information such as the current THC/CBD levels on all their products along with the package date for those looking for the freshest product. All you have to do is ask the cannabis educators and they are no more than happy to provide the information.

Actual quality of the bud was quite good. Prices not that bad, picked up 3.5 grams and a 1 gram pre roll for around 48 bucks. Lay out of the store is pretty stupid although they cant do anything about it. Everything is behind cupboards and you cant inspect the bud. Menu is very limited and they dont have it on their site so no way to see what's available before you go in.

Weed quality was low for the price. Unable to see or smell the product prior to purchase. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Since the closed down all the dispensaries i have had to go here. I have me smoking for around 20 years and i won't lie the worst weed ever.last week i bought a pre role for $16 worst ever. Also grabbed some hash plant the packaging said it was packed on 18/10/24.wooow thats crazy been 6 months on the shelf. It smoked awful waste of my money never going back again. Stay away!

It's like a specialty shop where the prime directive is to not actually celebrate that which is supposed to be special. Probably fine for some new folks, but I wonder how many would be pleasantly surprised by a different product or experience.

For what it's worth, I just got some fantastic huge buds last night (1/4). Sticky! A smell so awesome you just want to roll around in it. Excellent service by nice people, prompt, friendly and extremely knowledgeable folks -as always. The product was in a much less wasteful, zip lock bag. And the place I got it from was awesome. Clean. Friendly. And stank of bud.:) But, you know, the entire experience and smoke I enjoyed after is still actually illegal. Heh, Oh yeah, I also weighed it (yes, with the container zeroed) when I got home, and I was OVER a 1/4, not under. And believe me, it was icky icky fresh. Blows 6 mos old government weed in non recyclable hard plastic containers out of the water. @ 1/2 the price for top drawer stuff $60/. 25.

This place is an absolute scam. They got weak joints for 10 bucks and 40-50 dollar half quarters. AND their product isn't even that potent. This place is a raging garbage fire.

Just came home from my first visit after reading some of the bad reviews. Let me get one thing out of the way, the store isn't allowed to show you or sample the product before you purchase it because they legally are not allowed to, not because they just don't want to. They staff is doing the damnest to make sure your experience is very well looked after. The store is well lit, clean, and feels very secure (there is a bouncer like person at the door checking your ID). There is also a greeter that has menus he hands out to the customers and tells them how the store works. The staff gave me some great recommendations as I am quite the noob when it comes to marijuana. Would definitely go there again!

I find the staff really knowledgable and helpful. The experience is unrushed, and the crowds aren't too bad.

Staff was friendly. Definitely dont like that you cant see, smell or touch the weed. Weed is dry but doesnt effect the high from it. I was very disappointed to find out that after paying for 2 7gram bottles and driving all the way home that I was only given 1 7gram and 1 3.5gram bottle. I immediately returned to the store and explained what had happened. The manager and I believe assistant manager and one of the budtenders were very apologetic and promptly resolved the issue. The budtender who helped me however comes over and tried to tell me that I only asked him for the 3.5gram. Overall I will definitely be back in the future. I would have given it a 4 star rating if not for the dink of a budtender.

These guys really stepped up their accessories game. I'm really shocked at how glass tips change my life when smoking a joint. Will see me again for sure.

I have edited this review since I am very outraged with the packaging. What a complete waste of plastic and cardboard for such a small organic matter. Totally unimpressed with how unnecessary and wasteful the packaging was, not to mention that the packaging makes your weed VERY dry, regardless of the boveda packaging. Management is also extremely unprofessional. The staff were super polite, and Taylor was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional in her recommendations of the product and what to do if the product was dry. Aside from an awesome staff member, the product itself is going to waste, especially with all that plastic.

Good dispensary, I don't like how hard it is to see the menu, the sheets are poorly printed, awkward to grab, and the screens are too small and far away. The people are very nice and knowledgeable, but it's annoying to not be able to see the weed you're buying. It's also horribly over priced.

Awesome experience. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Staff was knowledgable. Need to take a second to dispel all of the complaints I'm reading before I wrote this review. The government mandates that Relm sell their products at their pricing. The reason you are paying more than you would at a sketchy illiegal dispensary (you know like the one an innocent by stander was injured in the other day in Hamilton) is because these guys have to keep the lights on, pay employees a fair wage and cover over head. It's the basics of running a business. If you want to complain about pricing send the complaints to the OCS directly not Relm who are doing the best with the only product they can legally purchase and sell to the public. Remember you also don't have to wait 3 days anymore and when you have a question or concern you have a REAL person standing infront of you to answer it politely all the well having this until later than you can get a Wendy's on a weeknight.

I have only been to this location one time. Will not be returning anytime soon! The sheer lack of effort in both consumer satisfaction and selection on the government's part is rather disappointing. I understand privatization has its benefits and such but I feel they have to appeal to the consumers if they are to truly become a monopoly in this industry. I mean when prohibition was a thing, people simply made their own alcohol/smuggled it (similarly to how weed was handled) and upon the government legalizing booze, there were still bootleggers moving it illegally because the selection at the early liquor stores was sub-par. However with time and a little selection/quality increase, people came to, for the most part, buying their alcohol legally from the many convenient outlets they had access to. Now when it comes to taking over the legal marijuana space, the government is going to have a similar long-game approach to reaching industry domination, the only difference being the lack of international examples to follow. (notable exceptions being The Netherlands/select US states) As it is now, the poor management of the early legal dispensaries will dismay a large amount of buyers from going to them instead of their regular source. Things such as poor selection, an over-the-top amount of packaging, awkward store atmosphere (feels like you are in a bank or government service center), lack of advertisements, and sealed away products that you cant see/smell prior to purchasing truly take away from what should be an awesome experience. Hopefully with time, we will see improvements to the business model, which could in turn boost not only our government revenue, but our tourism model and citizen satisfaction as a whole!

*Withholding praise until kinks have been ironed out. However, some of those kinks are not negotiable, like quality and stated quantities, & overkill on "safety" packaging. All of those things are beyond the control of Relm. Unfortunately, those that control these issues won't know they are issues unless we tell them, so yes, by all means, complain to the OCS in addition to letting Relm know the companies they contract with have + & 's. You don't see booze bubble wrapped, behind a wall, & padlocked when it's being sold and that kills way more people than weed ever has (will).

They advertise open until 11pm everyday. This is not true, dont ever expect them to be open until 11pm as they close whenever its gets "less busy". I showed up 40 minutes before close. Knocked on door. Lady came out and said were closed and still wouldnt even sell me anything even though I was there way before apparent close time. Thanks guys.

Went there last night, very bright store from the inside however you cant see the bud and there packaged in the same OCS boxs and bags which is fine but have sample to show customers - i got 1 half quarter of casa blanca very very dry bud came home weighed it and it wasnt 3.5 grams more like 3 grams (something was off about the bud had a weird smell to it) - the other was Highlands half quarter and that was better still short of 3.5 grams but was a way better bud then casa blanca - keep in mind 3 ppl inside the store recommended both buds to me. 3 dissapointments were: bud is very dry, not exact count and the taxs (which we cant run away from)

I went in for the second time yesterday, after being there on opening day. The weed I got first time (God Bud) was dry, but potent. Second visit, only the really expensive bud was left. Tried a gram of Indica, and the budtender warned me it was dry. Sahara desert dry. Looked at the Shishkaberry, but it was packaged 7 months ago! RELM shouldn't even be selling stock this old! It's like a supermarket selling 2 week old bread. No recognizable staple strains like MK Ultra, Pink Kush, Monster Truck, OG Kush. OG anything.headband etc. Only way to know what they have is to go there. Going back today. If their selection isn't better.just gonna walk out. I feel they won't get the message, until people start walking out without making a purchase. Saw a quarter for over 100 dollars! It can't be dried out if you are trying to get that much. Telling me everything is
