Second home purchased and it was night and day. The lack of detail of the tradesmen work was horrible. Almost 90 faults in total.
Missing paint
Scratched windows
3 cracks in tub
Hole in floor
Missing trim
Painted house wrong colour
Etc.
Was an eye opener. Obviously the site supervisor did not verify the quality of the work. Shame I was happy with my first home.
If you purchase a Rembrandt home keep on top of things.

This house is spectacular. Attention to detail is not missed. The only problem is the hillside backyards. You charge ppl $740,000 + and no backyard that usable. It's a shame
