It's a shame that Google doesn't have a '6 Star' option for very special cases, because I would most-certainly have used it right now. As others have stated, Jerry is a kindhearted, highly knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, hard-working pharmacist. He legitimately cares about his patients, is friendly and answers any questions that I have. Having multiple prescriptions filled in under 5 minutes oftentimes is unreal - as well as unheard of these days. There is a walk-in clinic located on site as well which I have also only had positive experiences with. I have been a loyal customer since November 2018: 5 years and not 1 problem.

Excellent service - Jerry is knowledgeable and works with the clinical staff to ensure a joined up service with the clinic.

I’ve been visiting Jerry for 3 years now as needed. His pharmacy is conveniently located within a practice & both him & his staff are so kind, attentive & helpful. Best pharmacy in Toronto wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can't praise Jerry enough. He's incredibly knowledgeable, goes above and beyond for his patients, and is always incredibly responsive. Jerry's personalized approach, knowing every customer by name, feels like the service you'd get from a small-town pharmacist 100 years ago. I had a really terrible experience over here dealing with Jerry at the front at the pharmacy. I work throughout the day helping people around the GTA and I happen to be in downtown. I was really pressed to urinate.

I stopped by at this pharmacy and ask them if I could please use the washroom. Seeing I was visibly distressed Jerry told me to "buy a mask". Because he was scared of covid. I didn't have a dollar to buy his $1 mask. I had to walk a block to get a dollar for my car and then come back and pay Jerry he's one dollar. I have one question for Jerry. " Where is your humanity sir? " When a person can't just use the washroom while being distressed to use the washroom and release him self. Also this being a pharmacy / medical center. What a terrible individual.

I hope I don't have to deal with Jerry ever again in my life because I know it will be very uncomfortable to deal with him because he has a very bad attitude demeaning and thinks he's above people just by the way he treated me today I can see this is what his character truly is. I hope I'm wrong but my experience suggest otherwise. I try my best to be the best to people in this really really terrible times that we in and when I get to the people like Jerry it really really really really really hurts me.

Went to see Jerry the pharmacist the other day and he gives fast and friendly service! If you want to save money on your prescriptions and u live in the city place I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend this pharmacy/clinic. I’ve been going here for about 4-5 years now, and I have had the best experiences with doctors, pharmacy and clinic staff.

I have never had a long wait to see a doctor or to pick up prescriptions. In fact there have been several times when my prescriptions were almost out and Jerry (pharmacist) and his team went out of their way to call me and ensure I was able to make an appointment in time for my next refill. I even had my flu shot with Jerry this year and it was the least painful flu shot I’ve received in years.

Even though I now live farther away I still come back to see Jerry and the team. Brenda, the receptionist, is fantastic! She consistently returns messages in a timely manner, and is always polite, caring, and is very easy to interact with. For as long as possible I will be keeping my medical care in their hands, as there is not a team in the GTA that I trust more and none that I’ve attended have been as attentive and caring as this clinic/pharmacy.

I cannot recommend this clinic/team of medical professionals enough, I’m beyond grateful for all their help over the years.

Pharmacist was extremely kind and helpful. Jerry called me when he received the rx fax from the doctor, answered my questions about costs, and when it would be ready. Service was fast, and an exception was made for my situation which I am *very* grateful for. Strongly recommend, and will definitely be going back.

We have been going to Jerry since we moved to the area a few years ago mainly for our travel medicine needs. He was able to give us everything we needed for a trip to Peru pre pandemic (including yellow fever shots) and more recently we have used him for covid tests for travel. The service is cheaper, faster and more flexible than shoppers for these tests. Wouldn’t use another pharmacy in the area. The attached doctors clinic is also very useful if you need the doctor at the same time.

Best pharmacy in town! Jerry always goes above and beyond to provide amazing service. Prices are lower than most (all?) other pharmacies and scripts are filled instantly - no 30 minute wait like other pharmacies.

One of the pharmacy guy was so unprofessional. As soon as I come out of the clinic he just snap the paper from me and said we will get all the information from shoppers come and collect your medicines when it's ready. No courtesy to ask me first or any kind of professionalism. I am glad I went back and took the paper from him.

I walked in this pharmacy asking if I could get my prescription faxed to them. Right away Jerry welcomed me with open arms and was very friendly with accepting me as a new patient. Lakefront has been my pharmacy for about 4 years now, and it's like night and day compared to service at Shoppers. The pharmacist, Jerry, really cares about his patients - he greets you by name, he's conscientious about letting you know what to expect from any new medication and in my case, he used his expertise with the system to help me to refill my medication as cost-effectively as possible after losing my job. It's the best pharmacy in the city as far as I'm concerned.
